I was assisted by Jon Pinder and he was very polite, he helped me assess the best plan of action for my vehicles needs and when we ran into an issue he was very quick to respond giving me updates as my vehicle was being serviced. I would recommend him to all of my friends who own Hondas.

If you are a single female do not trust their service center. Purchased a car from them in 2022 where they informed me nothing was wrong with it. A 2/3 months later I brought it back to get an oil change and was provided a list of things that needed to be repaired on my car. (I took it as my fault for not bringing my mechanic)Most recently I went to have my ac checked due to warm air blowing out of it. They tried to charge me 28xx to have my entire system replaced. I went to another trusted location and determined it just needed Freon. A $30 repair because my compressor was under warranty with them. If you are a single female they will do everything in their power to try and get over.

Quick process and excellent customer support service by Jonathan Pinder on getting all of our service needs met for my Honda. Justin Foster was instrumental at recommending the use of this service department. We look forward to working with this location to he have our future vehicle service needs met.

I bought a Subaru 3 months ago approximately 20 days after it started with a strange noise in the engine I went to the dealer but they told me that I had no warranty and could not do anything, now the noise is stronger and according to a mechanic that the damage is serious and may have to change the engine.We bought this car at Hendrick for quality and trust but we definitely lost the money because they are the worst dealer, they definitely took advantage of us.

No solution. I brought my car to the service to dix honda link problem but you could not fix it. Terrible.

I had battery issues and Shawn was so helpful and kind! He even offered to drive me home afterwards since I didn t have my car.

They aren t connected to rest of Honda dealer. No records or no warranty accepted from other Honda dealers
