Very honest, could have sold me a new deadbolt but fixed the one I brought in. Very fast and polite. Definitely will continue using A1 for future needs

I needed a keypad lock installed at my home. Jody responded to my call the same day, and came out to install the next day. He did call first, and was in and out within 30 minutes. He helped me program my lock with the codes I selected, and rekeyed the lock to fit my existing keys. His price was very reasonable, and service was great!

I called A-1 Locksmith to get a new vehicle key after my dealer key/remote broke, on the recommendation of a family member. I was very pleased with the service I received: the owner was very professional but personable in setting up an appointment, asked all the right questions beforehand to make sure he had the correct replacement parts in stock, etc. The day of the appointment, I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a working (and sturdier, too, if I may add) replacement key. I was pleased by the speed of service, friendliness, and commitment to making sure the new key worked correctly by the owner (didn t catch his name but I think from some of the other reviews that it s Jody). Also, getting the key replaced there saved me about $60 over getting it replaced by a dealership, which I was grateful for. I definitely would (and will) recommend A-1 Locksmith to friends and family in the future.

A1 Locksmith did fantastic work rekeying the locks on my new home. They were quick and efficient, very responsive, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend working with them for whatever lock services you might need.

I will take my business elsewhere in the future for all my needs related to key making or lockouts. They won t get anymore of my black dollars. The elderly man that sits behind the counter was disrespectful and ignorant. I came in on a Tuesday to have a key made for my storage shed which I was charged $5.00 for. The younger guy assisted me I asked him if I would be able to get refunded if it didn t work. He said yes but assured me that it would work. When I finally tried t use the key it would not fit in the keyhole. I came back the following day and asked for a refund the old man didn t even believe me when I told him I bought the key from there. Then I explained what happened he tried giving me $2.00 I said I paid $5.00 he told me I was lying and refused to pay me. The next day I talked with the other guy I m guessing is the owner still no apology or nothing but I did finally get my money back. My advice for you is the get someone that can deal with people and talk to people of all different races because he comes off as being prejudice and dismissive of black people. I hope that s not the case and I tend to try and see the good in others but I won t be returning to your place of business anymore and I won t be recommending your services to anyone I know.

Now here's a guy what knows his stuff. Programmed replacement fob(New type auto key),also a new manual back up key. And it's a weird looking hummer. But he has the knowhow and equipment to get the job done.

I had stepped out of my house and whoops locked with keys inside called my rental company and since it was after hours they told me to call locksmith.
