I take my Lexus to be serviced at Eastern Carolina Nissan. Kenny and Josh have always been awesome! Josh always keeps me up to date on what my car needs now, and what to expect later on down the road so I can prepare. My favorite service department in the area!

Excellent staff. People who have been in the business for awhile and know how to treat customers. Very friendly. Had a great experience purchasing a Nissan Titan. Would highly recommend.

I took my vehicle today for oil and filter change with out appointment. Kenny and Charles were very helpful. Efficient and courteous service. Within a reasonable amount of time, my vehicle was serviced. Thank you.
