Convenient Auto Care is really easy to work with. Dave and his guys are very knowledgeable. If I was looking at new mechanic I would not pass him up. In the last year he has done a lot of work for me. And I'm very pleased with his work. He does exactly what he said he's going to do. And in a timely manner. Convenient Auto Care was a very welcoming place. Mr. Dave took great care of me and my vehicle. I was given excellent advice and even better services. I would recommend them highly to get your car in working order. I was treated like a daughter and not a stranger and that is what separates Mr. Dave's shop from the rest. Dave and the guys are always professional and knowledgeable. They are priced similarly to other shops and they even come get your vehicle and bring it back! We don't take our vehicles anywhere else.

We travel the country in a camper full time, so our truck is very important to us! While staying in the area, we needed some maintenance and a couple other things done. While I typically try to use diesel shops, the ones here seemed to cater to semis and busses, so I chose this shop based off its good reviews.I'm so happy I did! They were great to work with. Fast, friendly service, and they arranged it so I could wait in the office while they worked. They were great with communication, and letting me know what was going on when a part shipment was delayed.I had a sensor go out after we had relocated to Washington, and ended up driving back to New Bern just to have them replace it. It's always nerve-wracking trying to choose a mechanic, so when I find a good one, I'll go out of my way to return!If we lived in the area, they would be my go-to shop.Thanks yall!

David was very professional in handling my new set of tires for my car. His crew arrived on time to drive my car to their garage and delivered same day, which provided for me to not take time away from my work or personal time. Love that convenience! Also, David initiated a required annual inspection while I had overlooked that detail. CAC is the best choice for automotive needs. Top tier quality service. Professional mechanics right outside your doorstep, doesn't get better than that! These guys are very thorough, honest, and overall just great at what they do. At no extra cost compared to your typical auto maintenance shop, they come to you! No more wasting precious time during the work week getting your car to a shop for servicing. Highly recommend 10/10.

I had a fuel pump replaced and they didn't lock the pump on. I called CAC on Saturday, the owner Dave called me back within an hour. I got the car to them and by Monday morning they had it fixed and my car back to me. I can't thank them enough as I am from out of state working and desperately needed my car. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks so much for all your help Dave and team!

What a great job. You deal with the owner when you walk in the door. Not some hired counter worker. Needed suspension work on my truck and thought I knew what it was. Turns out it was something completely different. They diagnosed, fixed, found another minor issue, addressed it (no charge, as it required no parts), and made sure it was perfect before calling me. Plus, they did it over the TGiving holiday period. Couldn't be happier. Rides almost like new. I've found my NEW local shop. Give'em a try, you won't be disappointed.

I am delighted with the service that Convenient Auto Care provides. From the original call, answered by Lee, to Dave and his coworker showing up in a timely way, they assessed the problem very quickly and gave excellent useful advice. Although I would have been thoroughly satisfied at that point, Dave took it over the top with a followup text to me inquiring the advice he had given, and how it had worked out! Give Convenient Auto Care a try; I m very happy I did!

Everyone is very professional. I absolutely love the fact that they are mobile. They come to you at your home or business at YOUR convenience. They do most repairs onsite. If the repair is more complicated and need a lift, they will drive your car to their shop and bring it back to you. When you call for appointments, You usually can get an appointment within the same week. Their prices are on par with brick and mortar auto service stations. Will recommend this company to anyone.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

These guys have done several things for me so far. They are friendly, efficient, convenient, and fairly priced. As a mother of two young children it is so nice not to have to rearrange my schedule to have work done. I can't recommend them enough; try them and you won't be disappointed!

This service is awesome; a modern take on auto repair. Nothing I hate worse than the inconvenience of having to take one of our cars to the mechanic. Convenient Auto Care eliminates this hassle. Got my oil change, tires rotated and state inspection done on two vehicles in an hour without having to leave the house or change my schedule. All this for the same price as any other mechanic.

Update : From 5 to 2 Had the brakes on my vintage Jaguar X308 flushed due to a soft pedal. My brake issue returned exactly 3 weeks after the flush service by CAC. Took it to Professional Auto Service & they inspected/drained & the fluid was horrible, looked old & very low(w/ no leaks). It wasn't flushed properly.

These folks have serviced my car, riding lawnmower, and golf cart. Timely, convenient, expedient, and price friendly begin to paint their picture. We all dislike to be without the things we need and with Convenient Auto Care s pick up and delivery service, doing business couldn t be easier!

Convenient Auto Care came to my office and did an oil change, tire rotation, patched a hole in my tire and replaced a broken sensor all while I was working. It was ready to go by the time I left for lunch. Highly recommend!

This is amazing. They come and get your car and do the work and bring it back to you. I don't even notice it's gone. They will go to businesses as well AND they just got a huge neat trailer to do jobs right at your location. This is just what we need. No one likes to sit at a automotive shop and wait on their car service.
