I was in Murphy on vacation, 6 hours from home, and my alternator light came on. Based on the positive Google reviews, I called Marlin. He quoted me a fair price on replacing it and, realizing my situation, got me back on the road quickly. If I lived in the area, he would be doing all work on my vehicles. If you're hunting for an auto mechanic (and why else would you be reading reviews on one), no need to look further. Marlin is your man!

I recently put my 1976 Chevy c10 in the shop for a valve cover gasket, tune up, and brake job. He did a excellent job on the tune up and valve cover. He also told me that I didn't need brakes, which really impressed me. Because most mechanics will try to tell you whatever you want to hear just to squeeze ever dollar they can out of you. I have to say I would definitely be going back to him for any repairs I need and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic to work on there vehicle.
