COME HERE!!!! I travel for work, so a couple of hours away from home my truck had some issues and I needed some immediate help. This was the closest place to me and THANK GOD FOR THEM Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone was so nice and readily available! The prices were very reasonable and the work I needed done on my van was quick!! If you live in the area or passing by and need work done on your vehicle they are the way to go!!!!

They've been really great with performing the annual inspections we've needed on our vehicles. In our area there is heavy summer tourist activity. Off-season, though, usually its a "come on in" with inspection scheduling which is fantastic and they provide the DMV with the results immediately. All very professional and friendly. Plus a clean and comfortable waiting room complete with coffee, restroom, phone charger, TV, and a snack machine!

Needed 2 tires for the back of my Subaru. And they didn't just throw any tires on My car... The young lady walked me around and showed me some tires. And then when I came back I got A younger kid but Really knows his stuff And was a true help in time of need and fast service. At a great price, friendly staff, and a great crew of guys In the shop and not just tire Tire knowledgeable, but true Goodawesome Mechanics!!! Take your business there. You will be pleased.

I always use Avery Tire for my automotive needs. Efficient, friendly and effective. I got an oil change, vehicle inspection and tires rotated. They even fixed a small issue they found without asking or charging me. I like this company.

It's very rare to find an honest mechanic these days, let alone a whole shop of them. I've taken my car in there numerous times thinking that it was something serious I'm only to get a call back saying that it was a minor problem that ended up costing like $30. I don't know anything about cars so they could have charged me anything and told me anything and I would have believed it but definitely good honest mechanics, people that work the front desk are very helpful and informative and would definitely recommend the shop to anybody who needs repairs done on their vehicle.

I've been a customer for a while and have always enjoyed and honored Willies work and sence of humor. Great dude. Thursday I got to meet and work with a guy named Dakota. I've heard about him and he is a man that comes through. U can simply ask him a question and in the matter of seconds he had my problem if not fixed being handled or showing me how to get it done. Dylan also worked on my tires and I was very impressed with his work and how fast. These guys right here keep the place going!!

On my way through Wed around 430pm I hit the mother of all potholes, instantly flattened my tire. Dakota was kind enough to stay over till I could get there via tow truck! Dakota is one of the sweetest and most polite individuals I've ever met! He is the definition of "service with a smile." Dakota & Willie had me back on the road in no time and my wallet was crying too much which is a plus also!Thank you for the amazing service!

We have been doing business with Avery Tire for many years. We have always had wonderful service from everyone. We have mostly dealt with Hank and Shirley, which has been such a pleasure. This past visit, Hank had me work with Willie. He was wonderful!! So very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. And as always Shirley was great as was the entire team. Avery Tire is a very well oiled machine and such a blessing to us in Avery County.

Traveling through area and i m a little too spirited with my driving. Had a rear brake pad start making an awful noise. Took it by Avery Tire pros. On a Friday afternoon. They swapped my rear brake pads out and had me back on the road under an hour. Thanks to Dakota, Richie and Mick

I have 4 family members using this place; so a lot of experience here. The people here are just fantastic and do the very best. We have full confidence in all work done. My daughter visiting from Utah had a concern with her car; they took her in right away and took care of the issue. We use Avery for all our automotive needs. We also greatly appreciate how spotless this facility is kept. It's nice to see a car care facility keep its beautiful neighborhood beautiful!

We were on vacation and our car started leaking antifreeze once we got to the top of Grandfather Mountain. We immediately drove to Avery Tire and were treated very kindly from the moment we walked up. Mr. Phillips was quick, attentive, and honest. He looked at our vehicle and with the help of Dakota, we were able to get in and out in a timely and cheap manner. We are very pleased and appreciative!

I ve been doing business with Avery Tires for years. There s never been a problem with any of my vehicles that they were not able to resolve in a quick manner. Namely, I appreciate Dakota and for putting up with me complaining and has responded with respect and kindness. The owner, Hank is always available to my needs and open & honest with me. I wouldn t want to do business with anyone else.Dave G

We would like to thank Avery Tire Pros for helping us maintain our patrol fleet in a quick and professional manner. We are based out of Hickory and being unfamiliar with the area we had to rely on the recommendation of our supervisor for that area. The service we have received has been fair and honest and we look forward to having ATP help maintain our fleet of vehicles in that region for years to come.

Disappointing. I called to make an appointment to have my tires rotated and get an inspection. The lady told me they don t take appointments for that, and just to come by. I did. I checked in, gave my info and was told it would be 45 minutes. Waited an hour, checked in on the job and their team had no recollection of my service and my truck was still right where I left it. I understand mistakes happen but they didn t seem to care or offer to expedite the service. I won t be back.

We were from out of town and needed a flat repaired. We were told that they were great people and they didn't let us down. Very friendly staff and our repair was done in 45 minutes while they were very busy. They deserve a 10 plus rating.

Great experience at Avery Tire. We were in town only for 3 days for some concerts at Beech Mtn and had some issues with front tires --- and concerns about brakes with driving up Sugar and Beech Mtns. Found Shirley and Dakota to be extremely helpful. Shirley worked me in quickly, given we were just visiting ---- and Dakota was very good at explaining the brake concerns and actually honestly saying the brakes were fine (could have taken dishonest advantage --- and did NOT). Would recommend this auto repair shop highly.

On a Friday 30 mins from closing time these wonderful people were able to squeeze me into a busy schedule and replaced my flat tire. Otherwise I would have had to wait until Monday since all tire shops in the area close for the weekend. Good service with a smile, thank you Avery Tire.
