Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Excellent service! Fast. Courteous, professional employees. Even came around and offered to get coffee or other beverages. Pleasant waiting area. One happy customer!! Very glad I purchased my truck from Trent GMC.

Trent has always been the best dealership around with the best service department around hands down. I hope new ownership continues the same traditions and continue to treat customers and employees like family.Please bring back the courtesy cars to the service department for people that work and have busy schedules. That is/ was the biggest reason why I continue to come back. May have to rethink on where to go for future service and tires.

I was recommended to go to Trent Cadillac Buick GMC for a set of tires for my truck and was told that nobody beat their prices. I couldn t agree more. They were helpful and professional on the phone and made things easy and convenient for me. Great price on the tires and fantastic service! Highest recommendation!

I live in Hampstead NC but drove to New Bern to buy my new car. Worth the ride for a better deal.Start negotiating online or by phone before you take the drive.

You must experience the way Automobile buying is conducted at Trent, and don't stop there, with The Best Service dept on the East Coast, they do put You first .... this is the place to buy autos, and trucks, it's where I go....and won't stop
