Do you need your car fixed? Do you want your car fixed right? Do you want to pay a reasonable price and have the service completed quickly? Well then you've come to the correct place because this Precision Tune goes beyond the level of simple service you expect from most stations. This one in particular provides a great quality experience. If you need your vehicle serviced I would definitely bring it to this shop. When I had mechanical issue out of town I went by here for an evaluation and they were able to quickly identify the issue and have it repaired in less than an hour.

Wife s car got towed there after hours, they called us back promptly the next day to ask if everyone was ok, and to get a complete description of what was wrong.They diagnosed the car, and found that the motor was blown and not worth repairing.They didn t charge us for the diagnostic and actually got all together and helped me load it up on o car dolly to tow out of there a day or so later. Bunch of Great, Honest, Trustworthy Family Oriented people right here. From A guy who travels for work and has to be gone, it s nice to know that there is still honest people out there. Do business here, see for yourself.

I have been going to this chain for a long time ; always received trusting mechanics , and reliable service , but this location specifically is just above the rest and the manager specifically runs a great shop and the front desk team is very helpful and professional! I get all the things to keep my car happy here , and quick lasting reliable service .

Malcom is great tech with great customer service approach. I had a flat tire and he was very patient in finding the flat and telling me to get my flat repair where I got my tire so it would be free.

Despite dealing with frustrating DMV issues, the team at Precision Tune Auto Care were patient and professional. They handled my state inspection with ease. Highly recommend for their excellent service and hassle-free experience!

Over the years, I have used this location for emergency visits, regular service, installing a cold air intake and an auto start module. I have always found these guys very helpful, very polite and good at their job. I am glad we have these guys in the neighborhood. Jemmel Sanchez (the manager here) is so unprofessional, rude and needs to be fired since he doesnt know how to deal with the public. The sales associates do a much better job at addressing the issue THAT WAS CAUSED BY THEM! Offering an apology goes a long way Jemmel! I will never take my car back to Precision Tune in Morrisville!!!

I have been a regular customer with this Precision Tune Auto Care branch for the last 10+ years but my experience this time was absolutely horrible. I asked a question about the charges on my bill to one of the associates at this branch and while I was talking to the associate, the manager Jemmel Sanchez interjected saying that "you all are not that smart". When I asked what does he mean by that he said that I "attacked" the associate and that's why he needed to interject. I explained that I was just talking to the associate and our conversation had not even ended. When I asked the associate if she felt that I had attacked her, her response was -- "I don't know". She didn't want to go against her manager. Later, when I went to my car, I found out that the mechanic had forgot to put the sticker on the inside of the windscreen stating the next oil change due date. I went inside and asked them to put the sticker. The associate that I had spoken to earlier apologized for whatever happened earlier but the Manager never apologized. They just lost a very loyal customer.

The store manager, Matt, gracefully let me know that it probably wasn't worth the cost to repair my beloved and well-used 20-year-old minivan--honesty that I genuinely appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Auto Tune Care in Morrisville!

The two times we took our cars here the start of the visit seemed promising. Each time we have two cars ahead of us and one time the visit took 4 hours while I sat and waited and the next time it took 6 hours for a freaking oil change. The front seat clerk is nice but it is not rocket science here. Even though this shop is 1/4 mile from my house I will not go back. They also charged for two bulbs when only one was out so when I said then give me the other bulb they came up with some way to give me a few dollars off somewhere else but not give me the second bulb. Shady.

Worst customer service.Left car early morning on 10/28 at 8:15, for oil change. Agent at desk promised me the car to be delivered before EOD.When called at 3:15 for an update Manager Matt was not even ready to speak and spoke rudely asking me take my car back as it would be serviced only Monday.He wasn't even there when I left the car but he spoke as if he was there and there were no such promises made.My whole day gone.I was a loyal customer of this with my previous experiences. But now on I would never go there nor recommend anyone.Worst behaviour.

Very poor customer service. Manager was rude. Dropped off the car early in the morning for a regular oil change and was promised that it will be done by noon. Even at the end of the day it was not done. When I went to the service center, the representative brought me the keys to the car. When enquired, he just said that my car will not be serviced that day. I can keep it with them for another day and they will try to get it done when they can. No apologies for inconvenience to customer.Been going to them for about 8 years but they just lost a loyal customer. Not going there anymore. This has happened second time. Poor customer service.

Dont waste ur time going here. I gave them car morning at 7:30am for oil change and tire swap, kept there till 3pm without any service. Other people tht came late in morning their service is dine but not mine, had to take back without any service,I will never ever come back here.

I have been visiting this place for a long time but now there service is not similar like it used to be earlier. I went there for oil change and car inspection. They took around 7 hours saying that they have first come first serve policy and I was fine with that. After the service they came up with multiple things required for the car but I said I only need the oil change and inspection. They didn t like it and failed the inspection mentioning the lights were off. I was in a rush and didn t notice . After reaching home I noticed that they failed the inspection as lights were not on. I immediately checked and found that the lights were on and working properly. I called them and went back to Update the inspection. They again started pushing me for the additional service which I denied earlier. I again denied and just asked to update the inspection to which they said it will take 5-6 hours again. First they didn t check properly and now tried harassing. When I denied they trashed the inspection report . I asked them to return me the inspection report and instead of giving me the report they crushed the inspection report and gave back to me from their dustbin. I never expected this kind of behavior. Attached are the images for reference.Editing the review when took my car for inspection at other service station and found that they didn t even screw up all the 5 nut bolts of tyre after rotation. Just because I didn t agree with the additional services they recommended.Never ever I will go to this store again.

