Tim and Kerry are absolute godsend, what took another dealership 3 days they got done in a couple hours. Kerry really went above and beyond, got to know us and was honest about everything he was running by his manager. Tim the manager constantly checked on us,l and made us feel more like family than just a customer. Extremely friendly and professional, if you need a car, this is the place to go!

This is the place for anyone who is in search of a Nissan. The transaction was facilitated by Carnell Wallace, and he did a phenomenal job. He (Carnell) made my family and me feel welcomed and comfortable, and he was able to secure a great deal for us. When working out a deal, I never once felt like I was wasting my time or Carnell s. Came to EC Nissan for some stereo trouble for my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. I was immediately referred to Joshua Brown who explained step by step of what I needed and provided a detailed timeline on the repairs. Throughout the process of getting my vehicle serviced, Joshua kept me updated on the progress of the service. Major shout-out to Joshua for all his work and a major shout-out to the technician that worked on my vehicle. My vehicle now feels new again. I was told if you need to get a car go to Eastern Carolina Nissan. My mother of course was the one who pointed this out to me. I decided to go and check them out. I was apprehensive about making this purchase. I've had cars before but not of this caliber. I took a leap of faith and I made the purchase. Mr. Carnell Wallace has helped me with so many things about my new car. I'm so grateful. If I have questions even now he is my go to salesman. Mr. Gray at Eastern Carolina Nissan was a massive help! He made the process so easy and simple. I could tell he was an honest guy who dealt honestly with us. 10/10 experience. This branch (Eastern Carolina Nissan) captured the small-town-business atmosphere. I was met at the service entrance by Jason, who pleasantly checked in the car for my service appointment. He asked pertinent questions regarding the cars operation, listened, and answered my questions. I felt confident we were on the same page for the services to be performed, and in the end the price was slightly lower than expected.

my experience with the service department was awesome. Right away, I felt something different cause I was handed a business card with my advisor's phone number, in case I needed to check on my vehicle and that has never happened. I was expecting to have an horrible experience, but Angela Latham made it so easy. She kept in touch with me from the time I dropped my vehicle off until picked up, she even called to say that the parts truck broke down and it was going to put them behind a half day. She contacted the warranty folks and I think it took all of 3 days to get my truck back. I never needed to use her business card cause she always called me and when I couldn't answer the phone, her voicemails were so detailed, that I didn't need to call her back. If I could give Angela a 100 stars, I would. this is the greatest experience I ever had in all of my years having my car service! Nissan, she was great! This was my third experience at Nissan and Angela really stood out and any time my vehicle need servicing, I will be sure to ask for Angela.

If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend Eastern Carolina Nissan. They are like family. Unfortunately I was in a recent accident that totaled my Pathfinder, ( also purchased from them ). I went in yesterday to talk to Shawn Benton to see what my options were as I just recently started a new job and my insurance hasn't finalized the paperwork for my old suv. Sean and Tim Murray, what can I say ! They are truly beyond words, they worked to get me approved for another suv. They care about their customers and will go to war for them. They even sung happy birthday to my daughter. The nicest people, can't say enough. This is my 3rd purchase, I highly recommend them. They are the BEST !!!

Carnell Wallace helped me and my girlfriend find our first car. Was very welcoming and personable. We both got to test drive the car and he explained all the features where we could both understand. He answered all questions at the dealership and even know a month later when we give a call. He helped get us a great deal and the experience with him increased our confidence with the purchase and choice of dealership. Will 100% come back and recommend the dealership and Carnell.

I bought a lemon Shawn sold me. Found huge problems in the struts. I had to replace the struts. Shawn said they would pay. Never paid.Don't do business with this dealership. Shawn lies just to be top salesman

I was quoted the price of $53 for an oil change and tire rotation over the phone but when I got to the shop with my coupon I was showed a chart price beginning with $113 and expected to pay that price. When asked for my salesman that I have been dealing with for years Shawn Becton I was told Shawn couldn t help me ! I ended up paying $65 for my services. My experience was not pleasant and for the future I would like the price quoted over the phone to be the price that I pay. Thank you for your time and patience.Ida Whitehead

I went in to look at a Kicks, Kerry was really nice, got a lot of my info out of the way, took me on a test drive and made it really easy to drive home in my new car. Amazing team and always friendly. Worked and fixed on 4 items without giving me any difficulty. Of course it was under warranty but other manufacture dealers have always given me problems for stuff that s under warranty, Nissan has earned a lifetime customer.
