Stopped in the other day to look at an SUV and after talking and test driving it a few times we all came to an agreement that fit all of our needs. Definitely a great group of people to deal with. It was a pleasure to work with Chris, Drew, and Brett as well as the managers. I appreciate the good experience.

This morning I saw a truck on their page and called them! I talked to Drew and told him I was on a time crunch and Drew went above and beyond to make sure this whole process was very easy and a lot less stressful than I ve had in the past with other dealerships! He answered every single question I had very quick and worked very well with me! Thank you so much for everything today! Definitely will be coming back for another one day!

We had the most amazing experience today at Riverside Mitsubishi in New Bern! We walked in unsure if we would be able to get approved for even a used vehicle and walked out (just a few hours later) with a brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. We worked with Brett Plymale and it was by FAR the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I ve purchased several (probably 8-10) vehicles in my life, and gone looking/applied for others. Trying to compare the experiences would be trying to compare apples to oranges. Brett has the MOST positive attitude I have ever seen in a car salesman and he s not at all about hurrying up to just sell you something. He spent tons of time with us, getting to know us, and also teaching us about the vehicle and warranties!The finance department was great too. From getting us the approval to signing the financial documentation (I didn t catch nor remember any names but they were awesome as well!)We will be back in 6-12 months when we are ready to trade in our little Hyundai! Thank you guys SO much! Mamas are happy, and 3 kids are happy!

Ben was knowledgeable and was EXCELLENT in explaining the recall process. With additional repair on the vehicle, he described everything that would be repaired as well as the cost of each repair. He made my first visit to the service center an inviting one. His excellent customer service support is to be commended!

Even though I did not go with the vehicle that was found, Drew made it a point to quickly find an Outlander that had all of the extra details. He was understanding of my situation and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had.

Great people, great service! Marty will get you any parts you need, Mitsubishi or other brands. Knowledgeable and friendly staff in service and sales. Great selection of cars for sale too! I bring my truck to Riverside for maintenance and it's always a pleasant experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Drew and Nick were amazing and made my car purchase effortless. The customer service here at Riverside Mitsubishi is top notch! I m in love with my 2019 Volvo XC90! This dealership comes highly recommended by me a person who hates car shopping and dealing with salesman. Scott was great taking my new outlander sport to see train, blues travelers, and Jewel tomorrow in Raleigh!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was so down to earth. Really great place for buying a new car or getting your car serviced. Definitely a fan for life

Really nice and friendly environment. Employees were great, super fast, and kind. I m sure I could say this about all the employees here but My salesman was Jack Jones and he really did the best Job you could ask for. He was so Polite and understanding. He listens to what we had to say he was very interested in helping me and wife find our exact needs and wants in the vehicle we had desire to purchase. I read an add online on some prices and thought if they can get me anywhere near that I will purchase I stopped in one day without notice ahead of time and my man s put me and wife in our new ride in under two hours. He also showed us multiple options that fit my budget. And respectfully got me a better deal than advertised really just an all around great car buying experience. WE WILL BE BUYING OUR NEXT VEHICLE WITH THESE GUYS! Best car lot around eastern NC! Please if you are in the business of buying a NEW OR USED, please feel free to stop by and ask for my main man JACK JONES! He will get you approved today! The right way. My husband and I stopped at Riverside Mitsubishi to look at a Buick SUV we saw online. We were greeted by Brett Plymale. He was friendly, pleasant to talk with and was happy to show us the vehicle. He offer us a test drive without us asking. Answered our questions about the SUV, and any he couldn't answer, he would find someone who could. Brett's professional and friendly attitude made us feel welcome. Like we were an old friend. We had a trade in, so we talked price and final cost for the SUV. There was no pressure to buy, didn't rush us, just happy to help in anyway. This made the process enjoyable.While we were there he introduced us to Kyle Boos who is from our hometown. Kyle also made us feel at home. He also was welcoming.We came back the next day and Brett had the SUV ready for us to test drive again and we made the purchase. Nike Lee handled the financing for us. Explained all options available. We appreciated the time he spent with us. Very professional.Riverside Mitsubishi's team was polite, friendly and helpful. We will be letting our family and friends know our experience.We received a good deal on a nice vehicle. Thank you Riverside Mitsubishi.

Brett Plymale was a lot of fun to work with and acknowledged my needs right away. I have poor credit but I did not feel judged like other dealerships had done in the past.
