I went to another shop, after waiting half an hour, I was told they didn't have my size tire in stock. I called around and couldn't find anyone in town who had what I needed. I pulled up to this place, was instantly greeted and told they had the tires.They performed the service so quickly, I had only just stepped out of the car before they were getting it up on the jack. All of the guys were extremely friendly and great at what they do. I was back on the road in just a few minutes. I regret not going to them first.I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to get tires done in New Bern! I was nearly in tears before I arrived, they made my day.

My tire was completely messed up, spare went flat too . I got the spare pumped up and drove 15 miles to get to them on a SUNDAY! Less than 10 minutes I was in and out! I m super appreciative. I still have an 1hr 30 minute drive home and I was able to get back on the road safely.

I was visiting New Bern and hit a hole in the road in James City on a Sunday-which no one was open, I googled and called around and found Garcia Tires. They were a God send. Very friendly and caring. Try them first you will not regret it. Prices are reasonable. Later on my trip in New Bern I had car trouble and they fix my car. Thanks to them I was able to get home to Florida safely and my car still runs like a Champ, thanks you

Stopped in on a Sunday when most big name places were closed. We were instantly greeted and less than a minute later our truck was lifted up and the tire was off! Less than 20 minutes later the tire stem was fixed and back on our truck! Great service.

Awesome service at a GREAT PRICE. I bought a set of BRAND NEW tires for a fraction of the price at the dealership with a warranty. And they was fast and friendly, and even replaced my tire monitor sensor in the process

On Sunday my son in law needed leaking tire fixed. They arrived minutes before we did at the shop.. The truck tire was already off, and being fixed. Great price paid. Back on the road in no time. You just can't say thanks enough when you get great service

Had an emergency with a tire puncture at 5:30 on a Saturday. They had an exact replacement for the damaged tire. Antonio had it removed and replaced with lighting speed. Would definitely recommend.

A big name chain told me my tire couldn t be patched. Antonio was able to patch it! He told me he s usually there till 8pm even though google says 7, so if its an emergency (mine was), drop by and knock on the door.
