Just got my car fixed at rogers automotive! Definitely the best mechanic I've been to! Very friendly, got my car in immediately had part ordered and car fixed the next day and ready for pick up! Price was honest and great! I think I found my new mechanic for all my car needs!!!! Thank you Roger!!!!

There are three things that lead to contentment when you move to a newplace: a good doctor, a good dentist, and (last-but-not-least) a good mechanic. You can cheese a wide healthy grin if you've already got the health of your mouth and body covered. You need look no further than Roger for reliable, fairly-priced, honest-as-the-day-is-long mechanic. Now, your automobile can be as happy and healthy as the rest of you. We were so happy to find him. To regail you with the many tales of incredible service would simply take a minor dissertation.

Had the pleasure of working with Roger after I got in a car accident. He was able to tow and perform all mechanical repairs I needed and referred me to a great body shop for the work he couldn't do. He was kind enough to answer many questions as it related to insurance claims. He even took the time to highlight line items on my invoice that were not included in my original insurance estimate so I could get reimbursement. Roger is a straight shooter and I certainly recommend him!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I'm so glad that Roger's was recommended to me! He got my BMW in within a day to check out the air conditioner and had the part and repaired it within another couple of days. All the work was done within a week, and his prices are very reasonable. He's very knowledgeable and accommodating. I've found my new mechanic! This is a very trustworthy repair shop, Roger is a real straight shooter and very knowledgeable in current model vehicle repair. He is very personable and takes time to explain the repair needs and repair procedures for the issue you are having with your car.His prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

We brought the BMW in on a Thursday. They understood exactly what we needed done. We're in very rural area, not a whole lot of BMWs. They had the car done and ready to pick up the next day. All was perfect! There is a reason they have such a good reputation. They know what they're doing and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Found Roger from Google Reviews. My dad and I are from Floirda, and after a short time driving these mountainous roads my brakes began to squeak, quickly getting worse and worse. Roger got us in by appointment the same day. He took the time to assess that it wasn't a more serious issue than brake pad replacements. And after determining that that's all we needed, he quickly got the brakes changed out. Everything's great, now! As a bonus, my dad is a car guy and had a good time talking cars with Roger.

Grateful for their making time to resolve a transmission issue that happened late afternoon while traveling here from out of state. Couldn t have asked for better service, more than fair, and great people. Roger also explained everything in a way that was easy for me, who isn t very mechanically inclined, to easily understand.

Called ahead for an appointment, early in the AM. Went in for a vehicle inspection. Was in and out pretty quick even with tinted windows being checked. Small locally owned shop owned by good trust worthy people with great service. I'll definitely be back here again for any inspections or repairs I can't do myself.

This was the best auto experience I have ever had. Roger is awesome. We only have one vehicle and he replaced the water pump pressure washed the engine bay in one day.Just the bestI am 68 years old and have had lots of experience getting my cars serviced this was the best by far

Awesome service! The alternator on my truck had gone bad and batteries died. Stranded at a gas station about 12 miles away from Roger's. He missed our call when we were looking for help, but called back when he saw it. He brought us batteries so we could make it to his shop. He changed the alternator and installed new batteries. All at a very reasonable price and when he was swamped with work with no help! Every other place we called said they were too busy and couldn't help. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

I love this place. I live in Atlanta and had taken my vehicle to several people and nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to Roger and he figured it out in 5 seconds literally. Not only once but twice...He's a very good mechanic both times I had two totally different problems. The first problem was a Valve issue and the second time it was an electrical problem dealing with the Alternator...I recommend this place to everyone.

I was headed to Murphy looking to purchase a home. On the way, I started having vehicle problems. My real estate agent contacted Roger and explained my problem. He took my vehicle in that day. I appreciate his kindness and will definitely patronize his business and highly recommend his repair shop.

I needed work on my Toyota Tundra. Roger quickly worked me in, and he was thorough in explaining options. He seemed like a real straight shooter. I'm thankful to find someone who works on foreign cars. He recently moved from his location in Murphy.

Roger is great, a excellent mechanic, I only go here. Haven't seen his shop open in weeks, very concerned. If he's moved his location, I hope I find out. No mechanic is better than Rogers

I was quite surprised when I was shown this bill yesterday from Rogar s Automotive, in Murphy, NC. ( oil change 81.57$) Supposedly he is a friend of the family, and as of the moment I certainly have a sour taste in my mouth. I specifically asked for ONLY an oil change, nothing else.Btw Jacky Jones - (dealership) charges 65.00$In In Atlanta metro area I have never paid more than 40.00$ for a air filter, oil change, labor, and the charge for disposing of the used oil. - including taxUpon speaking to a few different people around Murphy; I have come to the conclusion that 60-80$ for an oil change appears to be the going rate.I have edited this review to reflect the new information I have gathered. If your from a larger city you will be surprised at how high the going rate for auto service is in this small town. I speculate this is due simply to the lack of competition, which of course drives prices down.On the flip side, Rogar does seem like a nice person, who smiles and throughly explains the problem and the fix.Suggestion: learn to change your own oil and save 40.00$
