Night shift manager march 1st was awesome, great customer service skills.Red shirt employees always forget to add customer account information. I shouldn't have to ask them to input my phone number before purchase

Would've left no stars if possible. For a place that advertises free battery installation, among other things. Don't waste your time!!! Back story: My daughter car battery died first time for her, so I came out to get her back moving. Stopped in this Auto Zone and wished I would have drove across town first instead. Ok getting ahead of myself I state I need a battery for my daughter car outside African-American guy at the counter says well I know your not going to put a cheap battery in her car. I felt this is was irrelevant so I ignored the comment asked about warranties and getting it installed. He stated he wanted to look at the car to see about installation. Came looked at car and said no that'll take me to long to do so I'll just sell you the battery for $250. Never spend your money with a company that doesn't stand buy their word. So I continued on to their competitors on Glenburnie that also start with an A. Advertised the same service that sold and installed the battery. Now they may have a future customer for life. Who do you think my daughter will be more inclined to visit.

I will never go to this Autozone location again and will share my experience with others. It is raining and my windshield came off on my car. I pulled into this autozone and my son went in and tried to get help and they never helped him. So i went in and there was a guy at the counter and i asked him about a windshield wiper. Im soak and wet because i was trying to gix the broken windshield wiper that vome off in the rain. The old man in a rude and spiteful way looked at me and said somebody will be with in a little bit. Granted there was one person in the store and he was being helped and this guy was helping nobody byhimself. This store was not busy. I looked at him and said nothankyou sir I will just go somewhere else. He let me walk out with out a care in the world. If your sales are down just know lack of customer service is why. He has no buisness being the face of autozone greeting people with a sourpuss attitude. Sad experience.Walmart had no problem helping me find a windshield wiper and honestly it was only 7 dollars.

Great customer service, I bought a set of wiper blades and they put them on for me at no extra charge. They asked if I was a veteran, I said I was, they thanked me for my and I received a 10% Veteran's discount

Excellent customer service. Gentlemen named Anthony assisted me with a few items for an oil change, and a great suggestion to a place that saved me more than a few bucks.

I went in to get my alternator tested. They said my battery wasn't charging enough to test my alternator. I bought the battery a few hours before, so it was brand new. I went to Advance Auto, and they tested my alternator with no problem. Thank you, Advance Auto, for all of your help.

This establishment has a great assortment of auto parts,with very competitive quality and performance.If you are the auto aficionado type like me,you value hard work,and you do it right the first time.The parts you use must at least meet your expectations.Trusting a company for your family's safety, is all in the details...

I called to check on a warranty. I was told by a person at the store that was working today and older gentleman on the phone. He would refund my money. I go down there and now they do not want to do nothing. I tell them to load the batteries up in my other truck. I will not recommend anybody going to AutoZone and the New Bern. I will go to O'Reilly's advance or Napa from here forward. AutoZone has lost a customer that buys a lot of parts.

These guys are fantastic. There was an obvious interest in helping me find the product I needed. It seemed like routine behavior to go above and beyond what's expected. I'm very appreciative, and I'll definitely return to this location.

Mark the manager is rude and incompetent. Yelling at customers on the phone and in person talking down to people he doesnt even know. I am a cross trained technician with 3 master certs. All I asked for was a part number for a bulb so I could replace led with led buddy. He needs to be fired

After getting some windshield wipers put on by a local gargage here in New Bern just a few weeks ago - which lasted well ... just a few weeks and fell apart - I mean literally disintegrated .... a total waste of time and money ...So - I went to AutoZone on Neuse Blvd. and thankfully got a gentleman named Ronnie to help me ...!I didn't have the vechicle with me at the time and was driving my wife's car and Ronnie picked out some really good wipers and said 'look, bring your Jeep back here and I'll install them for you' -So, I went back to the house got my Jeep and went back to AutoZone and Ronnie took the time to take the old ones off and install the new ones for me.Ronnie was very friendly, professional, knew what I needed and had the old ones off and new wipers on in less than 10 minutes .... Job well done ....!I have shopped at the partiular store several times and Ronnie actually installed a battery for in the past as well.Great store with professional service and Ronnie makes going to this AutoZone pleasant and easy ....Thanks Ronnie for your help - I really apprciate all the time that you took to help me and I look forward to seeing you there again .....!

