They had my SUV approximately two months to put in a new A/C system. Excuse after excuse for the delay. I paid over $1300.00. When I finally received the vehicle I was told that it would sound differently because it was a new system. It certainly did. The sound was atrocious. I was so fed up with them I didn t go back. I took it to the dealership and within one week, I received my vehicle back and I have a new A/C system that sounds like new. Cost me $2000 to have it done right. $1300 lost doing business with Thurman Auto.

Had A Jasper long Block installed. Bob , the manager was great answering any and all questions I had. It was a hard decision to spend a chunk of change on my 15 y o truck. But my experience with Thurmans and the quality motor from jasper make me feel like I made the right choice. So far @ 1000 miles so good. I have used them several times and always happy with the service and price.On one occasion I thought I might have blown my engine. I was expecting the worst. They found that a vacuum hose had fallen off, They charged me $40.They will always get my business.

The workers are very knowledgeable, there prices are excellent. When he told me the total of the work he did on my car, I was very surprised . I said did you do all the work. He said yes . It was very cheap for the type of work, I was . Thank you THURMANS....

As we were visiting New Bern we discovered a screw in our tire. We ventured out to Thurman Rd Service and Tire Repair. These guys were awesome! Quick service, reasonable price and professional. Thanks guys!

Not worthy of one star, we placed an appointment over a week ago and when my husband showed up this morning on time there was no one to be found. After a period of waiting they hit finally shows up with two other customers, My husband was rudely confronted and when he explained he had an appointment the guy claimed he had no idea what my husband was talking about, and then walked away with no other explanation of why our appointment wasn t being honored. This is extreamly unprofessional and straight up ridiculous! No apologies for being late or why he wouldn t see us, just a very unwelcoming feeling is all we got from this place. We will never come back here and we will make sure to warn others about this place.

Don't go. The mechanics needed to replace the clutch in our truck. We paid for the service and they did replace the clutch, but they didn't get the air out of the line. We took the truck back because we couldn't get it in and out of gears AT ALL. They said they would fix it. Called later that day and we picked it back up - SAME PROBLEM. After two more times taking the truck in the issue was finally fixed when we asked for our money back. Not a very trustworthy place. Would not recommend.

They put in two catalytic converters for us a few weeks ago. Had to take it back today because the check engine light kept putting out codes referring to the oxygen sensors. Hopefully they can figure it out. More to come...

Showed up there for the 1st time need some help without no hesitation they'step right in take my vehicle inspected and tell me what need to be done .I went back few days later to get my repair done, great job .
