My husband and I recently bought a 2015 Subaru Forester at this dealership and the experience was lovely! From the moment we walked in we felt like family and cared for. They went above and beyond and were able to get us a Forester that fit into our price range. Our saleswoman was Grace and she was so amazing to work with, a very personable girl and I really felt like she was looking out for the betterment of her customers. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this dealership if you are looking for a new or used car!

Went with my wife to get a new Subaru, after ours got totaled and once again Ariel and the whole team was super helpful. We were able to get the car we wanted and the team helped every step we highly recommend riverside with this being our 2nd time shopping with them.

The buying experience at Riverside was seamless. Our sales representative Ariel got the process started, going the extra mile to make sure the deal would work for me. Tyler handled the financing paperwork in a way that made it a pleasant experience. GM James helped finalize the deal by checking my trade value. This is our third purchase from Riverside. Between myself, my wife and our son - it's our family's 17th Subaru.

Amazing car buying experience! Riverside Subaru has by far the friendliest staff and comfortable show room. The sales team was fantastic as well as the finance manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation. I highly recommend visiting Alan Walsh and James Broyhill for your next vehicle purchase, they are open, honest, and transparent, and will go out of their way to provide you the best deal possible!

My experience at Riverside was great. Everyone I met was pleasant and friendly. I started working with De'Angelo on the Chrysler side but he stuck with me through the process of buying my first Subaru. He is very personable, attentive and good-natured so I was relaxed and never felt pressured. I was pleased overall from start to finish and would highly recommend the Riverside Family.

I stopped in to Riverside simply to browse the inventory. I ve owned Subarus before and was considering returning to the brand. I was greeted by Grace whom, I later learned, was working her second day at this particular dealership. Grace s knowledge of all Subaru models and patience were fantastic. She did not smother me, but let me look at the cars in peace. However, she was there as soon as I had a question. Likewise, management were pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Riverside Subaru and Grace!

My experience with Vinny A. at Riverside Subaru was the best experience I ve had at a car dealership, hands down. My car was totaled after being rear-ended so I stopped by only knowing that I wanted a Subaru. Vinny took his time and let me test drive 3 different styles to get the idea of what I wanted. Instead of trying to sell me a car that day, he provided me with all the information I needed to make the best decision for me.The following week, I bought my car. The process was easy and the rest of the staff were great. Before I took my car home, Vinny showed me the ins and outs of everything to ensure I was comfortable with all the buttons, alerts, and options.If a Subaru is what you are looking for, be sure to ask for Vinny A. at Riverside Subaru in New Bern. I'm going to give Riverside Subaru a 5-star rating. The overall service from here by far has been some of the best I've had in a while. So much so that I'm writing a review. Alan was fantastic! He was straight to the point, asked the right questions and was very honest. Seems like he really loves what he does and enjoys the people he works with too. The transition between each stage of the process was seamless and I was out the door with a new ride in a very reasonable time. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team. You all were phenomenal. Also today was the last day of the Share The Love Event! I am happy to be a part of the family, keep up the good work!

Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We arrived knowing we wanted an Outback, but we test drove several trim levels and even a Crosstrek just to confirm our choice. The guy who helped with financing (Tyler maybe?) was also friendly and made what is usually the worst part of a car purchase, a pleasant experience as well. We love our new OBW and are very happy with choosing Riverside.

We are from New Jersey, visiting family in New Bern. After arriving, our Outback developed a problem. We took it to Riverside Subaru and they ran diagnostics. To repair the car was going to be costly, but it was a necessary fix. While it was in the shop, a few service people were on computers and phones trying to find out why Subaru rejected the claim. Still not giving up, they kept researching about the part and that i should be covered under the warranty. They got the answer that they were hoping to get. The part was covered, which saved us quite a bit of moneyEven if they couldn't get the part covered, I'd still highly recommend this dealership. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable.

We purchased our 2024 with the help of Ariel. she showed us around, and explained the features of the vehicle we were interested in, a 2024 Forester. We knew that was the vehicle we wanted and Ariel was the salesperson we wanted to deal with. Also, have to mention Tyler. Their again a person that made us feel comfortable, explaining the financial side of our purchase. Riverside Subaru is lucky to have such fine young people at their dealership.

As a woman I've always felt intimidated walking into a car dealership. My salesperson Will was phenomenal! He treated me with respect and his calm demeanor put me right at ease. I got a great deal and the service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend. Great job guys!

