My family and I were looking for a camper to spend our summers in and didn t know where to look, even where to start. We ve always heard of the horror stories of RV dealers and even the difficulties of obtaining a recreational loan. After looking at many campers for sale owner which had a multitude of issues we finally decided to apply for a loan. We stumbled upon a 28 2019 Keystone Bullet bunk house camper. It was beautiful! We reached out to Luis the sales man, about the availability of the camper and ended up applying for the loan. Within a day we were approved and Luis had met with us to show us the camper and do the paper work. Both Luis and Hannah from finance were also very informative and patient as we had our three little ones with us and we were there after closing. They made this process so stress free and so simple that my wife and I were absolutely in shock with how simple this process was. They also agreed to deliver the camper to our campsite over an hour away and the service department scheduled a walk through with us prior to finalizing and it was an overall great experience! I would definitely recommend Luis he is very knowledgeable, worked on our behalf to make the deal happen, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We will definitely be going back to Riverside camping center when we get ready to upgrade!

We ve had a couple experiences with Riverside RV as well as Riverside Jeep and we ve been thrilled with their performances on every visit.Our first visit was replacing a couple controllers for our RV s slide outs which they took care of very quickly.Our second experience was replacing a fuel injector on our Jeep Wrangler during Covid, and because of supply issues took a couple weeks during which they identified a problem with the differential which they took care of at the same time saving us potential problems that we weren t even aware of.Our latest visit was for an oil change and some RV shower maintenance and as has been our experience they again did it quickly with no hassles or problems and even came in under their expected costs.I m glad to consider myself a Riverside customer as long as they continue to do as well as we ve experienced in the previous visits.

I took my 2012 Jeep Patriot in for service. I had a wonderful experience with the service department! Christine and Michelle are truly customer-focused! My cashier was great as well. Thank you for making my first experience exceptional! The drive from Jacksonville to New Bern was well worth it! I ll be back! Love the waiting area and snacks!!

Bought a used Durango that had an after market hitch installed along with the wiring harness. Was told it was done professionally. Hooked up trailer and noticed it was installed backwards. Took it in to have it fixed. They kept it from 9 am to 2 pm. Then told me what I already knew. And they said they had to remove the rear tail lights and swap it around and it was going to take a bit. Had to schedule an appointment for that Friday. When I did I made it for 730. And made it there by 735. They asked when I needed it by and I said 2pm again. The proper way to fix it would have been to remove the rear tail lights and unplug the harness and swap it around. The easy way to fix is was to cut two wires and flip them around . Well I ll let you guess what they decided to do after keeping my car all day again. It s fixed. But not the way it should have been fixed and not the way the tech explained it to the rep who relayed the information to me. Let alone take an entire day to do that simple fix. We picked up the car at around 215. I m sorry but if you make an appointment to have something fixed and I give you until 2pm to do it. Then take the time to do it the correct way instead of waiting till the last minute and doing the easy fix. Kinda unprofessional in my honest opinion.

Normally the service department is spot on, however this time, I checked in with no issues. Went to the waiting area, and started receiving the expected texts stating this and that needs to be repaired etc. As usual, I brought it in for one thing and received several other things needing immediate attention. Cabin air filter doesn't need immediate attention.Declined like usual and receive an approved repair cost of $115 for the oil change I came in for. All was well, until, I went to get my vehicle and pay my bill. I was told it would be $145... so why did I get the cost at $115 through the repair approved and then it turned out to be $145? The associate at the desk said, I hate it when those are sent out, it doesn't factor in part and shop costs...However, when I get a price it should of factored in the parts as the repairs should be know along with the parts. Shop cost shouldn't be $30 for an oil change.Not really happy with the response and would expect that when I get a price for repairs it is the price I am given at the end.

Paid to have roof resealed. Mechanic choose not to reseal all seams. I feel there was very little effort from them working with my warranty company. So nothing was covered. They used the term resealed rather than repaired grey tank.

Your team needs to communicate quicker to the customers waiting on their vehicles so that needed service can occur within the time slot afforded. This will increase the feeling of being taken care of and increase trust. Right now I have significant doubt as to competency due to poor communication.

