There's not even enough words to describe how bad this dealership is. My car was consuming oil and upon inspection I found I had oil on my spark plug threads, after a bunch of back and forth over a month and a half they finally changed the valve gasket, but returned my car which had brand new spark plugs dirty as all get out (picture of sparkplugs w/ wood background). I then cleaned the spark plugs since I didn't want to put yet another set of new spark plugs in there without knowing the problem was fixed (picture of spark plugs with blue rag). I then took it in as we had to put more oil in the car and they took a video saying no oil on the spark plug. I took a screen capture of that vehicle and I'm saying one of them does not look like the other but see for yourself. Regardless they set up an oil consumption test and within 24 hours my car is stuttering down the road, brake system failure. I fixed some of the issues, but I pull the codes and see a cylinder 4 misfire (interestingly enough same cylinder that I've been pointing them to). They say its a different diagnosis fee, for a "different" issue. They thought they gave me brand new spark plugs out of their pocket which didn't happen, which makes me wonder if they even changed the valve gasket. Overall just a bunch of moneygrubbing and incompetence. I like Mazda, I very much dislike this dealership. I will drive to my old dealer in Virginia for better service than this place.

We appreciated their knowledge and guidance on what vehicle would be best for our needs. We are very happy with the Kia Sportage. When we have the need for another vehicle we will return here. This was my first time buying a car and i was very nervous but the members of the dealership were very welcoming and reassuring. They explained everything about the car and the process of buying one and made everything clear and simple, they were also able to find me the car i was looking for in one day when i thought i would have to go to multiple dealerships in order to find one. Overall it was a great experience and i recommend it to anyone looking for a car in New Bern.

Had a couple of recalls done on a 2019 Kia Soul Plus I have. I ve only interacted with the service writers, but I will say the they are friendly and very in touch with the needs people have. I bought this vehicle in October of 20 for my daughter. She is now off to university, but only home for the weekend, they work the the vehicle in for me this past Saturday. Mindful, they had a full schedule. People that genuinely want to help,

Don't take your vehicle here. Terrible service department from fixed operations down. They refuse to honor the extended warranty for Kia's engine recalls. The car shot a piston through the block and they refuse to even look at it. I had to get it towed to Jacksonville Kia after already towing it to New Bern. Jacksonville took car of the engine, put me in a rental car and had it done within a week. Leaving a review here and with the BBB.

I have had two amazing transactions at this dealership! They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and I get the car I want. The whole team was great to work with and I hardly had to put in much effort. I didn t have to loose time at work to finish my purchase and they delivered my car to my work. I really appreciate this whole business at Kia of New Bern. They are very trustworthy. Thank you especially to my salesperson Jami and the finance manager Lauren for coordinating everything for me !

I have been very happy with the quality of service provided to me at the Kia/Mazda New Bern location. My Car is brand new and the oil filter for it is not sold in stores yet and they always fit me in quickly for an oil change at their office. I recently scheduled an apt to get my recalls on my car fixed, and they got me in the very next dayGreat experience so far!

I m giving 2 stars (which feels generous) because I did receive the oil change/tire rotation I brought my car in for. However, this service took, for some unknown reason, 2 hours and 15 minutes. I had a scheduled appointment for 9am and at 10:20, went to see if my car was done as there had been NO communication with me regarding my car or a timeline for service. At 10:20, they had not started on my car and told me it would be 30 minutes from here after I came back to the desk to figure out what was going on with my car. Again, there was no communication regarding why it was taking so long or what was going on or any update whatsoever. At 11:15, I was finally checking out. Again, no apologies for the delay past my appointment time, no updates during the 2 hour process, nothing. I will not be returning to this dealership for future services as I don t feel that I was valued as a customer or that my time was taken seriously.

You never think buying a new car could be so easy until you meet Ethan Parris at Kia of New Bern! My experience was very relaxing and filled with good vibes. The guy had me laughing from basic conversation while also educating me on the whole inventory of Hondas. If you had a question, he had an answer. If I could purchase more cars right now, I d be back in a heartbeat. Appreciate the hospitality brother!