I drove an hour to come to Riverside after all the other Subaru dealerships closer to home had no inventory and where not willing to make any deals. Riverside Subaru had tons of inventory and we re willing to work within our budget for what we wanted. Vinny was the best car salesmen he wasn t annoyed when we asked to test drive the ascent, Forester, and Outback. We didn t feel pressured at all and he took his time explaining every feature with us and crunching numbers with us so we felt comfortable. Even after we purchased the vehicle he stayed to explain the features on our specific Ascent! Vinny went above and beyond and I will be a repeat costumer. Thank you so much Riverside Subaru!

I had a great experience. Mark was my car salesman. I went in there to gather information and if I could find a car within my budget. My first choice didn't meet that but he quickly gave me another option that worked. The whole team was great throught the whole process.

Earlier this week I had THE BEST experience at Riverside Subaru. I ve bought quite a few cars in my life and this was by far the smoothest process. Ariel & Tyler are a stellar team and had me covered from test drive to driving off the lot.I had been to a few dealerships in the last week looking for a new car and was repeatedly disappointed in the market adjustment increases on top of the sale price and the swarm of uncoordinated associates feeding on potential buyers like vultures.Riverside was coordinated. I never felt overwhelmed and was constantly updated on the process in a way that was supportive not pushy.Highly recommend Riverside Subaru. Look for Ariel (sales) and Tyler (financing). You won t be disappointed.

Wasn t planning to trade vehicles, but the stars aligned for a deal to consider. Went from Forester to Ascent. Mark Matlock was the sales rep I worked with and he was great not high pressure, but took the time to answer questions and give me the space needed to come to a final decision. Tyler Oakley was surprisingly young for his role as Finance Mgr but very mature and knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. I ve had oil changes and other vehicle services at Riverside over the past few years and the interactions have been kind and professional.

Came looking for a new car and received nothing but helpful and friendly staff! Extremely polite and understanding sales staff especially Vinny Abraham. He was very transparent and made the entire process simple and easy. Also Tyler is amazing too, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the purchasing process!

I went to trade in my Impreza for something a little bigger and walked away with a new to me Honda Pilot. I originally was going to get an Ascent, but after working with Vinny and figuring out my budget he helped me to get the car that was right for me. The staff at this location are the friendliest, most helpful people you can encounter while car shopping. Vinny worked with me every step of the way and if it weren't for him, I'd probably still be driving my Impreza. Usually buying a car can be a stressful situation if you're not sure what you're doing, like me, but working work Vinny and the other helpful staff members I felt comfortable and confident. To be honest, my new pilot is the best car I've ever bought, and again, many kudos to Vinny for helping me find the perfect car. I highly recommend checking out this dealership for all your car-buying needs. If you get to work with Vinny you'll leave a very happy person.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from riverside subaru and the third purchased from the riverside chain. I have worked with Alan and Ogi for both of the purchases from Subaru and their customer service is unmatched. They listened to us and found us the car that fit us perfect. I ve never woken up the day after buying a car and been 100% happy about my purchase but this time I am. Alan is an amazing salesman who is willing to work with whatever situation your in and put you in a car. Ogi WILL make your numbers work, he s done it twice for us. Truly the best car buying experience I ve ever experienced. If I can help it I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else. 10/10 if your in the market go here they will get you right

Cannot say enough good things about my experience here this past weekend. Ariel helped make buying my new car so simple and easy. I am so happy with our purchase and will recommend others to go here! Everyone that works at Riverside was extremely nice and helpful from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Ariel was honest, helpful, and genuinely cared about our wants/needs. I traded in my jeep for a brand new Subaru Outback! I absolutely love it.

Antwan in the service department was super nice the both times I worked with him. He searched through the loaner cars for me in attempts to find me a car large enough for my three car seats. Unfortunately there were no loaners with three rows. I really hope you guys get those Ascents readily available for families like mine that need that third row, for the times in need of a loaner vehicle.

My buying experience at Riverside Subaru was exceptional. Vinny was an advocate and made sure I was at ease before making any big decisions. I never felt pushed in one direction or the other and there was always complete transparency about each vehicle I looked at. I was offered to order through Riverside if they did not currently have a vehicle I was interested in, something none of the other dealerships I went to did.James in finance actually went out of his way to get me a better rate and I left there with half the rate I initially went in with.I will always recommend Riverside to everyone who is looking to buy a vehicle.

Today was one of the best days I ve had in a long time! I originally came in to inquire about new tires, and ended up leaving with a beautiful and luxurious new Camry, my dream car! The whole sales team made me feel so confident in my decision , and comfortable with the entire process. Ogi, Will , and Tyler were a major help and was very welcoming. I can t wait to refer my friends and family so they can have just as good experience as I did.
