Bought my first bike at this place. I ran into an issue with a check I had from my bank but lucky they were patient with me. They helped me get things situated over the phone with my bank so I could get the bike I wanted that day. Excellent staff, very helpful and patient. I very much appreciate you guys at Big Rock Powersports & Marine of New Bern. Thank you so much for your help and patience.

Staff were excellent and they knew their products well. I interested in purchasing Sea Doo Switch and they fully explained all aspects of the watercraft. I was impressed with the large inventory of different types of powersport merchandise that they had on display. If you are interested in any of their products, I would recommend you visit their location in New Bern NC.

Let me say this. As a new rider entering the world of motorcross, the only thing more intimidating than the bikes themselves, is worrying about how people might judge you for being new.That was NOT a worry with Jeff the Salesman. He made me feel extremely welcomed, eagerly answered all of my questions, and was enthusiastic to help me out. Not only did he help me find the perfect bike for my size and my wallet, but also for my experience level.I can t say enough good things about this place. After getting my brand new Kayo TT140, and the experience I had there, they ve earned mine and my family s business for life. You will NOT regret giving them your business.Edit** Since I can t leave a second review, I have something to add.A few days after getting this bike, I realized the back tire was complete flat. Not sure what happened, I only rode it in my grassy yard and down a dirt road a couple times. Never even got out of 3rd gear. So may have been just a dud tube. Not anyone s fault.However, I called Big Rock and told them the issue and the SAME DAY, I was able to take my bike back to them and they changed the tube free of charge. They even helped me unload and load the bike. These guys do great work and were a massive help. Ill definitely be going there for anything I need.

Recently worked with Jeff Kerr to buy a Honda CRF300L Rally. I live in Upstate NY and could not find this particular bike anywhere! I noticed one for sale at Big Rock Powersports and contacted them right away. Jeff was great to work with and went through the extra effort of doing the transaction long distance. Everything went smoothly and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The bike is in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

We called about a four wheeler and spoke to Darin and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We traveled three hours away so a lot was done by phone. When we went to pick the machine up everything went flawless. Darin was super awesome to work with, very professional and went over everything in detail. We would definitely deal with him in the future. Great experience beginning to end.

Outstanding sales and service. I purchased a Polaris Sportsmen 450 H O utility. Jeff the salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he made it easy for me to pick the right ATV that will fill all my needs. I absolutely love my new ATV. Their service department is also very Professional, friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and quick.

Everyone was great to work with. They understood our anxiety about our order and had no problems answering any of my questions. They were straight up when they didn't know something and didn't try to blow smoke. I shopped around and they were the only dealership within reasonable driving distance that didn't way overcharge me for dealer fees. I saved many hundreds of dollars compared to other quotes I received in this area. I could not be happier.

Absolutely awesome staff. Made the purchase really easy and they didn't ever try to push anything to make more money off of me. Jeff was great and genuinely kind and friendly. I'll always be making the drive out for any of my purchases for gear and toys!

Jeff from sales was great to work with. My wife spoke with him on one occasion, and he sought out a Honda CT125 for us. After a few months of waiting, we got the call. We didn't need to chase him down or remind him. He was the only salesman on the east coast that worked with us. We called MANY dealers on the east coast, and only Jeff came through for us. I drove all the way from New Hampshire (1708 Miles round trip) to buy the bike from Jeff. Thank you Jeff. BTW, she loves the bike.

Fantastic staff! Always a friendly environment to walk into, specifically Jeff. I m newer to motocross and he takes the time to talk to me about different bikes that would be good next steps for me. Definitely a store to make a regular stop at!

Best service in a dealership I ve ever been to. Mark was 10/10 with keeping me notified, didn t push any unnecessary extras, was super knowledgeable, respectful and quick. The sales team is fantastic, this is the only place I would recommend to family or friends. Their prices are super competitive and they even deliver which was super convenient for me. If you re in the Jacksonville area I personally recommend the drive to save money and to just have a better experience. Personally i recommend Mark for anything and especially boats. He makes you feel valued as a customer.Pros: the best customer service ever sales staff is efficient staff is knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell they deliver cheaperCons: the woman who does the financial paperwork is a little overwhelmed and it can extend the wait, however waiting there is super pleasant or they could always call you when she s ready or you can set an appointment so it s not necessarily a con unless you are not patient. parts and gear department is a little lacking but prices are fair for what they do have.

Purchased a 2023 Honda Rebel this morning. Throughout the whole process my salesperson, Jeff, was incredible, kept me posted on updates and when the bike would ship, and when it came in early contacted me immediately, even with pictures. Had it inspected and beautiful when I went to pick it up this morning. And, Alex who handles the 'paperwork' part of the sales, titling, etc, she was incredible. We had an appointment and she had everything printed out, clearly labeled, went through all of the paperwork with us, and we were out of her office in less than 10 minutes. I always try to buy locally if I can, and in this case was not only able, but had a very pleasant experience and was able to get exactly what I wanted and asked for. Kudos to both of them...

I purchased a Cobia 220CC from Big Rock. The team was outstanding, Heather in finance, Scott in sales , and Billy in parts and service all were efficient and professional. I was recently in for my first service and a minor warranty issue. Everything was done quickly and I was back on the water in a few days. Thanks again to the team a Big Rock!

Brought a 2004 Polaris Quad in to get some minor work done on it (needed a new throttle cable) The service guy in the back at the counter said "we don't work on anything that old" and that was it, wouldn't even look at it. They are a Polaris dealer and I was taken back by their lack of motivation to be of assistance.

I can t thank this team enough. Just purchased a 2023 Yamaha XSR 900. Super great staff. Especially my new buddy, Mike. This dude is awesome. From start to finish, kept me posted on getting the bike ready and sending picts. Super cool staff when I arrived and everything was ready to go. Glad I chose to go 4 hours away to get this level of service. Great experience.

Really enjoyed our experience at Big Rock. The sales team were friendly and helpful, and not pushy like most places. One thing I really enjoyed was that this dealership does not add a dealer fee like most places. You will not pay much more than MSRP.Jeff was our sales person and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend getting with him for your next purchase!

They have had my side by side way longer than they said. I keep calling and I have got they ordered parts 3 times, the mechanic was sick 3 times, and the mechanic has had family emergency. Then they tell me they will call and they don t call me back and No one can answer any questions!
