We just bought our first fifth wheel through TAC with Scott as our salesman and had a great experience! Everyone was super helpful, went above and beyond to meet our needs and the overall purchase process was easy and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dorothy was great and assisted us with any questions about our Intech purchase. Mike, the walk thru guy, was informative and helpful with his tour of our camper. Karen in parts was great with making suggestions to take advantage of our delivery day discount. Definitely looking forward to being part of the TAC family!

Kristi helped us get the perfect RV for us and gave us a great deal. The dealership is clean and the inventory is impressive. Financing was easy and the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Mike and John did a great walkthrough with us and set up hitch flawlessly. Dana did our closing and was super friendly. The whole staff makes you feel like family. This is my third RV purchase and hands down my best. Thanks TAC!

TAC was amazing to work with. We visited many dealers in the Hampton roads area and no one has the deals they have. There truly are no hided fees, the price they show is the price you pay. We didn t have to pay for a walk around inspection, cleaning inspection, transportation fee. It s all right there in the price. Scott was awesome and super helpful. The gentlemen that did the walk through and put the hitch on was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The finance manager was awesome and super easy to work with. No pressure to get any extra add ons. Thank you to Scott and the whole team at TAC.

Picking out the camper, going over the features, financing and paperwork was easy. We found a few items that needed attention so the camper was left there for a week while we cleaned out our trade and brought it back. During the walkthrough, the items had not been repaired. Two of the items were repaired while I was there however we will have to bring it back later for the other repair. (Cosmetic stuff). Other than that, I would give a 5 rating and I DO recommend others to go to TAC RV for your first or next camper. All the staff are exceptional.

EXCELLENT experience at TAC RV purchasing a used, small camper! Everything I was told by the salesperson Scott on the phone was accurate, the trailer was in excellent condition (as TAC RV had told me), my walkthrough wasn't rushed, the service technician made sure I understood how everything worked, answered all my questions and then some.TAC RV even helped with a new tow vehicle hitch issue - making sure I was safe and legal when I took off on my new adventures cross-county. I would definitely go back if I was ever in need of an RV again! Thanks TAC!

We came to Tac Rv just to browse one weekend and came back almost immediately because of the friendly service. John, our salesman, was nothing short of excellent! He let us browse without being too pushy, but told us honest truths when we had questions. Not only was he a great salesman but he was amazing with our kids! It s not easy to shop with two little ones, but he made it so it was! EVERYONE we encountered was helpful and thoughtful. John went the extra mile to make sure we were safe to drive the new camper home and when my husband walked the sales floor to find accessories, it was broken down into wants versus needs but never a you have to have this situation. I will definitely be coming back for all of our RV/Camper needs. We have had some bad experiences at other places, but Tac RV is not one of them! If you re in the area shopping around, stop by and see John! Thanks again for everything!

Had a great buying experience at TAC RV. The staff was extremely helpful. Our salesperson Dorothy went out of her way to address all our questions and concerns. Walk thru on delivery day was thorough and professional. Staff took the extra step to make sure we were comfortable with the 5th wheel hitching and unhitching procedure.

Our RV purchase in late April was accompanied by an exceptional Pre Delivery Inspection experience. The salesperson, Kristie, and the delivery manager went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless, stress-free by delivering our unit in excellent condition, on time. Just as important was post purchase warranty work. Here, they also excelled . There technicians are excellent and the service manager made sure we were pleased with the work. From scheduling service to completion of work, the process took less than three weeks with appropriate updates phone calls to us. Buy with confidence, at TAC RV.

We've been buying our Campers from Tac for years now. they really take care of the customer.They gave us a good deal on our trade in actually they beat all the others and they own campers also so they really know what you needThe newly renovated service department has everything you need to maintain and repair your RV. We like the classes they have to help with the things you can do to keep your RV going

We were met and treated by awesome salesman that catered to our Needs. It seems they don't sell metal trailers and that's what we were looking for we've had bad luck with fiberglass. We did plan those and drove up there to buy a camper.

