We went here today 4/29/24 at closing time to buy 2 jet ski batteries not realizing they had to fill and charge the batteries. The guy that was working still accommodated us and stayed after closing to do so. He was extremely nice and very helpful. We truly appreciate all of his help.

Very good welcoming and professional service!Great selection of products (bulbs and batteries, as the store indicates). Came here to get a certain battery for my car key fob.They answer the phone pretty quick and answer any questions and concerns.Such a good variety of batteries and chargers!Bulbs and battery seekers: This is your store.

12/30/2023. I ordered a large motorcycle battery for my Harley online. I received confirmation of order and I received a notice it was ready for pick up. The battery had very good reviews and a good warranty. All this in less than 15 minutes. They understood customer service and were able to answer some technical questions I had. This was a great experience.

If you need a battery and these fine folks don't have it, you should probably reassess your technological prowess and update your gear. There are other items besides batteries, mostly gadgets that use batteries (clever!). I saw phone accessories and flashlights. You'll probably pay more than you would for comparable items elsewhere, but you don't have to hope that you're going to find the right battery here.

Duracell is my preferred brand of vehicle batteries. I get long service life at very competitive pricing.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra in to replace glass on both the front and back sides. My phone was functioning before and after the repair. Camera is great now that its not cracked anymore! They did a phenomenal job and it was less than 2 hours for the whole repair. I have gone here before for CR123A batteries before that are a great deal for a 20 pack. Great service and pricing by this store.

Good selection on batteries but bad warranties that don't cover anything and you'll lose your money. Not sure if they take care of the batteries.

Nez and Antonio were professional, courteous and were great people to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. They knew what they were doing and I was in and out real quick. Top notch!

In short,we bought a $300 battery on their site,it stated it was in stock,we recieved a message its ready for pick up,we drove 30 min to the store and was told they dont have it but will be ready in"8 days" then told by the employee it was our fault because we didnt call them first and the message it was available for pick up means nothing,so an hour of driving and 0 customer service is what we recieved,never again!

I brought my iPhone 7 there for a screen replacement. They destroyed the phone.They said since I signed the work order agreement they hold no responsibility for breaking it.The phone was in working order when I dropped it off and they said later that it was not working with the broken screen. They said it would turn on with the new screen but the button would not work. I was not going to pay the $90 + for a broken phone so the tech put the broken screen back on with the button hanging out. It now is totally broken.The manager Josh was accommodating but had no power to do anything and just towed the company line.Since I was trading this phone into T-Mobile as part of an upgrade, It was better for me to just buy another 7 on eBay rather than deal with the owner and the hassle of fighting them. I'll never do business with them again.

Customer service was outstanding! Rep had no problem with being outside in the heat to help change out the battery in my vehicle. Battery was correct and everything was tested after the installation to make sure there were no more issues. Rep was also very sociable and carried on conversation the whole time we were outside, which was very nice, instead of standing in silence! Will definitely continue to go to this location for anymore of my needs that they can fulfill.

Stopped in to pick up a watch battery the sales associate replaced the watch battery and informed us of all the special services they offered and the price was more than reasonable. Great prices on all kind of products well stocked not just a battery store !!! I highly recommend stopping in and looking around for batteries bulbs outdoor camera's and more. The associate was knowledgeable Curtious and Helpful!!! Great Job

I recently purchased 4 deep cycle marine batteries on line. Got a 10% discount and picked them up at the New Bern, NC store. When I arrived, they had my order ready. Quickly processed my credit for the cores and loaded the new batteries in my truck. Took probably 10 min. Excellent service. Impressive. Highly recommended .

The people working are great however the actual fixing of the phone is not. I went in and just wanted the not broken screen on my phone pushed back in since it worked perfectly instead they just changed and put a whole new screen on and charged a good chunk of money and it works fine in the store but after getting in my car and getting about 5 mins down the road my phone is no longer responsive. I truly would have been better of keeping my old screen and fixing it myself than to spend that kind of money on a screen replacement that ended up not working at all. Meanwhile i have to wait til they open tomorrow to even attempt to resolve this problem....