The dealership completed 2 recalls and a safety inspection. Personnel were friendly and efficient. The waiting lounge is lovely and comfortable offering coffee, tea and water. I was very pleased with the service in every way.

Since this was my second visit to this dealership I would say the Service Manager (Chris) was very helpful for the issue with my Kia Soul. I traveled at least 45 minutes to the dealership for service and my experience so far has been very good. Right now it looks to be the go to dealership for me. Yes there's some adjustments that need to be made but for right now I think their on the right track.

Called for an appointment and received one for my specified day and time. They were very friendly in the service writing area. Offered shuttle service to and from someplace rather than wait in the lobby which I accepted. When I called for the pick up, they were there in about 10 minutes, which is how far away I was. Upon checking out everything was thoroughly explained. They sent me text updates as steps were being finished, which I really appreciate. They also washed and vacuumed my car before giving it back which was a really nice touch.I am extremely satisfied with the service and their service people.

James Wiggs and Kia of New Bern were amazing to work with for an out of town transaction. I knew exactly the car I wanted and I dealt with James via phone. He did an amazing job working quickly to get me what I needed and negotiating on my behalf. When it came time to drop my car off, he insisted on dropping it off same day himself despite it being his birthday. I own a couple of luxury cars and can hands down say dealing the James surpassed the level of customer service I ve received at any dealership. I whole heartedly recommend James and Kia of New Bern!

I have been dealing with some electrical issues with my Kia. Every single person who has assisted me with service related issues has been nothing short of amazing. Ashton and Sierra both have incredible customer service and have been very helpful. Sales employees are also very friendly and make sure I have anything I need while waiting around. I've been a long time customer and always had better than expected sales experiences. That said, now that my previous sales guy has been promoted, I got way better service. I walked away with a deal I never thought would happen on a fully electric car. I was prepared to just go in for a test drive on a hybrid vehicle and come back another time.I wound up with a fantastic offer and sealed the deal right then and there.

called parts for a price, the guy on the phone was RUDE as he//. Tried to ask a couple questions he quickly transferred me to the parts manager. The parts manager was more respectful but the prices were way higher than other dealerships I had called. My questions were why the difference. I don't plan on using this dealership for anything in the future if this is how they treat a potential customer.

Completely satisfied with my recent routine scheduled maintenance and to perform a recall. I was updated via text throughout the process and even sent me a link for video of the vehicle inspection. Completed in the timeframe as I had requested. Always friendly service when checking out and even a pleasant courtesy walk to my vehicle to leave. Great customer service!

Went for a state inspection to be told I can't get my car passed unless I have new brakes put on and they quoted me over 600 to do front n rear brakes.that to me very expensive and I asked why so expensive they told me inflation is high . And he also had the nerve to say if u buy the brakes yourself who is going to put them on . I'm like really .I told him my son. So in other words .i will not go back again to you guys.

Highly recommend Kia of New Bern. Jami is a wonderful salesperson. She has now brought me 3 cars to my home, 2 of which I bought. They worked to find me a car while competing dealers just sent generic text messages asking when I was going to come to them for a test drive (umm never!). Lauren in Finance was knowledgeable and kind. John, the GM, tag teamed with Jami texting me numbers to get the deals done. If you're looking for a car or truck, go there! If they don't have it, they will find it! :)

Now, if you are looking for a new vehicle this fine tax time, this is where we went. Not only was the customer service excellent, but their inventory outside of the new vehicles are certified AND they warranty them! Kyle Boos was a fantastic salesman, and within the sales process there was a lot of waiting and he was diligent in not only offering us anything for our comfort, but in being friendly and personable, providing company throughout our wait times. This is the 5th car our family has brought from this dealership, and they work to deserve your business!

I went to this dealership for recall issue with my car. I was expecting the worst having had very bad experiences in the service department where I originally bought the car. The gentleman that helped me I can't remember his name went above and beyond as did the service department got me in and out and even inspected my car because that was coming up. They didn't try to sell me any other service which I really appreciate that's one of my pet peeves.

Everybody was great to deal with. They figured out the issue quick and got it fixed. Plus I can't beat shuttle service so I didn't have to sit there for the couple of hours they had it
