A wonderful place to purchase an RV or trailer. Stephen the manager and Susan a saleswoman were more than welcoming and informative. My wife and I had a great experience and will make sure to spread the word. Thank you Riverside for everything.

I purchased a Thor Compass in August 2023. It was a pleasant experience. Mrs Banks called us with updates on the campers arrival. The office staff is helpful and professional as well.We ve brought the coach in for service and the service department is friendly and efficient.

We were very skeptical from buying at a dealership until we stopped in. We actually went a few times looking at different models and each visit was great. The entire staff was helpful and not pushy. It was a very enjoyable process compared to what others have said about other places. Highly recommend this place.

The door to our bathroom had fallen off the rail and we reached out to Riverside service. The mobile tech, Chip, was there that afternoon, found the issue, and had it fixed in no time. He also helped install two new batteries. He was professional, friendly, and the service all around was amazing.

I've been on the road for a couple years and I'm now a camp host, so I have some experience when it comes to rv's and dealerships. Steve, Trey and Hanna are an incredible team. No pressure sales, only facts and patience. I purchased a 2024 Salem from them and I have to say, it was the best buying experience I have ever had. Chip did a great job with the walk through. He answered all of my questions and didn't rush the process. Mike, who delivered my rv, was patient and helpful when backing it on to my lot. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and just good people. If you're in the market for an rv, this is the place. I highly recommend them. Feel like I made some friends there.

We have been dealing with Luis Ortiz for a few years , he is always helpful. When we finally did purchase our travel trailer Luis was our go to guy . He went the extra mile during our purchase .And his walk through during pick up was very detailed and informative . Luis Knows his campers and showed us how to operate everything. Our experience with Luis Ortiz was amazing! He made us feel so at home and so relaxed. He has a magnetic personality and is a "no pressure" kind of guy. Luis has so much knowledge about RVs! We felt like we were talking with an old friend, even though we had just met! We also had the pleasure of meeting Steven and Hannah. What a fabulous dealership! Can't say enough good things about everyone we talked to. A+ to them!

These folks are the best. From sales to finance to service (good changes have been made in service dept this past year) and even the management, we have been so well taken care of. Even when the manufacturer isn't helpful with things, the staff here make it happen to make things right. My hat is off to Stephen for all his efforts to ensure that customers are well taken care of.

Luke at Riverside was really easy to work with when we bought our new RV. No pressure sales and knowledgeable on RV s. He took time to show us several models until we found the one we liked. Chip in the service department spent around 2 hours showing us everything with our new RV. Chip was very helpful and knew everything about our RV. Highly recommend Riverside!

We just began our casual search for a camper. Stopped in on a whim and was greeted by a wonderful representative named Susan. She was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When it s time to pull the trigger we will definitely buy from Susan at Riverside.

McDonald-Our experience with Riverside Camping Center, was amazing. They took the time to answer all our questions and went RV by RV to show us what s new and what makes one different from another. Working with David was absolutely no pressure at all. Steve in the sales department made the purchasing process, very simple and straightforward. Chip in the service department bent over backwards to make sure that we had the RV exactly the way we need to be to take off on our vacation. Overall the staff year was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly and inviting and made us feel like they actually care about what we need and not just a customer. I would highly recommend for anyone to work with this team.

Iam writing a fresh post to our experience with riverside and our 33 rets. I thank you for getting a new tank replaced but for future reference make sure that the job is completed fully because I had to once again close this underbelly where the tape fell down and opened up because it was done in the cold and we all know tape dont stick in the cold...(hint)...use a heat gun the next time fellas...I know that the main issues are the causation of poor assembly but that is where the owner and managers of riverside need to get together with the manufacturers to fix these problems. Also, if Ryan and Logan hadn't done the hard work of getting a new black tank installed you wouldn't have gotten 3 stars from me. Finally, if you ever need someone to collaborate on fixing the design and manufacturing issues of these rvs...give me a call...

Susan Banks, our sales rep, was excellent to work with. There was absolutely no pressure, and she took the time to find out what we wanted, answer our thousand questions, and worked diligently to help us get the rv of our dreams. We bought a new Thor ACE and we're given an excellent price.Hannah, in the financing department, went above and beyond to help obtain the financing and maneuver through the mountain of paperwork.The service department is great to deal with and they're quick to address any problem that we've encountered.We look forward to continue to deal with them.

