This man was absolutely amazing! My sister got into a horrible wreck on her way to Georgia and he happen to be driving by and was able to stop and tow her car. Her car is totaled. After she got discharged from the hospital, he allowed us to go and get her things after hours. When we got to the impound lot, he was genuinely concerned about her and her well being and was making sure she was alright. You can tell that he cares more about the customers he serves than he does getting money. We can not thank him enough!

Jason is the best!! I had a situation when I was at a rental home in Hayesville, North Carolina and he was so helpful! He was actually out of town but answered my call and got me in touch with someone who came right out. You don t meet many people who honestly care and go above and beyond to help someone these days. Thanks again Jason! we would still probably be stuck on the mountain if you had not helped!

He answered and came out right away on a Sunday when I thought I had locked my keys in the car. He even stayed to help us look for the keys once we realized they were not locked in the car. These guys are awesome. I bought a Jeep yesterday and needed it towed back to my house. They were there quick and got the Jeep to my house no problem. Definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

I cannot express how awesome this service was and how wonderful Jason is!! I was truly having the worst day and when my car didn t start I called up this company and they were there within 10mins!! Jason was so helpful and even offered friendly advice on my vehicle and good shops in the area to take it to! I d give more stars if I could!!! Definitely will be using this company again and encourage other people to call them also

Locked my keys outta my car around 6pm and called Berrong Towing to see if they could help me out. He answered quickly while on another job and told me he could help me out in just a little bit. Mr Berrong was amazing. On moving Day our movers stuck the van in our driveway. He came within an hour waited an hour for payment and was pleasant. Let me tell you this is a good guy who cares about his job and people. Best experience I have ever had with a towing company, I got my car stuck and called him, within the hour he was there and pulled me out. Beyond professional, and nice. The price was more than fair, I Was fully prepared to have to pay over $500 because I was way off the road on a gravel dirt path he didn t charge even close to that. Also I would like to add that it was almost 9:00pm when he came out, every other place I called was closed till the next day or didn t want to come out. My wife's Hyundai Santa Fe broke down in Murphy, NC, which was about two hours into a six-hour trip from where we live in SC to the Nashville, TN area. Jason was very responsive and towed her vehicle within 24 hours to Cleveland, TN, which was the nearest Hyundai dealership. All this occurred at the beginning of Labor Day weekend! Kind, understanding, and prompt service to tow our handicap van when a fuel line broke. Excellent communication. A nearby neighbor I had not met previously but am glad I did...even under such unhappy circumstances. Highly recommend.