Excellant service. Friendly Staff.My Camry started generating constant grinding noise under the hood while driving. Took here to get it inspected. They did a detailed analysis which involved 30 mins of road test. Issue got narrowed down to front right wheel bearing and hub. I know how expensive it is to replace a wheel bearings. But I was offered a decent quote which fitted well under my budget. Asked them proceed with the service. Got the vehichle on the same day.They did a neat job and and the noise it totally gone now. Happy to know the parts comes with 24K miles or 2 Years Warranty which is a plus.Thanks to the entire team. My Camry drives like a breeze now.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

The service advisor Kevin and the General Manager Matt are always looking out for the best interest of your vehicle and its longevity. The technicians diagnose the vehicle and then Kevin and/or Matt will go over in detail services needed and even being proactive to advise you of what service will be needed for your next schedules service or maintenance cycle.. The team also ensures your vehicles service is completed in a timely manner and they give you updates along the way!

I was here last week to get an inspection. I arrived around 9, and they were busy, and they said it might take a few hours, like 2-3p. I saw the car being moved around 10a, and was happy about that. After an hour, I asked if the inspection was done, and they said they hadn't taken it in. So I continued to wait, and asked again about it a few hours later. Apparently the car had been done at 10:30, and no one told me it was done, even after I asked. The manager said they called me, and I showed him that there was no phone call received from them. I was beyond upset that I had waiting there for almost 5.5 hours, when I could have left after 2. I am glad the location in Cary knows what they are doing, as I've NEVER had an issue there.

I had a great experience with Zach the store manager. The typical manager Matt was out on vacation and I had a truck issue going on for a few days. Zach stepped in and made my experience super easy to deal with and was very communicative during this process. Also, he and the mechanic took the time to show me a recommended service to ensure I had the best experience and showed me why. I like the fact that the company is filled with solid Managers and if I broke down or needed assistance in the RDU area I could stop in Durham, Raleigh or Morrisville.

Great service, very committed employees. I got new brakes and tires for a smooth ride. The staff kept working hard almost 2 hours beyond closing to meet their end-of-day promise.Just be aware they get slammed with customers so be a little patient.

Matt and the team have been my primary auto shop since we moved to Morrisville 8 years ago. They don t steer you wrong and do good work at a reasonable price. Here lately work has taken that longer than before, but that s due to labor shortages. Pay these guys more and maybe you ll be able to get the team better staffed!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. But I'm writing this review with the hopes that I'd prevent this same situation from happening to anyone else. Prior to bringing my car to Precision Tune Auto Care in Morrisville, I called to confirm that they are able to diagnose and fix electrical problems in addition to any mechanical issues. The guy who answered the phone reassured me that they are able to "do it all". I brought my vehicle in on September 6th, it was towed in due to not being able to start. Upon my arrival, I explained to the gentleman at the front desk that I strongly believe it is an alternator fuse that is preventing my car from starting. He sort of dismissed my comment. I was promised a call before the end of the day, didn't get one. That is OKAY, I understand people get busy. Next day, I get a call from Kyle who wanted me to explain the situation. I also explained to him why I came to the diagnosis that it is the alternator fuse. Kyle responded saying that he was "confused" and "can't figure it out", but that there was a gentleman that he'd get a second opinion from that was "more experienced". The next day, Matt, the manager called and said that they would have to do a "Starting Charging System Test". Matt never gave me a price, I assumed this was part of the "Tech Evaluation". Matt later calls me and states that he believes the person who worked on my car before tried to "sabotage me" and that it created an arc flash. Matt also stated that they "checked all the fuses and wires" and that "everything looked fine", "take it to the dealership", he ends the call. I had to call and ask them to cover my window since it won't go up (the storm was about to hit). I'm 100% positive had I not called, this wouldn't have been done. When I get to my car a couple days later, I'm glad to see a trash bag taped to the window BUT my doors are UNLOCKED!!! My car was sitting in their unsecured parking lot for days just UNLOCKED.Anyway, first day my car is at the dealership, I get a call 2 hours later and they said the first problem is that the ALTERNATOR FUSE needs to be replaced. I'd hate to say that I was dismissed due to being a woman or maybe just the fact that I didn't get the subpar mechanical/electrical training that the techs at this PTAC receive, but if I had to guess, I'd say my diagnosis was dismissed due to the first reason. I paid $75 (that I did not PRE-APPROVE) just to get told that the techs were too incompetent to even ATTEMPT to fix the issue I raised.

Phenomenal service!! My sons 2011 nissan Altima hybrid broke down in Raleigh after traveling here from out of town for a soccer tournament. My insurance company towed the car here on a Saturday evening. 1st thing Monday morning PCAT called us to ask about our car (what issues we had) we let them know we believe it was the battery (car turned on but wouldn t drive), so they ran some diagnostic tests and called us back by 3pm to give us the codes and recommendations. I sent the codes to the battery company (who just installed our hybrid battery 3 months ago) and PCAT allowed us to keep our car parked here til the battery was replaced and my son could get a ride down from college to pick up his car in a few days. Honest mechanics/employees here all around! If you re having any issues with your vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend you come here! Auto zone and advanced auto parts wouldn t touch our vehicle (for diagnostics) due to it being a hybrid. Seriously, if you re in Cary, and need diagnostics and top notch customer service, COME HERE!!!

What can I say about Matt and his guys. Very professional and got the job done at a competitive price. Little bit of a wait but that's a good issue that only proves the loyalty that I have along with others. If you want to save yourself time and money, don t step foot in this car shop. People there don t care about customers. I wouldn t recommend precision tune brand either, I wrote to their corporate about my experience, and nobody bothered to get back to me. What a shame.