I would like to say first and foremost Lea was a most professional and delightful person to deal with when making my appointment. I say this in reference to my experiences that I had with the Nissan dealership who on every occasion I went there since I bought my Chevrolet pick up truck there have consistently lied to me. Told me they put fluids in my vehicle and they got caught in a lie and most recently this past week I made my appointment for 815 and I get there and they told me that they had made a mistake and it was a day that they do diagnostics first thing in the morning and my appointment would not be seen for another three or four hours, if you can t do something be honest with me and I can deal with it. So I made my appointment with you guys there at the dealership, and it was absolutely a joy to be in and out so quickly, and I forget the young man s name who dealt with me he was professional he took care of me and was sending me updates via text message and I really appreciated that so inturn I scheduled my jeep to come in for this coming Monday and look forward to seeing you guys. Thanks a lot for everything.

I have been dealing with Riverside and bought many trucks and campers from them over the past 50 years. I can't recall EVER be dissatisfied. I highly recommend them. Their sales agents, especially "Big Lee" are forthright and always helpful, even months after a sale in answering questions. Buying and getting service on a camper, that too is enjoyable. I trust them and recommend them--FULLY.

I was very pleased with the service and service writer I had. She kept me informed and answered any questions I had. It was my first time here and she showed me around and was super helpful and nice! I will definitely be back. FYI I live across the street from a Dodge dealership and drive 30-35 minutes to this location due to them washing the outside of your vehicle after the service. It was Well worth my drive and that added "extra" they do for the customer matters. At least to me and I will continue to come back.

Service was great, I know they can t house parts for every vehicle but waiting for parts hurt getting vehicle back to customer sooner. The service staff were great! They explained everything simplified for older folks like me.

Fast, fun and friendly! The experts in the service department are knowledgeable and forthcoming with every aspect of your service. There is no price gougingor recommendations for things you don't need. They informed me about unnecessary services I had initially requested. When I left I was informed about the overall health of my vehicle and I had no doubt that my service was done right and at an affordable price.

Purchased new tires with alignment and balancing done. I requested routine maintenance, oil change, fluid check and NC inspection. Tires were supposed to arrive by the next day, unfortunately they did not. They arrived on Friday, ordered on Wednesday. Since my car was unsafe to drive, I was without my car for 2 days. I was informed all the work was completed by midday on Friday. I was grateful. When I arrived, the NC inspection had not been completed. That involved another delay of 30 minutes while I waited in their waiting room. My car was driving terrible with bad vibrations before I took it in. It drives great now! 4 stars is because tires promised for next day, arrived 2 days later and NC Inspection was forgotten which caused another delay of 30 minutes which was inconvenient. I would still have my car serviced there. I have a long history of car maintenance and repair with Riverside. Kyle was very professional and apologized for the delay due to the forgotten NC Inspection. It is not the first time someone at Riverside forgot my NC Inspection when I got other maintenance work done. First time I let it go. It happened again so maybe it is time to work on your process......

This dealership is the best! They went above and beyond when my wife s Jeep broke down. We were stuck big time and they helped get us and the Jeep to their dealership and provided us a loaner for the evening. We are moving to Newport in the Summer and this will be the dealership we use for service for my wife s Jeep and my Ram!

I've been having my Dodges serviced there for 20+ years ( up to five vehicles) and have never had anything but a rewarding experience, with competent mehanical service. No one likes the high price of auto maintenance, but you get what you pay for......highly recommend this establishment.

Riverside Subaru Service and Parts was fantastic to deal with. The staff was great!! My wife and I are moving to Florida and we had some issues installing a set of crossbars on our 23 Crosschek. Natalya, our service advisor, took the car in immediately and corrected the situation at no cost. She worked with parts to get the right pair of crossbars and the service staff installed them and did a great job. They are solid and secure and ready for our move. Natalya was wonderful and my wife felt very comfortable in the waiting area. Riverside is very clean and professional. No matter where you buy/bought your Subaru, Riverside is the place for really great service and parts.
