I was treated very kindly. I have just recently brought this vehicle so I am still learning. The gentleman was informing me on things in which he was finding as he was preparing for the oil change in which brought me there at that time. I truly thank him for the great service.

The whole experience was first rate. A technician offered me his arm to guide me over slippery floors to the waiting room. I was warned I d have to wait 30-45 minutes to get an inspection, but it was done in 10! I didn t even get to read my book. Counter personnel was cordial and efficient. I love my Jiff Lube!

Tina and her crew are not just at a job. The help and true concern for my predicament doesn t leave me. I was in a jam, out of state, and Tina saw me through this all and worked it out. She was patient, knowledgable, professional, more than helpful, and truly compassionate.Thank you, TINA and those at Jiffy Lube, that acknowledge a superior employee.

I called needing an oil change and the manager was very kind. I got there and the manager and the mechanics educated me on my car. They had my car done within 30 minutes. It means a lot as a woman for mechanics to educate you instead of blow you off when you ask questions. I ve gone to the Toyota dealership and they had to Google what my car needed but wanted me to get the part. I am very satisfied with my last minute visit to Jiffy Lube! Keep up the good work guys!

Nice efficient staff!! Always great service and that includes top offs on fluids in between main oil change. Definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will keep you updated on what they re doing as they are doing it, and will not do anything until they get the OK from the customer. Extremely fair prices.

Jiffy Lube is always able to quickly deal with my service needs. They are kind and professional. Be prepared for them to offer a number of additional services and/or parts based on their examination of your vehicle.

Needed a quick oil change on a Florida to Brooklyn Christmas family run, and the team at New Bern NC, got us in and out and back on the road in a hurry, and even reminded us to check online for a coupon for a discount on the service. Two thumbs up!!

If I could give them less I would. Told me they didn't do state inspections and the next week they do one for my friend no problem. Horrible customer service and communication. Another friend took their car in for an oil change and they drained the transmission fluid somehow and didn't refill it. Just drive a half mile down the road to Colony.

So grateful for Jiffy Lube New Bern NC Glenburnie Blvd. I made a big mistake which could have ruined my engine. I called and told them what happened and they told me what to do next. Had it towed there where they took great care of me and my car!!! Thank you for saving my car and my wallet!!

Giving this location 5 stars because they communicated their staffing issues well and up front which properly set my expectations for my visit. I ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes but this one in New Bern, NC is the absolute best. The guys are very good, personable, and fast. I had gone to this Jiffy Lube a couple weeks ago for an inspection. Had no appointment but was seen quickly! The gentleman who helped me was professional, wish I would have got his name. I don t remember how long I waited but it was reasonable and thorough. The experience was memorable, I decided to come back again to get my vehicle looked over before taking a trip out of state soon. Tiana (hope I got her name right) was the one helping me. She knew what she was doing that it didn t take me a long visit! Thank you so much for another memorable experience here. I ll be sure to come back again for whenever my vehicle needs something done again. Love this place!

Every single person on staff-from the lady who checked me in, to the people performing the service-were kind & professional. I will be bringing my car here anytime I need an oil change/tire rotation.
