Clean Labs exceeded my expectations! This coming from a person who is very very particular on how clean my truck is kept. Truck had been on a long dusty job but these guys got every trace of the dust out of the cab, seats, cracks and crevices. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the hard work.

Clean Labs did an awesome job on my car I took my 2008 Kia Sportage which a Car wash won't be enough to clean. I was really surprise on the Outcome! It really looks brand new, I was having trouble driving on nights because of my headlights that is not bright enough to drive especially on foggy road but now its 100% better. I highly recommend Clean Labs for detaling y'alls car, they did an Amazing Job and I am really satisfied of their good services. Thank you so much! Definetly going back in the future.

It had a funky odor in it when I bought it. Clean Labs Auto Detailing washed the carpet and the seats, and got that smell gone, and the stains are also a memory. The headlights shine so bright now, and I can see out the back window when I drive now. Juliet is so wonderful. She kept in contact while my little red car was in her care.If you want to have your little baby cleaned and polished for a reasonable price, drive to Clean Labs in Murphy across the street from Arby'sThey do wonderful work.Services: Full body wash, Headlight polishing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing

I took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata to Clean Labs detailing services in December 2023 to have it washed and hand waxed. When they presented me with my car, they had it inside their garage with a lot of lights shining on it. I thought it looked really nice. When I got it home and looked closely at it, something just wasn t right. I took the vehicle to a dealership to have a mechanical issue resolved, I was telling their detail manager at the dealership that I d just had it waxed. He inspected it and informed me that the car had absolutely NOT been waxed at all and that this place had most likely had been sprayed with some sort of polishing chemical and simply wiped off. I am incredibly disappointed and actually hurt because Juliet (one of the owners) seemed so nice and trustworthy. In this world the way it is, we should be able to trust a local small business to do what they say they will. Not all businesses are this way. I ve never ever experienced this kind of deception. I did contact the owner Juliet to inform them that I knew what they did. $150.00 plus a $20.00 tip to her son who supposedly worked on my vehicle. I m not asking for any refund or discount but I m hoping people will read this review and beware of how they do business.Received a response to my review and felt it necessary to clarify. You have admitted that you didn t wax my car. I paid you to wash and wax my car. Not to vacuum the interior or to clean the engine compartment. You have now admitted that you didn t do a wax job on my car and that s what I m saying. That s the entire point in my original review.

CleanLabs did my '90 civic this week and it came out looking absolutely phenomenal! They are very professional and super kind, and even went the extra mile for me to put the steering column covers back on.They do great work, and have great customer service! Can't recommend them enough!

I dropped off my car to be completely detailed. I have owned my car 6 years and HAVE NEVER CLEANED IT. I requested a full detailing and they DELIVERED! They even pulled the seats out to clean out all the stuff that has fallen between the seat and console. They steam cleaned the interior roof! They steam cleaned EVERYTHING. They polished my dim headlights. They detailed the engine. They got every speck of tar/moss/caked on pollen that has been accumulating on my baby for 6 years. I never thought my car could look brand new, but I think it looks better than when i bought it! Above and beyond expectations and worth every penny! Thank you so much!*Edit* I forgot they even got the old vinyl stickers that were starting to peel off my rear window. Rarely does a service provider EXCEED expectations. Clean Labs in Murphy delivered a finished product better than I could have imagined when I took in a neglected, 13-year-old car for detailing. Attention to detail is Clean Labs strong suit. They not only cleaned what I thought needed to be done, but much more. The car now looks almost new on the outside and pristine on the inside. Carpets, seats, trunk, dash all sparkle. Exterior, cleaned, buffed, free of grit, dazzles like, and is smooth as, a mirror. Clean Labs is a family-owned business and the three-generations involved in the business are hardworking and honest. The service is not inexpensive, but worth every penny. I took my car to clean labs in Murphy, NC and was extremely pleased with the level of friendly, professional service I received and the quality of their work! I am a mom of 4 so you can imagine what the inside of my car looked like when they got it. When they were finished they dropped my car at my workplace. It looked like it did when I first bought it! They did a phenomenal job! If you need your car detailed I would strongly recommend that you take it to clean labs. You will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough about this company. From the start they were professional, attentive, all while delivering a very high quality service. In fact I don't think I have ever had a higher quality detailing of a vehicle. I was most impressed with their attention to detail. I don't believe I could have done a better job myself with double the amount of time. After completing the job they were genuinely concerned about my complete satisfaction. I can't comment on the quality of this business's work, because I didn't make it past the condescension of the person to whom I spoke while trying to get an estimate. She seemed to think I'm don't understand what detailing is, but I guess I'm smart enough to take my business somewhere else.

High praise. I m very particular when it comes to my vehicle. The professional staff at Clean Labs took very good care of her; inside and out, top to bottom, trunk and engine and they were reasonably and competitively priced. She looked showroom ready!!! Thank you for a job, excellently done.

I took my 2022 Telluride in yesterday to get it vacuumed and detailed. I can not tell you how HAPPY I was when i picked it up!! These guys do a phenomenal job!!! If you are looking for a awesome place to have your car detailed this is the place. I took my 2017 Chevy Silverado to them and I have to say it was a total wreck dirt probably 1/2 inch on the floor dust and dirt everywhere grease on the headliner and door handles from my dirty hands and it smelled really bad from me smoking in it and getting in soaking wet from being drowned in the rain. Well I dropped it off around 9am on a Friday morning and picked it back up around 5pm and the truck looked like it rolled off the showroom floor and even smelt like it. They do an absolute amazing job give them a try.
