I thank the great men at pure 1 this my 2nd van purchased from them my 1st van got hit by a deer, and I had no problem during the 7yd of having it and they knew what I was looking for concerning my next vehicle and didn't take long for him to call me and it's doing great thanks you for all the help you have extended out to me I thanks you so much. I would recommend anybody to check them out and I did before I will do it again. Thanks guy.

Second time purchasing from pure 1 auto today ! Both times were great . First purchase was with Billy and he was awesome smooth and very easy going . Second purchase was with Jay, he is very consistent and sensible all the way around . Like I said both experiences were great ! Thank you so much

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP They are selling cars for profits to keep the business running which in actuality needs to be shut down, because they are bad cars I bought a 2007 Acura TSX from them. When I test drove it, it was kind of tough to steer, they stated all it needed was some power steering fluid & it should be good to go, WRONG..within a couple of weeks it got worse, after while it was unable to steer PERIOD..until a mechanic told me that there was a leak unable to hold the fluid. When I told them about it the first time is was announced to me that there was nothing that could be done. HOW After while they resolved the issue, I guess I bugged them enough to do so, but matters get worse.Within a yr of me owning this car, THE STARTER FAIL BATTERY FAILS IT HAD BAD SPARK PLUGS NOW THE ALTERNATOR IS OUTI m paying for junk Please do not purchase not even air from this company, it s a waste of money I believe if everyone within the past year could come together & strike this business, we would get our money back plus the monies we ve used to get things fixed that were supposed to had been passed during their one man mechanic inspection

Got approved for financing on a 2013 rav4 xle with I love the vehicle and all the maintenance is up to date great suv and reliable service was great all employees were very polite and professional I actually have recommended my mother to purchase a vehicle from here great place to purchase a used car

BEWARE THIS IS YOUR WARNING Under no circumstance should you buy a piece of garbage lemon automobile from this pathetic dealershipSo on December 6th 2023 I purchased a $7000 Fiat 500 from this company. I test drove it with Bill and even asked him why did it seem to be running a bit rough and his response was It s a sports car mind you, I am a 78yr old woman who was just looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle for me to get around in but I know nothing about cars. I trusted these people to do that for me.I ran a carfox on the vehicle but the only thing that showed up was the name and location of the previous owner.This place kept me there for over 6hrs wheeling and dealing with finance companies until they finally got one to take the bait.I get the car home and decide to get an oil change on it and find out why the car is making a clunking sound so I made an appointment with Mike Toler Dealership to do so but they couldn t get me in until December 20th.December 20th rolls around. I take it up to Mike Tolers and I sit and wait for them to finish.After about 30 minutes one of the mechanics comes out to get me and takes me to the back to tell me just how many problems this Fiat actually has!For starters, the engine was taken out of a salvage yard in November of 2023 so who knows what the correct mileage even is???The car has been in an accident and has multiple other problems as well.Tech from Mike Toler Dealership found something bent in lower left side of the front end. Lower Control Arm and Sway Bar are rubbing against each other causing a clunking noise.Left wheel is pushed back a few inches from where it should be.Bend in front is causing the vehicle to constantly pull to the left and performing an alignment will Not Fix This Issue due to the front end being tweaked.Tech found engine was just replaced in November of 2023 with a unit from the salvage yard.Front and Rear brake rotors are extremely worn and will need to be replaced.I call Bill that afternoon to tell him what I had found out but conveniently he is not available to talk to me.I call the next morning and I m given the run around about speaking with BillFinally, that afternoon Bill decides to crawl out from underneath his rock and speak to me. Not the overly friendly Bill that sold me the car either. But quite the opposite! I tell him everything that s wrong with the car and his response is What did you expect out of a $6000 used car I paid $7000 not $6000 so this guy doesn t even have his facts straight!So Bill is not attempting in any way to make this right as he should be but that s okay because since then, I ve contacted the better business bureau, wrote a letter to NC Attorney General and I called the finance company to let them know what exactly had happened. They told me had they known the engine was not the original engine they would have never financed the automobile.So here I sit, with a car that has multiple problems that is going to cost me well over $4500 to fix and all because I put my trust in this so called dealership to put me in a reliable and safe vehicle. Quite the contrary!!!

Exceeded expectations! It s important that you understand how much this owner and his staff were willing to do to ensure I walked away feeling valued and respected as a client. When I experienced issues with the vehicle I bought, they immediately addressed it, put it into the shop and corrected all problems - invested their money, time and energy to make things right. Most dealers would have pointed to the AS IS /NO WARRANTY form I signed and told me to go figure it out, but this team all rallied to make it right, at no additional expense to me. They truly value the relationship and the client, will work with you to make sure you get into the right car, and make sure that car performs as expected. Thanks Joey, Jay, Bill and Trip for turning a challenging situation into a very satisfying outcome!! I sincerely appreciate all of you guys!