I would like to thank the staff and management at Riverside for everything. You guys are awesome and look forward to upgrading in a few years. If you re in the market for an RV or camper this is definitely a place you want to stop at. I mean they were on top of it. They answered all my questions were very patient with me. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Picture on their sites as well as the descriptions about rvs did not match the actual rv units. The sales rep Trey figured it was stock photo and would work with price even though because the camper went from a sleeps 7-8 to a sleeps 4-5 because of after market modifications that were not listed.

Stephen , the sales manager was great . Honest , and a man of his word.Hannah was the best part of this whole ordeal . She was always smiling , very polite , and willing to help anyway she could . Loving my new Salem camper and couldn t be happier with Riverside Camping !

Luis was great; friendly, helpful, pleasant and honest about any disclosures he knew about the camper my friend bought. He paid attention to detail and made my friend and I feel at ease during test drive.

Luis is a sales machine who knows his inventory. After several visits, his knowledge and technical experience really made our first TT purchase a zero doubt about the sale and TT package experience.-All requests by phone for information got executed in a timely manner.-he made himself available and was timely for scheduled appointments.-Has technical skill and knowledge in model features, he left no questions unanswered.I Would recommend to others.

Shop Riverside!I recently purchased my first travel trailer from here and had a great experience. KC was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me get a great deal on a beautiful trailer. I changed my mind a few times during the process, but each time I came in I was treated respectfully and professionally.The whole team I worked with - KC, Stephen, and Hannah - were exceptional. Would absolutely recommend Riverside to anyone looking to buy.

I went to Riverside on a whim as I was in the market for a camper. I met with Susan and she was phenomenal. Susan, the management, finance department, and entire staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I cannot recommend Susan and Riverside enough!

I have purchased a motor home and a travel trailer from the team at Riverside Camping Center. We felt great about both events. Luis, Stephen, and Hannah all did a wonderful job giving us the opportunity to find what we wanted in a pressure free environment at a fair price . If we were to ever buy again Riverside would be our 1st stop.I have also had the opportunity to work with their service center and I have always felt that Tom and team have always done a great job and did everything they could to resolve any issue we experienced. I would not hesitate to have work done by the teamGreat job to the entire Riverside Camping Center team!

Wow! Shop local!Fantastic customer service, attentive and professional staff.We were treated with respect every visit we made while just browsing, and we found our sweet spot there!Steve C. gave us his utmost attention while listening to our needs and did not give us any uncomfortable moments one might feel by high pressure.We couldn't be happier with this company, and we recommend Riverside to anyone interested in an RV. I called on a Friday during working hours to schedule our camper to be brought in for service, no one answered so I left a voicemail. No one returned the call. About a week later, my wife went online to book a service date, and after selecting a date, the booking system said someone would call to confirm. No one called. The date came and went. We really wanted to give this place a shot, but it's obvious no one there is on the ball...Update:I emailed Dustin in response to his reply to my review. I didn't hear back from him, but Tom, who I believe is the service manager, called and spoke with my wife. We discussed it and decided to give them a 2nd chance, and we're glad we did. They got our motorhome in and out quickly, and made it very convenient for us considering the distance we live from their shop. That's excellent customer service. I also have to say, the price for the work was very reasonable considering the scope of everything they did. I am leaving one star off because in this day and age, communication should never be this much of an issue, and I would have liked a response from Dustin himself since he's the one who responded to the review and asked for me to contact him.

KC and Luke are incredibly helpful!!! We we re driving home from vacation and saw 2 puppies get dumped on the side of the road near Riverside. Unfortunately we had our own 2 dog aggressive dogs in the backseat so we couldn t take them. KC and Luke did not hesitate to help us out and get the puppies somewhere safe and we are so grateful for them!!! We will definitely be going to Riverside to buy our first RV when we re in the market in 2 years

Fantastic customer service! Service manager Tom and his entire staff performed over and above my expectations. While trouble shooting an unscheduled LP gas leak on my class A motor home, they immediately began inspecting and testing. They even drove me to near by suppliers when they did not have the needed part. Highly recommended.
