The employees here are always so friendly. My grandson can be a little challenging at times when we stop by on our way to school in the mornings, but Shelly & her crew are ALWAYS so sweet & patient with his "moods" ( he's 8 and on the spectrum). They call him by name and make him feel special and for that I am ever so grateful. Plus they don't judge when he wants ice cream for breakfast ( ummm it's milk) Fast Stop is by far his FAVORITE store & mine

Traveling thru seen sign they offered hunt brothers pizza is why I pulled in. Wow was completely shocked and amazed. They have pizza, fresh bakery gods, packaged meat, fresh vegetables and even dessert. I grabbed a banana pudding on my way out among with several snacks for the road. Friendly staff even the bread guys were there restocking shelves with fresh goods. This is a must stop if your traveling thru just a quick turn off hwy 52. Or if your on way to Badin Lake or Uwharrie mountain for a fun day w family be good place grab some things. I'll be back.

Best place!! Pastries are way better than any DD or Krispy Kreme. I highly recommend trying one when you stop in. Pizzas are so good! Also, check out the meat counter. It s the best place to buy any type of meat and they will even cut special cuts if needed. Owners are awesome people and employees are always friendly.

Great small town grocery store and gas station. Fresh local meat and produce as well as pizza and fresh baked donuts. Everything is reasonably priced, especially the local products. Also has a great selection of Boars Head products and hand dipped ice cream and sits right across from a park, so get a cone and go have fun.

We moved here and didnt know anyone in town, the workers here were so helpful and welcoming. We have been here going on a year and its more than what we were searching for. Good southern hospitality and kind people. I wish i could have met the owners as we rent a home they also used to own and we hear such amazing things about the Hatleys.

This place has most things you need and some extra like keto bread what little gas station carries this item the owners try to please every customer that comes through that door and do more it's a great convent store !!

They have some of the best chicken salad! They also have great meats, the steaks are always fresh and delicious.
