Got a good price on the installation of LED on my SlingShot would recommend to other SlingShot owners and other vehicle as well

The quality of work was great, the installer was very professional and knew his stuff. My problem is that I brought all my stuff and was quoted that it would take @2 hours to install so @$140. It wound up taking 3 which is fine and no complaints with that at all especially after he walked me through why it took the extra hour. I'd have have given them 5 stars if that was it. The problem is that they then charged me other fees which almost doubled the price after taxes that they never told me about during the quote. The whole reason I went there is because it was going to cost @$200 to install everything and then when I go to pay its $360!!! The dealership was cheaper than that!!! If I would have known that's the shady stuff they were doing then I would have installed it myself. They basically charge you twice, the man hours ($70/HR), then charge you again ($99 for backup camera install, $39 new stereo install). Shady business practice to sucker you in thinking you're getting a good deal and then double the price when you go to pay.....quality of work was good, and the actual installer was very professional and nice, but ill never go here again due to shady business tactics....

We were quoted a price and timeline for installation of a new audio system. The project lasted longer than expected because of some technical issues. However they communicated with us about the problem, worked it out and didn't increase our installation price even though it took much longer. They handled an adverse situation the way a business should which is rare in this area. Recommend this company for all audio needs.

I had previously written a review but after a couple days driving my vehicle I had to change this post. The people at the store were very friendly and professional and they were extremely helpful with everything I needed. I had to give it a two star because of a couple things that I did not like about the way the work was done(I got a radio installed). After taking my car out of the shop I drove to Greenville which is an hour away from there and that's when I found out my on and off button for my vehicle wasn't working, I managed to turn my car off by stalling it because I had to turn it off but then I had to take my car apart to get it to turn back on because when they put my car back together they never plugged my button back on. I also found out a few days ago that my hazard button is disconnected, so now I will have to take my whole dash and radio and everything apart to figure out what is wrong. I would take it back in to them and see if they can fix it but I honestly would rather do it myself at this point then take it back to them. If I wanted things like this to go wrong with my car in the first place I would have installed this radio myself before taking it to them.

Great service, speed, and products. I had to get a new stereo installed and Mike Armstrong did it in no time at all. He knew his stuff and gave off an air of being someone that can be trusted. He also installed a CB Radio for me. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If u do make sure u get a detailed receipt. I went there they had my car for 8hrs 2 install a radio a amp and 2 10 s that were already in a box in my car. They charged me 650$ I was suppose to get to front speakers along wit the other stuff but they didn t put them in. Then I go back up there bc my front speaker isn t working and they say I didn t asked 4 front speakers. Then when I asked then why it was so much and to give me a print out they hand wrote something up then added a amp kit wiring set that I paid for from Walmart onto my bill saying I got it from them. They don t no anything bout putting speakers or radios in a vehicle

I was RECOMMENDED to Car Tunes.BEST TIP of my week! Even without an appointment, the Stereo tech (Jason) was professional AND through. NOT TO MENTION.....QUICK The customer service was immaculate. FOR ALL car entertainment needs, LOOK NO FURTHER...... Car Tunes!!!

Great work on my sound system love it good price an they got mine set up in the same day that's hard to fine. Great info on what I needed an did not saved me money . I will be shopping there more..!

AMATEURS! I went in with a blown 6 1/2" speaker, looking for a replacement. He had only 2 possible replacements. He quickly installed a pair (charge $70 for 22 mins work!) On the way home I noticed I had NO bass. Returned the next day, asked for anything he could do to help me. He said no, nothing he could do. I was out the $70 plus $59 for the new speakers, but he could install ANOTHER AMP AND MORE SPEAKERS IN MY DOORS for "only" $255 to get bass back in my sound. LOL I do not recommend these folks at all.I went to the only other car audio dealer in town and he agreed the replacement speakers were the wrong ones for a Bose system, and replaced them within a few days with some that actually have some bass.

I personally will continue to due business with this audio shop. The installation of a sub and amp were installed on a professional level. I highly recommend their work.