Outstanding by far the best and easiest experience of purchasing a vehicle I have ever had! Automotive dealerships should take note of how Tac RV does it. I had a 10am appointment I walked in at 9:35 was meet at the door taken to my sales lady she got a copy of my insurance and drivers license, taken to the man who walked me through my camper showed me ever system and how to work it about an hour, from there to finance were everything was ready took about 10 minutes. Then was taken to the parts store was give a few thing for my camper and a 20% on anything I want to buy. Was taken back to my camper were it was hooked up and did a check of the lights before I drove off. Max time there was 2 hours.

TAC RV is the best! We had a great experience trading our T@b 400 for an InTech Sol Dusk Rover. The team at TAC were very helpful answering our questions and the walkthrough was really informative. They did a great job installing the WDH which required customization. We ll be using them for our maintenance and any future questions.

If you're in the market for a RV, this is the place to go! My husband and I just purchased a 2022 Sprinter fifth wheel a couple of weeks ago and we just can't say enough good things about our buying experience. From the installation of the hitch, to going over everything this RV has to offer, they are TOP NOTCH!

Great people. Went to get a 16ft aluminum trailer and was in and out in 30 min. This is the second trailer that I have gotten from them and both experiences were better than ever.

The TAC RV team was superb. George, Kevin, Ian, Scott, and others whose names escape my memory, made us feel at home. The center is 3 hours away from my home and I had tons of questions before the trip to pick up our rig. Every time I called they treated me in the same Profesional way. During our pick up they made everything look so easy, everything was ready for us, and made us feel at ease and welcomed. Thank you!

Great RVs and customer service!We went to check out a Keystone RV Cougar Sport, and we loved it. Dorothy was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and so nice and understanding with our kids.I highly recommend this place!

Hello everyone im Mike we drove about 500 miles From Long Island New York to TAC RV in North Carolina on September 18 2021 To pick The Bullet 330BHS sales person is John Burton what an amazing person everyone else is good good atmosphere Mike is the guy that explains everything about the functionality of the RV you will feel like in family if you are really looking to buy an RV Give this guys a call I promise you won't regret. When you are buying an RV you want to buy with confidence and you don't want to feel pressure me and John were back and forth on the phone I had a lot of questions before I started driving down to NC his the Guy to answer any questions and explain whatever you need to know about any RV

I took my trailer here for tires which they said it would be same day. Come back at 5 pm to pick up and no work was done. I told them to bring it out because I had to work the next day. I then notice the fender was bent. It wasn't damaged when I brought it in . The fat little female manager with glasses was totally unprofessional and has no business working in customer service. See you in court.

My husband and I had been looking for an RV for a couple months. We went to the biggest stores were it felt like they didn t care what we wanted, they just cared about selling; and when they give you a quote there s a lot of hidden fees.Well TAC RV Center was all the opposite, you could immediately feel the difference in service, from the nice receptionist lady, our sales agent Kristie who made sure we left the place happy; John who helped making sure our RV was ready to go and explained to us it s features thoroughly, Scott helping with the paperwork; Karen at parts and accessories who was very helpful and knowledgeable, to Dana who would be around making us laugh.I definitely recommend this place, they are a great team and they will make sure you leave happy too!!

After a bad experience primarily with one particular associate and communication a year and a half ago for accessory installation with my new truck, I had the opportunity for a service experience with my RV and I must say, they went over and Beyond to assist me in my situation. The service manager Sue.. is the absolute best and will continue to do business with and recommend them. Their retail prices on parts and accessories are also very good! I have not had the opportunity to purchase an RV from them mainly because they did not have the model I was seeking. Since the initial bad experience, all Associates have been very friendly and professional with great communication! I don't believe she, (the very rude and unprofessional employee) is still there. Or at least I have not dealt with her since then. Because of the service manager and the way she handled my recent unique situation, they get five stars! Treat her right and never let her go!
