Great service. They have never let me down. Good work for good prices. Lots of tools and car products inside. Breaks, lights, carpet, cleaners, paint, oils, lubricant, and large specialty tools. The attached garage does great work. Small waiting room. No public restrooms as far as I know and the front parking lot is VERY tight. Great people working here.

Top notch outfit! My water pump went out while driving from MN to NC leaving us stranded in Moyock. Called them late on a Friday afternoon and had Lantz Towing haul our vehicle to Napa. They diagnosed the issue the same day and ordered parts right away. We ended up having to rent a vehicle for a few days but they had it ready on Tuesday. Shout out to Jason and Stephanine as well as the other gal at the counter who's husband Rob gave me a white knuckle ride to the Chesapeake retal car center.

Great place for vehicle repairs. OLD'S Auto recounted and balanced my daughter's tire when they were about to perform their last tire service. They really me out in a pinch. The tire technician did a superb job....I highly recommend this auto service center. A++++

OK - on the way down to OBX from PA and took a stone to the radiator of my 2017 Porsche Macan - red lights on dashboard indicating "stop engine immediately'. Limped into Advanced Auto to buy some fluid only to discover coolant pouring from the shroud covering the bottom of the engine. Advanced recommended I try Old's Auto Supply & Service and lucky me, Advance steered my correctly! Old's was able to diagnose the problem, get the replacement new radiator delivered and have it installed early morning the following day! This was a 5 to 6+ hour job as the entire front bumper had to be removed. Top notch work, great communications, and frankly - just great people. I could not recommend them higher! Had a Monday 11am appointment.4 tires and oil change. I finally got my vehicle back Wednesday after 3pm.I would not recommend them. Very rude on the phone when inquiring about your appointment time and vehicle status. 4 tires and oil change no longer than 2 hours. Come on man.

A really kind mechanic helped me during his break to put my donut on my car after popping a tire. Service was prompt, even checked the tire pressure of my donut, and he was very polite. I had an appointment at another shop that was further away to replace the tire, but I now know I can rely on these local guys for help in the future! Thanks for helping me get to work!

Came here after calling to find out if they could do an inspection on my van. Got there and was brought right in to would look like my inspection was about to start immediately. Before anyone even looked at my van I was told they couldn t do it there because it needed an emissions inspection. They sent me 45 minutes to a specific shop in Elizabeth city further from my home to somewhere where it couldn t get done, and a mechanic who actually knew what he was talking about looked at my van and told me that I did not need an omissions inspection. After calling this location back to see if I can come back and get the inspection now after being told to drive an hour and a half out of my way the lady told me I would have to wait till after 1 o clock now and that there is nothing she can do her mechanic told her that my van needed that inspection. But he didn t even look at it. They sent me to another shop around the corner to give my money to them and if they can t bring me in then they will try to do something for me. Absolute horrible customer service

What a great experience! I'm in the automotive repair field and didn't choose them our Honda Pilot did, so glad this is where we landed! We were an hour outside of the Outer banks, 200 miles from home, when our Left front CV axle decided to go out with no warning. George got us in, the mechanic diagnosis the problem, ordered the part and had us back on the road in a few hours. The mechanic was awesome and explained everything! THANKS OLD'S NAPA!!! Bringing donuts by next year for everyone!!

Had an 11 o'clock appt for an oil change and inspection. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I'm done. Was told the only guy to do inspections left for lunch at 1200 and they had things come up. What is the point of an appointment? Glad the mechanic had lunch on my time...done with this this place. No NAPA nohow

Would rate 1/2 a star if possible. This place has ripped me off on pricing numerous times. Charged me over 1,000 for a fuel pump,when the problem was a short in my fuse box...so when my vehicle died 2 weeks AGAIN,I TOOK it back. They stick to the story of it being the pump,and wouldnt consider the problem the first time being the fuse box. Then they tell me theyre going to try and charge me 1600.00 to replace the fuse box! I had my vehicle towed back to my house,bought a refurbished fuse box for 230.00,and my truck started right up. Dont waste your money! Any other line of work,people are held to a higher standard when it comes to sales and service. I feel like at this place,theyre guessing for solutions,while youre shoveling them your $$!!

I was referred here after breaking down in NC (I'm from a little up the road in virginia beach) and supposedly had my radiator replaced. No problems at all with that part, but they let me know coolant was coming out of the engine from somewhere and instead of diagnosing the problem, which they said they would do for an additional $69, they just rolled my truck outside avid said it was the motor. They did back out the "diagnostic" fee, but what bothered me was they wouldn't attempt to fix the truck. I was more than willing to pay the cost of the repair just to get the truck I've had since i was 16 years old back up and running, but the job, which was no rush in my eyes, would have made the shop get behind? How can you tell someone the job would put the shop behind when you haven't even diagnosed the problem?But hey, no biggie, im sure someone is willing to do the work and be compensated. I just couldn't let this place off with out posting a review. I even left a rep at the shop asking the mechanic to give ME a call, but for some reason he would only ever call my friend who recommended the place even after I explained it is my truck!

The mechanic couldn't sell a 20 karat diamond-and I mean that as a compliment. He was honest and helpful, not trying to pull one over on you. Nice, quiet people who do honest, good work.

Great customer service. Went in for a state inspection....dropped off the car so that it could get done the next day, they called me a little later the same day and it was done. Cleared up my schedule for the next day.

I've been taking my truck's here for the past two years after my visit yesterday I'm seriously questioning weather or not they have actually been performing the services I've paid for I was told I needed a new alternator good friend of mine got me a refurbished alternator ( we were told it was tested by the Napa it was purchased from it was not and ended up being bad) while my original alternator was out we took it to have it tested it tested good three times... after some Google mechanic searching my model truck is known for the battery guage to have a moment then return to working normally.... honestly might just find a new shop at this point....

The ONLY NAPA in the region which can not be shopped on-line. You have to go in, or call and wait on hold for them to look up a part. Then they have to go see if they really have it.It's almost 2020! Get in the game and out of the 1900's! Get on-line to improve your service AND sales!

I went to have my truck inspected and nobody wears a mask or gloves they're they are in and out of everybody else's automobiles I do not feel safe there at all so I'm going to choose to go somewhere else sorry Napa

Friendly staff- needed a tire but they do not keep tires in stock, have to order & delivery later in the day.