My experience with this place was ok; but within the 1st week of getting I had trouble with it; the mechanic so called fixed it but he put a crack in the bracket now I can't even drive it; I am without a car again. I will not recommend anybody to this car place.

!!BUYERS BEWARE!! IF YOU DO BUY FROM HERE GET THE WARRANTY. If I could give zero stars I would. I was sold a 2012 Subaru Forester outright, a car that's worth about 5-6k I paid over 10k for because that's just how it works (NOT THE ISSUE). At first I was very happy. I had a seemingly suitable vehicle (PAID IN FULL) that I wanted to take very good care of for as long as possible. I am not a "car" person. I assume everything is going to work accordingly. WRONG. 4 months (ONLY 4 MONTHS) after buying this vehicle the engine blew up because there was no oil and an apparent leak. The sensors never came on claiming the oil was low or to check the engine. NOTHING. The odometer sticker that PURE 1 AUTO put on the inside window reads 166k til my next oil change. My car currently read 164k so you assume that's accurate. I actually couldn't wait to get her first oil change. They either neglected to fix the oil leak, didn't notice it, or just simply didn't care. From the moment I purchased the vehicle there were no visible oil leaks underneath my vehicle at all, with that being said I know for a fact that my car had no oil in it since I drove it off the lot. 4 months later, my engine blows with no indication from the sensors that something could be wrong. So TWO MAJOR things wrong with the vehicle they sold me. The buying process was extremely fast. Rod barely explained anything to me. The owner claims they "highly recommend" the warranty but that couldn't be further from the truth. This establishment just wants your money like everyone else. They had no problem telling a single mother and a Veteran to this Country that there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't sign a piece of paper. I can no longer get my child to school or myself to work. To get the engine fixed is 8k. Now you see why I talked numbers in the beginning. A 5k car turned into 10k in PURE 1 AUTOS pocket and a complete loss of vehicle for me. The hardships that PURE 1 AUTO has put me through is cruel. Nonetheless, a learning lesson, which is why I am sharing this review EVERYWHERE. PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW. BUY THE WARRANTY, OR BETTER YET DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They are nothing short of crooks.

Got sold a car in 21 from here. The tint level of the windows were illegal for NC, and it turns out the model of mini Cooper I bought was recalled in 2019. Scummy work.

I'd put 0 if I could.We got a car the car has problems and now they can't help us even though we are willing to pay. Also think there mechanic isn't certified because you clearly can tell if a bearing is going out during driving.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!LEMON WARNING!!I bought a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali for $8000 from these so called "professionals". I filed bankruptcy and had no hopes of getting a car. These guys got me into one. That's great right!? WRONG. This car had problems since my 3rd day of ownership. I took the vehicle to GMC to get it looked at as it was very shaky and shifted extremely rough. Turned out the car needed a new torque converter and transmission for a total of $6000. Keep in mind I just dropped 8k on this piece of junk. So I called pure one and spoke to Tripp the guy who supposedly runs the place. He pretended to care and told me to bring the car in they will do a transmission flush, etc. He also convinces me to purchase a warranty for the transmission while I was there for another $230. Well, they flushed the transmission, and the shifting got worse, so I took the vehicle back to GMC only to find out that the warranty they sold me to get the transmission fixed was invalid. A couple of days later, the alternator went out. At the point the car was immovable. I told pure one auto. I wasn't making the first payment until they fixed the car like they promised. So I got a call from pure one auto saying the bank wanted the car back. The funny thing was I called the bank, and they said they didn't want it back, the dealership did. On top of that, I didn't get my $2000 I put down back, and they didn't refund the worthless warranty they sold me. On top of that, I can't get approved for another vehicle for my job or my family because now I have a repo on my credit. I'm currently looking for legal action through the state and the county now. Now I can't make it to work for my family because I made the mistake of buying from this poor, pathetic excuse of a business.

Beware dealing with these people. I had to take them to court for a car I purchased. Bought it one day and the next day we drove it to Raleigh and parked in the airport parking deck and we boarded a flight. It stayed parked for a week while we were gone only to return and break down on the highway returning home. A week??!!!!! They aren't real business men. Be careful they only want your money!!!!

Best place to get a used car! Kevin really took care of us and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase. Nothing felt rushed. No one pushed us to buy immediately like most car dealerships do. 100% recommend Pure 1 Auto if your looking for a used car! Will definitely be back!
