My husband s truck broke down yesterday and instead of taking it to his usual VERY EXPENSIVE, SLOW mechanic we had it towed here where we go for our inspection! The truck was fixed quickly and runs great, staff is very friendly and the mechanic was great! His usual mechanic said it would take a week to repair and the price quoted was ridiculous. I got it fixed here in two hours and saved a lot of money! This place is great, thank you!! Customer for life!

Quick, reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, and Great mechanics. The whole atmosphere is family friendly and they make everyone feel welcomed. They also have reasonable prices for everything and offer a variety of services! Recommend them to EVERYONE!

Went in to get an oil change.They took my vehicle in the bay. 2 minutes later one of the mechanics came out and said " Sir you don't need an oil change right now, you are still at 85 percent. You have a ways to go before your next oil change. " That is the most honest place I've been to ever. They checked my tires. Put air in them and sent me on my way. WOW! I'll never go anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced.

I have been using Neuse Blvd Service Center for many years. Mr. Jones and his son are honest, kind and helpful people who treat you like friends, not just customers. Their pricing is fair and upfront with no hidden fees added on later. I recently purchased a full set of tires for my van and they did a great job installing them in a professional and timely manner. They are a small, locally owned business and I highly recommend them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

In my opinion these people are very kind and the prices are not bad. They have awsome inspection rates. A couple times I had blown tires and I pulled into their shop with half the money for a tire and they put my tires on and allowed me to bring the money back .

I think Neuse Boulevard Service Center is one of the best service station in New Bern. Their prices are always reasonable and the worker's go above and beyond to help their customers. I would recommend them to anyone. great service!!

I always go to Neuse service center for my car needs they do an excellent job on my car they are honest hard working Christian men my God bless them and keep them if you need a good caring mechanic they are the best

I came to New Bern on vacation, 5 minutes after arriving my car broke down! I called Triple A and Neuse Blvd service center kindly took me immediately and repaired my car and less than an hour, I was checking in to my hotel! I took my car in for a flat tire. The individual took my key FOB. The tire was supposedly repaired. When I was ready to leave I got into my car. When I pushed the start button it said FOB not in range. I checked to make sure FOB wasn t in the console or seat. I started asking where my FOB was. The individual that repaired my tire eventually came to my car and try to start it. It started. He said theFOB was in the seat. I am absolutely positive it wasn t. No big deal. I drove away. The next day my tire was flat. I went back and the tire repair guy said I told you that plugging the sidewall wouldn t work. This is the second time this individual lied. He told me I needed to take the tire some place else to be repaired. I asked for a refund. The guy said no, I told you it wouldn t work. Not true. I talked to the owner who had another individual repair the tire. The original repairman took my tire off crushed my tire sensor monitor. Fortunately my vehicle is coveted under warranty. I never took it back as a result of the tire pressure monitor because I knew it was a lost cause. I would never go back to have anything done there. The owner said the tire repairman is a good worker. I said he may be a hard worker but he s a liar.Service: Tires

A little disappointed. I was the first one there a couple of weeks ago and they took a car ahead of me for an oil change. Felt like they didn't go in order which is not cool

Great place to go for small jobs. Like tires, inspections. Don't think they do any big jobs. Still Great people. Recommend them for sure

This is my favorite place in New Bern to get my car inspected. The company has been in operation for 50+ years. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Friendly staff. Plugged a hole in my tire and placed it back in place, removing the spare tire for me in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price.
