My tire randomly blew out right in front of Black s (convenient, right?) right after 5pm.They took me in a matter of seconds and diagnosed the situation, researched the tire I needed, put on my spare (for free) until the tire came in (the next day at 10 am). They called me, let me know the tire was in. I drove right over and within 30 minutes they had me ready to go again. Great customer service! They really do treat you like family!!

We have taken multiple of our Ford trucks and trailers to the dealership for automotive reasons, inspections and tires. All employees have treated us with the utmost respect and they truly appreciate our business. Black's Tire has always been fair with every interaction/estimate we have encountered. Charlie, general manager, is a pleasure to work with and his attitude transfers to every employee you interact with during your visit. You can always make an appointment and expect to be helped immediately. What a great service they provide to their customers!

Very pleased with Black's Tire and Auto! They are friendly and get my vehicle repairs done in an extremely timely manner. I have switched all of my auto and tire services to Black's. And very reasonable rates on services. I am so pleased with them and they go the extra steps to insure that I am a satisfied customer. I highly recommend!

We use Black's for all of our car maintenance and have always had an excellent experience. The thing I appreciate most is that they will never try to up sell you something that you don't need! If they can patch your tire for $20, then they won't try to sell you a new tire for $200. Super friendly as well! Strongest recommendation.

These people were awesome! I had never been there but my car wouldn t start on a Friday night. They were open at 7:30 Saturday morning and I called them and asked if they could fit me in because I was supposed to go to New York on Sunday and my regular garage is closed. They asked the right questions, called a tow truck for me, and figured out the problem. It was fixed by 12:30 for a reasonable cost and I am on my way tomorrow! I would recommend Blacks to anyone! Thank you!

My car started leaking oil on Easter Saturday. I drove to Black's, dropped off the car, and got a ride home. Being that it was a holiday weekend, I fully expected not to have the car back until the following week. The woman who greeted me at the front counter was very polite and attentive and explained they would attempt to work my car in between their other services which I was very appreciative of. Monday afternoon I recieved a call from a gentleman at Black's stating that my car was ready and I could pick it up at anytime. I was more than satisfied with the quality of service I recieved especially on a beautiful holiday weekend.

Impressed with quickly they checked initial problem ( once at location within 15 min. had vehicle in bay ) and came an explained results. Did work on car ( had problem getting tire monitor's to recalibrate. Refunded repair cost and spent over 2 hrs .trying to reset computer. Apologized for having me bring back following day . I recommend them to do good service work and were very professional

The actual facility has been there a long time. Black's Tire & Auto Service took over not long ago. I believe they're keeping the trend of the same type of services, which I think is the smartest idea. I had four new tires (bought from them) mounted balanced and aligned. Plus, a complete synthetic oil change comes with the standard all-around checkup. Because I'm a dealer, I can't release what we pay, but even being a dealer, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service they provided in such a timely manner.Quick, I just needed a nail removed from my friend Mercedes. Always professional and reasonable.

I needed 2 tires for my truck. I called ahead to schedule a time to drop off truck the next day. To my surprize the the tires were changed within an hour! I could have waited there it was so fast! Price was reasonable too. Thank you!

They were great they even came to waiting area to explain anything that they found and might need attention. They are far better than anyone that we have taken our cars to in the past . Super friendly

Outstanding company! I take my car to them for tires, inspections, oil/filter changes and any repairs needed. The staff is professional and friendly. Excellent customer service in every way. A+ rating. I highly recommend Black s for all your vehicle needs.

I came here for an oil change and to get my tires balanced and rotated. The guy who checked me in/ out(Charlie) was very nice and extremely honest & helpful but the older guy (Ken) that runs the place must have seen me coming from a mile away (I'm a woman). But anyway, after an hour or so of waiting (he over booked his self)he finally took my vehicle back & he gave me a basic oil change when I asked for synthetic & then went on to tell me that 4 other things were wrong with my vehicle (that really weren't wrong or wasn't a big concern at all ). I would not recommend this place...

The staff is cordial and informative.The pricing is competitive. I bought a set of new tires, with mounting and balancing. The one drawback was getting there for my 10:00 appt., but waiting 45 mins. before my truck was taken to a bay. They gave me some concessions for the delay. I'll probably buy my next set there.

Glad they could help me on a Saturday but for what I paid for the service and tires was not worth them scaring two of my wheels all the way around, leaving one of my center caps half off and putting one of the wheel weights on the outside. I know my mess ain t new anymore but I certainly didn t think it was going to be butchered on. I can understand the wheel weight because I didn t specify inside but after 10 years of other shops doing it right I guess assumption was wrong. I want be back

I ve been using this place for the last two years. Prices are always reasonable and the honesty is what sets them apart from others. I ve always left out of their shop feeling like I was treated fairly!!Today I had a huge screw in the middle of my tire. I stopped by first thing in the morning to see about having them remove it and either plug or patch my tire. This is on a brand new truck. They brought my truck to the back and within 10 min handed me my keys and said have a safe trip. Whatever WAS in your tire is no longer there and it s not leaking. I asked how much I owed them and he said it again have a safe trip. They charged me nothing. Even though I took up 15-20 min of their time. I appreciate that. They have my business for sure in the future!!Edit: always treat me fairly and they can be trusted!

The improvement in handling and road comfort was surprisingly unbelievable as soon as I put the car on the road. In the time I have driven the MKZ for the past 4 years it has never been that smooth and comfortable. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. God Bless.

I really love these guys. They are my official first choice and go to. Have never once acted like any question I had about my car was too silly, which I really appreciate. They really seem to know their stuff. They even took me back into the shop when the car was on a lift, explained what I was looking at and what was happening so that I would be better informed and not worried about something. Nothing but positive experiences so far.

Fast, friendly, and great service every time. My fiance & I dominantly bring our vehicles there for inspection but have brought one for a few other things as well and they always do a great job! They actually call when it's ready or if there are other issues and they answer any questions you might have without ever making you feel stupid for asking. Everyone I've encountered up front is always super nice and helpful.We highly recommend Black's for your vehicle needs!