Knowing next to nothing about cars, it s always intimidating walking into an auto parts store. Luckily Shari works here and had an answer for literally EVERYTHING I had to throw at her. She wasn t pushy, found me exactly what I needed, and helped me with some preventative maintenance. Easiest up sell of her day! Anyway, 6/5 stars, will return to this location if only for the service offered by Shari.

These guys went above and beyond for me when my battery died.They sold me a new one and installed it in the pouring rain. They checked my converter also. Just a great experience with great staff.

I called to get a price for a power steering pump and spoke to a man named Alex. He was so rude and unhelpful I ended the call and bought my part from O'Reillys. Alex should honestly find employment that doesn't include CUSTOMER SERVICE. He spoke to me like I was a nuisance and even replied at one point, "Well if you don't know, I don't know." I didn't know when I called O'Reillys but the gentleman was nice enough to help me figure it out. Auto Zone has lost my business. I only spend my $ where my business is appreciated.

This store is the most helpful store I have ever been in, the manager is the best person I have ever dealt with.Even the customers in the store were very helpful.My Truck has a alternator problem and would not start, because it was not charging the batteries.Thank you very much for all the help, I am glad I pulled into this business, again thank you very much!!!!I don't know people like this existed in the world anymore.

I was looking for an auto part for my 25-year-old Saab. Nobody on the planet seem to have it. Jermaine, at the New Bern store, was able to locate the part for me and get it the next morning. Outstanding customer service!

Friendly and helpful service. I had to get some new wiper blades for a fleet vehicle and they got me what I needed and on my way. You can order what you need online (that's what I did) and they'll have it ready for pick up quick. When I ordered the blades they had it ready by the time I got there.

I was just in this store maybe 10 to 15 minutes today. While I was inside I overheard one of the employees being very frustrated with a customer who he had on speaker phone. Rudly talking to them as if they were a child. The same man later rudly came up to where I was checking out and butted in to a conversation another employee was having with a customer next to me. This man is very rude and needs to have a talk with...oh and also there was a young female worker cutting her fingernails right at the front counter. I find that a little disrespectful and I'm sure there is a time and place for that. Very disappointed with autozone. Will be going to oreillys from now on.

I rarely have issues here, but this time was a doozy. I was given the wrong part which ended up costing me $70 in labor because my mechanic stayed on the clock while I searched around for the right part. When I returned even the cashier realized that the receipt and the part I was given wasn't the same.PLEASE make sure you have the right parts before you leave, or it may cost you too

Since when do the employees here start telling people they close at 8:45? Your signs and website says 9. That 15 minutes is such an issue for them apparently, so don't pay them after 8:45. Also, stop hiring lazy people who don't want to work and try to argue with customers that are actually mechanics and know what they're talking about instead of relying on a computer. It seems to be a constant thing at this store. Also locked the doors and lights out at 8:50 as we sit here, little young white kid with Justin Bieber haircut couldn't wait to do it and count down the register.

Bought wiper blades for my bronco. They wouldn't fit. Had the store upgrade to next best brand. They did this with no charge. That's great service!

They didn't have the rear wiper I needed. However the customer service was good. The guy must have opened 10 different boxes to locate what I wanted. At least he tried. Since COVID-19 employees can't come out to check codes on your vehicle but, they will let you do it yourself. You then bring it back to them and they will read the diagnostics and give you a print out

I found the part that I needed and the kid that helped me wasn't very knowledgeable but at least he tried...unlike the one older guy...he doesn't act like he cares for veterans...

Oh man! This is the nicest AutoZone I've ever been to!!! Accommodating and clean and great selection of products! I want to go crazy in there on a shopping spree! They have so many great things for tuning up or down your vehicle and making it look and smell fantastic! Great deals on tools and jacks and jack stands! Sound system equipment for your car or truck and so many options for touch ups or dress ups or fix ups on the engine or body. Really exciting place if you enjoy fixing up your car and if you haven't gotten into it yet it's a great place to start! Rent tools, learn about your vehicle, and set yourself up to make regular maintaining of your ride a part of your life! It's good business!