After researching DIY and reading reviews of other phone repair places Batteries Plus Bulbs rose to the top of the list for Samsung Authorized Repair quality and price. I considered doing the battery replacement myself and even though I could do it, for the difference in cost to have Batteries Plus do it, it was not worth the hassle for me to even try. Even though the Batteries Plus Bulbs store 6 miles down the road is temporarily closed it was worth the 45 mile drive to the next closest store. I scheduled on line, arrived at the scheduled time, and the repair was done in an hour at a $10 discount. My 5 yr old Samsung phone is like new again lasting more than 4 to 6 hours. Great service at a fair price!

On Feb 24 my wife purchased a battery for her Samsung laptop from batteries plus bulbs in New Bern. The price was $149.00. As of today, April 5th we have no battery and still out the $149.00. All we can get from staff is we ordered the wrong one the first week and now it's only "it should be on the next truck" or " Maybe it's back ordered". Almost a month and a half still no battery and no idea when it will be here. Not much enthusiasm from staff to get our battery. Very disappointed with Batteries plus Bulbs.

What I like about this place is that they do "the little extra" to make your visit that much more enjoyable. I have had a need to get a battery tested to be sure it should be replaced. They kept the battery overnight and had it charged to full capacity first. Then they did their test on the battery. Not only did they get the battery out of my vehicle, but they managed to get me some warranty paperwork and then carried the new battery to my vehicle.

Screen was destroyed, worst I've seen. Nez fixed my phone and did an awesome job. I called ahead and information I was given was spot on. Screen looks brand new. Did awesome job and great customer service!

Way overpriced. I think these guys get off on marking their products up as high as they possibly can. Some items I looked at were marked at a price that was 12,000% higher than I could get the same exact item online.

Pretty helpful. They fixed my kid's phone in about 20 minutes because it wouldn't hold a charge, but it was fairly expensive and more than we thought it would be. Lots of different kinds of lightbulbs in the store. They also stop accepting repairs 30 minutes before closing time.

Took my Samsung galaxy note 5 in yesterday afternoon for a new battery. I love this phone and have never had an issue with it since I bought it new but my battery just wouldn't hold a charge anymore. My phone is always in a protective case and I take very good care of it but it did have slight separation of the front paint with the glass in both top corners. No scratches no chips just two very small little bubbles. My phone is returned to me in the case after they put a new battery in for me. I take my phone out of the case to find the back burned-it looks like a blow torch was held to the back of my phone!! They said nothing to me about the damage upon returning it. Upon further inspection I see the corner of the back glass has not only been burned but also chipped. When I ask them about it they said the phone has to be heated to remove the back and they will give me a new back glass. The front left corner went from looking like it had a little bubble to having a tear in the paint. When I asked about that they said it was hard to remove the back without damaging the paint because it was somehow attached. I was offered $50. dollars off having the front of the phone replaced taking the cost from $250. to $200. I noticed that my phone had the exact same amount of charge that it had had with my old battery and then said it was just a coincidence that new batteries had to be shipped not fully charged. My phone held a charge great for the rest of the evening and now today its taking over twice as long to charge as it did with my old battery. I want to get my new back glass and I would like this battery checked but honestly I'm afraid to go back and risk further damage to my phone. I'm very disappointed.

Battery went dead under 3volts. They tried to charge instead of swapping out. I called in two days still working on. Said they will call. No call after a week I call. The say battery dead WELL YEAH! Come get new one. Never again the batteries I paid $219 for there can get same for $179. Overpriced terrible customer service !!!!!!

Called to ask if they had a 24volt replacement battery for my Newton mower. The clerk explained they actually put together two 12 volt batteries to build my 24 volt battery and to bring in the mower. He gave me the cost.I brought in the mower and the clerk took out the battery and explained exactly what they would do to replace the 2 batteries in the removable case. Up until then I was not aware that what I thought was a battery was actually a battery case. I went to lunch and picked up the renewed battery.Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgable and most professional . The price was fair and reasonable. I could not have expected more.
