where do I begin? our experience from the start was amazing! We are from TN & I found my dream Subaru Ascent in the certified pre owned section online at King Ford. From the minute I spoke to Jake the process was seamless. He was so kind, so thorough, & really cared about answering all our questions before we made the 4 hour drive to look at & possibly buy the car. He sent me so many photos of the car, checked out everything we asked & made sure we were comfortable with everything before we drove 4 hours for the car. We arrived 35 minutes before closing & they had all the paper work complete & ready for us to sign after test driving the car. Smoothest & quickest trip to the dealership we have ever had! I cannot say enough kind things about this dealership or Jake. Everyone there was so kind to help us & make sure we were happy before heading back home with our new car! 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve a 100!

Highly highly recommend coming to purchase any new or used vehicle here!!! We dealt with Jake (salesman /he's great) was super nice and welcoming but didn't push anything like other dealerships and showed us only what we we're looking for to suit our needs. They truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process as we also dealt with Anderson and Curtis! They will take care of you!! Amber + Mark

No high pressure, no sales calls, good pricing, and nice people from Mr King at the top and his great sales crew, to the delivery and service team. We would travel from our neighboring state again to buy a truck from King.

I bought a beautiful brand new 2024 F150 FX four after searching for a new one with a V8. Chas was a fantastic salesman and had been waiting to locate one or have one come in for me. He came through with a great truck, and a great deal, I recommend him as a salesman and king Ford is a good dealership. My second new truck from them.

I took my F350 in today for brake issues. Between the service advisor and mechanic they found an issue from the previous brake job.I will not going into the last shop however Kind Ford did a great job for me today and at a very reasonable cost.I am glad I past my local Ford Dealer in Blue Ridge and drove to Murphy.Thank you for the work today!!!

King Ford went far and beyond to help us out! Curtis King fought to the end to get us everything we needed! Sandra & Chas are the greatest salesman they stayed with us whole time and kept the fight in also for the deal we truly needed! King Ford is best place to be and they are about family!

I will HIGHLY recommend King Ford to anyone! I had nothing but an amazing experience there, between Owen and Jake, I felt very heard and listened to which especially as a woman buying a car alone I greatly appreciate! I walked in there with the expectation to be haggled and brushed off and I am beyond ecstatic to say that did not happen in the slightest! These folks are amazing to work with and is, in my opinion, the only dealer in the area you should ever consider!

I was looking for a 2023 Ranger. I had 3 others sold before I could see them. One was sold as I was heading out to see it in Va. I used the Ford website to search for Rangers that fit my must have list. King Ford had one. I called and talked with Curtis. Curtis assigned Eric to work with me. Eric put the paperwork together and we agreed on the price. Curtis told me if I called or texted when I left Raleigh, he would hold the truck. Russell started working on the financing and got me a better rate than what was worked originally. Everything these 3 told me came to pass. They all kept their word. I got the truck at the agreed price and they held the truck until I got their - 6.5 hrs from Raleigh. Very impressive compared to other dealers I have worked with.

We had a very good experience with Mr. Sneed and the rest of the team at King Ford. Everything went very smoothly and easy. I don't think it could've been much better working with them to purchase our 2024 Ford Maverick.

The quality of service, care, commitment and communication from the Service Manager on down are #1. A few occasions I was told something about my vehicle to watch for and never a scare tactic to force to do a repair. I ve been with King Ford for probably 15 years and purchased a few vehicles from them. I m a lifer with King Ford.

Mrs. Sandra was AMAZING! My wife and I were driving by the King Ford Dealership and my wife observed several Ford Bronco's sitting up on the hill. She had test driven a couple in Florida and wanted me to test drive one to see if I liked it. So I pulled in, parked and we walked out to the Bronco's. Here came Mrs. Sandra walking out to assist us. She greeted us with an amazing smile and a hand shake and asked if we were interested in the Bronco. They had just taken in this white Bronco Badlands soft top with black trim on trade with low miles. My wife was in love when she spotted it from the street! We said yes, we would like to test drive this white one. Sandra ran to get the keys and my wife and I took a drive. WOW! The Bronco has way more room than a J**p and this Bronco handles like a sports car! Yeah, we fell in love with it, and left later that day driving it home! King ford is a great name. Should be the king of bait and switch advertising. We went in to look at a Ford Maverick which was listed on their website for 27+k and advertised on multiple sites including Facebook. After arriving and letting us test drive they told us that was a suggested price but the real price was 33k. As if it couldn t get any more insulting they assumed we wanted to trade in our 2019 Subaru and said they were giving us a whopping 2k trade in on a vehicle which on KBB trade in value is between 13-15k. They also generously offered a 12% APR which I realize interest rates are high but the wife and I are both 800+ credit score and were pre-approved for other lenders at 9%. We had previously purchased a car here but I will never step in this placeagain.

King Ford did a tremendous job in hiring Karen Duncan in the service department! We have been traveling and our check engine light kept coming on. We had it to four other dealerships in three other states and it would be "fixed" for a couple of hundred miles. Karen and her team took their time and finally resolved the issue (Programmable Module). Thank you Karen and team.

Comfortable place while waiting. Cameras set up for us to watch as your car is serviced, goes from bay to bay..Usually quick service. An if they find your car needs something you didn't bring it in for the very understanding lady in service, Karen I believe, is there to explain.. thanks ford women need women to talk with them , as a woman I always hated going to a dealership service area an its all men.. I feel relaxed an like having her there ,she has the answers an I'm sure if she didn't she'd find it.Plus I'm hearing about a complementary service they are now offering. Pick up an drop off !! Just can't beat that.So I say GREAT WORK FORD !

I would highly recommend King Ford. My husband and I went in to sell our car and we were helped by Jake. I m not even exaggerating when we say Jake is the most humble and genuine car salesman that me or my husband have ever met. We will definitely continue going to Jake for a comforting & smooth process. We are very glad and pleased with getting to know Jake as well as do business with him.

I've been having my vehicles serviced at King Ford over 20 years. The service dept. is wonderful! They are affordable,knowledgeable and they show appreciation for my business on a consistent basis. I like the Ford credits, which saved me $130. on my last visit ,which I wasn't aware I even had because I wasn't reading the emails...keep up the good work!

The service department is very good. When I trade-in my Navigator, I will be interested in their vehicles.13Jan24, stop by for an oil change. There entrance doors are amazing the speed they open and close is nice to see. Found that they do oil changes on Saturdays. Nice-

Ray and the mechanics had me in and out with my 11 Raptor after going to Cleveland Ford (who quoted me 7500), Dalton Ford that misdiagnosed, and independent mechanic that couldn t figure it out. I m originally from Murphy but live in Savannah, GA and bring my vehicle when I m in town because I trust them so much.

Purchased a like new 2018 Ford Focus for my youngest daughter. The vehicle was in showroom condition and my daughter loved it. I was amazed at how clean all of the used inventory was at King Ford. The whole sales team was very nice and upfront. I never once felt like any games were being played. I had such a good experience that I brought my oldest daughter in to get a new Explorer. I also ordered a new Maverick that I look forward to getting late this year to early next year. Thank again King Ford!

Eric Sneed is the most knowledgeable and understanding salesman I have dealt with. One of the main reasons we bought here. Outstanding job Eric, thank you.Brought our new Lariat back to King Ford to have tonneau cover put on. Bill in service was very professional. He explained operations of the new cover. By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. No endless haggling or gnashing of teeth. Just here's the car, here's the price. Eric, our salesperson, was great! The sales manager met us during our initial visit and the owner even introduced himself when we picked up our truck. Rare in today's world. If you're in the market for a car, I would consider them. It's worth the drive.
