Had an oil change here. Had a question about whether or not the correct oil filter was installed. The manager was very patient as he explained the filter numbers are different when they are purchased in bulk as they do at a large auto care center. We had an amazing experience today around 3pm (2/26/22.) My husband and I had a few concerns about a prior oil change we had done at a different Walmart. They were very kind and walked us through everything and made sure that they even took a picture to show us that they had replaced the drain plug so that we didn t have to worry about it again (my husband went to go do the oil change himself but, the plug was stripped and he was concerned that the last time we got an oil change, it wasn t actually done.) The service manager even came over (Sanaj I believe his name was) to make sure we were happy and helped. Everyone was just so great and we will definitely come here for now on.Service: Oil change

Extremely limited selection of tires. Almost anything must be ordered online, by you -- the store can't do it for you. I placed an order with my credit card online, with installation in three days (soonest I could get.) Walmart canceled the order and I didn't know til days later. Customer service was no help -- said they couldn't make the order go thru. I even tried another credit and debit card. They told me I could go in and pay cash and the auto dept at the store would order my tires. I paid for a trip to Walmart to do that (a tire I bought from Walmart separated after less than 10,0000 miles, so I couldn't drive there.) Store associate told me he couldn't order for me online, period. However, he said, they can order Nexun Rodians (only) at $197 each! The price if I order online (if Walmart would let me!) is $122! And why would I buy another POS tire after the last one separated and they have horrible reviews? So I call customer service to try to order the tires I want (again) online. Spent a half hour getting thru and explaining. They put me on hold. Ten minutes later, I was disconnected. The agent had promised to call me back if I was disconnected. He did not. I tried twice more. Same thing each time.Walmart has clearly become and epic pile of steaming feces. Maybe it always was, but the labor shortage, out of control idiotic management and employees who all seem less interested than the laziest bureaucrats have sent it into the sewer. This experience was not uncommon -- it is what I've experienced with Walmart for years but far more in the last few years.By the way, if you think Walmart is still cheaper on food an other items than Target and other grocery stores, look again. That's changed since inflation hit. They now sell cheap Chinese junk at inflated prices.And they lie like hell on their product labels. Buy a box or three of the Great Value fast cook brown rice, for example. Now measure out what is in the box vs what's on the label. Label says 9 1/2 cups. Measure it -- ALWAYS 6.5 - 7.5 cups. Always (I eat lots or rice, have been video taping this for months and it's consistent.)That's one example with GV products. Many more. Yes, I'm working with the FTC on this one.Beware this company. It is now little more than a dishonest, unhelpful vendor of Chinese junk at inflated prices.Service: Tires

I needed two tires for my car. I researched what tires would fit my car, then started comparing prices. Walmart prices were highly competitive, even with the large tire stores and online warehouse stores. I called Walmart, made an appointment and had the tires mounted and balanced. Very efficient. I was texted when they started and ended my job. I will be back in the future.

Mechanic did an excellent job balancing 4 tires on my truck. These are new tires and rims to me. He initially had difficulty getting them balanced and discovered that they all had water in them. After removing the water and doing the balance the truck drives great now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Honestly this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend them! I came in to have 2 new tires put on and they replaced one perfectly fine and when they changed my second tire they broke my stud and lug nut. They told me they couldn't fix it or replace and then told me they wouldn't put that tire on. So I was sent home with an old tire on still and only 3 lug nuts. Yet I was charged the full amount. I will be going elsewhere for now on.

There was one car ahead of me. I was told an hour and a half wait time. Next thing I see four different other cars getting pulled in. After the hour and a half wait. I was told it'll be over another hour before they could get me in. I was second in line, but shrugged off to the back of the line. Got my tires I ordered online and left.

Actual service and service people were really great, no complaints there, but... There isn't a single chair or bench anywhere at the service center or store, inside or outside. What type of business where you might have to wait for a couple hours, wouldn't have anywhere to sit. Ridiculous that I had to walk around the store for 2-1/2 hours while getting auto service. Knucklehead management.

Absolutely pitiful. I arrived roughly thirty minutes free they opened. With four possible lanes there was only one other car in the entire center. Should mean at least decently timed device right? Wrong a simple oil change took over two and a half hours. They were all literally just sitting around. I don t think I ve ever been so unimpressed.

I got there early had a oil change and tires rotated. Service was excellent. They do not give senior citizens or veteran's discounts. There are so many veterans in Cherokee County Walmart should not come off as being that cheap. They make a ton of money off this community. Served our community. There are a lot of veterans who service this community. Walmart needs to step up.

They really do the bare minimum. Went in to get a basic oil change and it took about 45 minutes but they re so rude and it like they don t even care if they re there or not. If you have to have an oil change for 1-2 times I don t see a problem but I wouldn t recommend this all the time. I learned my lesson. Try to give them chance after chance but it keeps going down hill.

Wouldn't change wheels with purchase of tires because it was 20 minutes before closing. I didn't care to spend the money but in this case money didn't matter I just couldn't get services. Even asked for store manager and was told she was gone on vacation for next two weeks.

Terrible. Pulled in and was told immediately that it would be 2 hours. Three hours later we were still waiting for a screw to be taken out of our tire and a plug put in. It is Sunday and only 4 other cars here. Three getting oil changes and one getting used tires that he brought with him installed. Most terrible service that I have ever experienced. We were told that we are not going to page you like other Walmarts. You just have to keep checking back.

Had to wait almost an hour as I shopped... but they vaccuumed the car and filled all the fluids and checked the battery too... used full synthetic that I requested and gave me a choice of 2 brands for the same low price... Thanks sooo much for the personal service and attention! Will be back :)

They had my tires and were open but it took them 50 mins to get my car back to me to change 1 tire 25 mins to change and 25 for it to sit on the rack while they walked around. The guy at the cash register said your paperwork isn t ready 5 times when they had brought the keys to him signifying to me the car was done they are in no hurry to do anything

Pulled up and asked for semi synthetic oil, I was told I was wrong and didn't need it. I insisted and they agreed, after it was done I was charged for a regular oil change and they did not use what I asked for! I later found out that the person who did the oil change didn't clean the drain plug and left my car leaking oil! Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows what they are doing and will actually take care of your car!

I was gave a price of $13.00 per tire to mount and balance tires on a 2014 Nissan rogue, after they were done they tried to charge $38.00 a tire. I refused to pay the $38.00 per tire ( a ridiculous price for any tire shop ) and they finally reluctantly agreed to accept the originally agreed on price of $13.00 per tire. I will never use this service center again and would recommend anyone needing any auto service to find someplace else besides this Wal mart service center.

Good employees but Wal-Mart policies are inconvenient. They should offer a waiver. Would not put different size tires on my van

SO SLOW! Rotate and balance was a 2 hour wait then once my car was on the lift it was another 1 hour and 15 minutes.

2 hour + wait this morning for an oil change. Short staffed and the manager is an idiot. Go elsewhere if you can.
