We came down the mountain road from Lost Creek Campground with a flat tire. We would have been totally stranded.The owner came down from his house after hours, despite having a prior engagement to get to, and topped us off, free of charge, so we could get back on the road. Anyone passing through this area who needs help should feel confident coming here for service.

Billy Ray is the only place to get tires around the area and know your buying them from a local business that s been ran by his family for many many years. Alway friendly even when you see him away from the tire store. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy. I ve been going here most of my life. My father has also dealt with Billy Ray for a long time. I can even remember going there when Billy Rays father in law ran it. Know your supporting a local business and give Billy Ray your business.

Billy Rays is family owned and operated. Always the best deals and tires. Honesty and quality is what you will get when purchasing tires here. I ve purchased 3 sets for 3 of our vehicles and will purchase my tires from here when needed in the future. My whole family gets tires here and I m passing down the tradition to my kids.

Bad Service Here, I called before making the trip there. They did not have a utility trailer tire in stock. The guy said he could order one and be in the next day. I asked if he could balance the other tires on the trailer as well and he told me that he did not have time to do all that. " Use Caution Here * Shade Trees Service" Call first, don't waste a trip.
