The guys that helped me with the tire selection were so nice and helpful. The gentlemen told me the part number to order for the level kit. It was the only shop in town that told me exactly what to order and helped me through the process. They took the time to go through multiple different types of tires and quotes. The staff is so kind, helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future!

I m never one to write reviews but this one is definitely necessary. I originally took my car to Colony tire in new bern on April 2023. At that time my car had the check engine light on for a couple of days and had an oil leak, I went in dropped my car off and they repaired it I use that term very lightly. It was for the leak repairing the housing unit. I paid nearly $800 to have my issue fixed. 2 weeks later, my cars check engine light came back on. I took it back in and they said that the housing unit they had replaced had been faulty so they ordered a new one and scheduled me for a replacement once again I dropped my car off to find out they weren t even able to work on my vehicle and from there getting rescheduled again then they replaced the unit again, with a faulty housing unit for the second time! Weird how that happens. Forgot to mention BOTH TIMES they attempted to fix my car my check engine light came back on literally within the hour after pick up After the 3rd time of the problem still persisting I spoke with the general manager Jason and asked him if they could just pay for my car to be serviced at another auto body shop because it didn t seem like they really knew what they were doing since after three attempts at fixing the same issue the issue still exist. He said no they don t do that. And the only solution he offered was to keep having his people TRY to fix my car. I took my car back and forth to Colony Tire for well over 6 MONTHS with no resolution of my vehicle. It honestly seems like they just erased the code and called it a day. The last visit I had with Colony the GM called me to inform me that something in my car had gotten cracked. And the ONLY PEOPLE WHO SERVICED MY CAR WAS THEM. I told him that and he basically gaslighted me and told me he doesn t know how that could ve happened. So it s now 2024, Check engine light is still on. Oil is once again still leaking and car never got fixed. It s really disappointing because i honestly feel robbed. I paid to get an issue fixed that was not cheap. I missed days of work, I got late to work to accommodate them to get my vehicle serviced they rescheduled me multiple times last minute , just overall a really bad experience. and vehicle is still messed up. Now my vehicle is in worse shape with a code reading that it s misfiring & shaking and I m wholeheartedly convinced that the issue I have now , stemmed from the same issue I had last year because the check engine light never turned off, THEY NEVER FIXED MY VEHICLE JUST STOLE MY MONEY. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here, cause your car will probably end up way worse than when you take it in. Take it from my experience!

Best price around. Ordered tires on Friday and they were here Monday. Despite not having an appointment I was able to drop off the wheels and pick them up later that day.Kathleen made it happen. She was very helpful and professional.

Colony was great. They worked me in. Was only there short time they had me ready to go. Very clean waiting area. Everyone was nice, had a smile and made me feel welcomed as a customer. Yes, I'll continue doing business with them.

My go-to shop. They always do good work at a fair price. Recently, my car wouldn t start on multiple occasions so I got the battery tested at Advance Auto Parts. They told me the battery was fine and the alternator was bad, which surprised me, but I booked an alternator change at Colony anyway. Colony ordered me the alternator and scheduled my appointment. When I dropped the car off, I asked them to please do their own test to confirm that the alternator was bad before replacing it. Well guess what, they called and told me it was the battery and not the alternator. They didn t have to do that, they could have taken the $600+ and I would have never known the difference. Instead, they were honest with me and saved me a lot of money.

It is always a pleasure to go to Colony Tire. Jason is awesome and so are the other employees. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I had 4 brand nrw tires put on my Rava 4 Toyota. It is driving so much better!! They always get you straight at Colony Tire. I recommend this place to everyone who needs work done to their car. Thanks again Colony Tire in New Bern NC

As a long-time customer, I walked into Colony Tire and Service without an appointment.They fit me into their busy schedule and did my NC Auto Safety Check within minutes. Colony Tire and Service provides excellent customer service! They are the best!

My son had a flat tire after driving in from out of state for the Holidays. We got the car to Colony Tire and they were able to help us right away and perform an oil change as well. They were great as always and price was reasonable.

Called for repair of slow leaking front tire. My wait was short and the mechanic mentioned the tire was repairable, but the threads were down to the wear point of replacing the tire. The replaced the tire at a reasonable price and I walked out a satisfied customer.

I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians and staff up front. I truly appreciate the help. Two nails in about two weeks and they were quick and professional both times. There's nothing else I could ask for. Maybe a smile on their faces but they all had those in spades. Thanks again.

Experienced a flat tire while away from home B4 I even got home on the spare, my wife had asked a friend for recommendations as we re new to New Bern, Colony was one of them but they were the only one after pricing and conversation. I dropped it off that evening and picked it up the following day with 4 new tires, balanced as well as an alignment and an oil change. Further, much to my surprise, the spare was returned to it s location under the rear and the jack, lug wrench and other parts were returned to their storage placed under the floor in the rear, a bonus for sure. Say Hi to Kathlene on your next visit for me

I have been there 4 times since I have moved here a year ago and all 4 times everyone has been polite courtesy and professional. Prices are reasonable. The time goes by fast while you talk to the other people in the waiting room and they even have a coffee bar. I will continue to go there and have my 2005 300C worked on. Thank you Colony for excellent service.

I had stopped at another tire place to get my state inspection done and had been before and the people in that office were not only rude but didn t have someone to provide an inspection at all for the day.It led me to call around and this place was my second call. They were polite and quick while on the phone and told me to come down they could get me in and out in a decent time. Caleb was nice when I walked in and got me setup for the inspection and my two young kids and I waited in their spacious cool waiting area. They got to us within a reasonable time (quicker than expected since I didn t have an appointment) which I appreciated because young kids can get ancy. They also park your car out front for you if you are waiting inside. It was an overall good experience and much appreciated!

The desk clerk was very dishonest about the tire order. I called them for a Toyo tire deal and was told that the tires were going to be in Monday of the next week so I got a Tuesday appointment. I had to cancel the Tuesday appointment to a Thursday morning appointment. When Thursday comes around she said that the warehouse only shipped them two tires and that Friday they would get the other two. **The tires were supposed to be in the shop that Monday**.I had a trip planned and lost the hotel reservation on Thursday because I had to get the other two tires installed on Friday morning.

I've been using Colony Tire since 2003. They've always been great as far as service to my vehicles go and they've also always had a friendly, easy going and knowledgeable staff. I went for an inspection today (7/28/2023). They were backed up but Jason still managed to fit me in 4:30pm, which was shortly after I arrived, and I was good to go before 5pm. Also had all my fluids, tire pressure and everything checked during the inspection. Every visit I've ever had has been 5 out of 5 stars easy!

I had a tire emergency and within minutes they got me scheduled and completed the work in amazing time. The friendliness and professionalism was stellar! I highly recommend Colony Tire to everyone.

They were friendly and seem to know what they were doing. Not much of an eye for detail after the job was done. There were a few greasy handprints left on the outside of my car and I would think spending $1,000 for tires that your wheels and tires would come out of the shop polished.

Great service. As you might expect the waiting area was full on arrival, but I dropped off for an oil change and replacement of some tire pressure sensors. The job was done ahead of schedule and everything works perfectly.
