I want to thank Dan for going the extra mile to accommodate us. On short notice he searched the other locations to find the set of tires we were looking for, personally picked them up and brought them to this location to make it more convenient for us. Within a few hours we had the new set installed and ready to go. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Happy to give them a five star rating.

Took my car in for break issues. This shop and especially Tony were incredibly kind and quick with their service. Explained everything thoroughly, and looked for ways to get the job done without breaking the bank. Absolutely great experience here and will absolutely be working with them in the future for my car needs

Battery in my car was getting worse, but it required programming the car for the new one. Many places wouldn't install an outside battery, or charged excessively to do it. Called Pep Boys, and they were able to install the battery I purchased, did it quickly and at a reasonable price.Everyone was friendly, and the information I was given was consistent.May consider changing shops.

Amazing and very honest service center. Have been here twice with my GLS450 and GT and always got best and honest advice from tech and manager- Tony. They will decline services your car dies not need.

Went in because my back breaks were squeaking real loud. Howard helped me get in and out within a reasonable time. He was also very helpful when I asked him a few questions about my car. I would definitely recommend this place.

I want to thank Stevie at the Morrisville location for being very helpful when I replaced tires on my car. She took the time to recommend several options that matched my preferred brands at a great value. She really seemed to enjoy her job and was professional throughout. Thanks Pep Boys!

It's a pleasure going to Pep Boys. They are always honest and fair and they are not trying to upset me 5 other things. They tell me what is wrong and what needs to be done and that's all I ask for. In a day and age where everyone is telling you what to do or what to get, I know I will be treated fairly and honestly at Pep Boys.

Tony did an amazing job today, this guy deserves a raise super helpful good attitude this is the type of service and professionalism you only get with experience and courtesy . I no longer have to worry about my car, is taken care of thanks to him and the maintenance team, awesome work!

Went here to get a full tune up on my jetta. Afterwards epc light was still on and getting a mis fire so i took it back. They claim they fixed it again & once again all 4 cylinders were getting a mis fire. I had to take it to another shop who let me know that pep boys put the wrong parts into my vehicle & it s a hassle getting a refund issued. These mechanics here do not know what they re doing and will tear your car apart. DO NOT VISIT HERE!

The manger was rude at pickup, didn t explain an of the findings and introduced himself with staff issues. Which was unprofessional and not attractive to want my business from here on out.

Appointment was listed for 1 hour took nearly 4 hours instead. Had 4 tires installed an alignment was not mentioned until I brought it up. Informed them that my tire pressure light was on and two tires looked deflated, she said once you start driving it will go away, my tire was flat by the time I got home. Whether they are over booked or understaffed the excuse of the day won t justify the low quality service on all fronts.

Excellent Service, I would rate it higher if I could . I came in for a simple question about a noise my car was making only to find out I was due for some maintenance. The Representative Luis was fast , helpful , patient ( hard to come by nowadays) and really understanding most importantly a true pleasure to work with . Definitely coming back again.

EXPECT A LONG WAIT. I ve been to this place twice to get my car serviced within a year. This place is not respectful of the appointment time. For example, if you make an appointment, don t expect your car to be actually attended to for at least an hour after that. Then add how much ever time it would ve take to get the job done. I went in for oil change and brake fluid change and I was able to pick up my car ~2.5 hours after.On a separate note, I ve noticed that they are not good about wearing masks. Either not wearing them at all, or wearing them under their nose. Only one employee was wearing mask properly. Trust me, I was there for a while.

Excellent, 5 Stars!I can't say enough good about how well we were treated at this pep boys location.The level of professionalism and human kindness that we experienced at this Pep Boys location is rarely found these days. Even though I had my car towed in later in the evening (5:30ish, they close at 7pm and had a waiting room full of other customers) the folks there located the part I needed got it into the shop and had me back on the road within a couple of hours.. The manager personally did the repair. He and the two team members (I apologize, I can't remember their names) even stayed almost an hour past closing in order to help us get back on the road.I highly recommend this Pep Boys location, A+++.Thank you for everything guys. I received unacceptable service at the pep boy s location in Morrisville NC this past weekend.I had a nail in the side of my front driver tire and brought my car to be serviced at the Morrisville location, fri 9/22, had an appt for 5:30 pm.In April of this year, I had purchased 4 new tires from this same location. On Friday at my appt, I explained that I believed I had a nail in my tire, that I purchased all 4 tires at this location in April 2023. I showed a picture of the tire with nail and the technician said due to location of the nail, he could not repair the tire, however due to the length of time since I purchased the tire he could give me a new one without charge. Luis said he didn t have my tire in stock but if I came back tomorrow at the same time, he would put a new tire on my car.So today at 5:30, I brought in my car. I mentioned to the service agent what the first tech had told me about getting a new tire at no additional cost, he said ok. He also stated that due to the location of the nail it cannot be repaired.Then about an hour later, another service technician said my car was ready. I asked him if the new tire was put on and he said no, he put a plug in the tire because nobody with approval to get a new tire was there.Service was great when I came to the location to purchase new tires. Don t recommend this location unless you want to waste your time.

That s a total disaster. If you thinking about picking this shop for tire installation from Amazon (or any other service actually), just don t. Take a look at all the other reviews, the same thing just happened to me. I believe, they are doing it on purpose really based on the manager s behavior and overall attitude. Went there for 1 hour long appointment and had to wait for 4 hours actually. I d totally respect, if I was told straight away that it would take extra time and I have to wait significantly more time or reschedule, instead they kept telling that my car is next in line and it would take just an hour more, while in reality it took more than 3 hours just to start. Manager of the service just chuckled at all my complaints and never gave any explanation on why he kept lying to me. They have 0 appreciation of your time. I ve got one kinda sorry from the mechanic after 3.5 hour wait. Again, save your time, listen to other folks here and pick a different service for your car. Not sure if it s the same for all the PepBoys locations, but I am going to avoid them completely just in case.

The PEP boys on chapel hill rd in morrisville called me to tell me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time because they could see me immediately for a flat tire repair. After about 40 minutes they said they could repair my tire and it would be another 30 minutes. Over an hour later they said they couldn t; only at my prompting. They also had no replacement tires. It was a waste of my time and we won t be going back here.

While it was an expensive experience, they fixed what I needed fixed and everything else that needed fixing too that I didn t know about. I really do appreciate them going ahead and doing everything at once. Josh was extremely helpful, and even patient with me when I had to move my appointment to an hour later while AAA jumped my car. Will come back here again.

Pathetic. Had an appointment at 8am for a simple oil change. Technician came late so they were late starting. What made it worse is another customer came in at 9 for an appointment. Somehow his car still done before mine, and I come to the counter for an update to a rude representative who did NOT offer any apology of any kind. Instead I get her side eye like I m somehow unreasonable for being upset that I waited nearly two hours and saw someone else get out in just 40 min. No apology, no concern, no customer service skill whatsoever.

Not a honest place.Their assesment of a car condition totally came wrong.Left the car with them to find issues, causing check engine light. The came back with part to replace, simple job costs an arm and leg still did not solve the issue.I would avoid for anything more than oil change.

Update December 2023- I have been a customer of this shop 15 years. They have updated front desk staff, great job. My experience was excellent. I had an oil change an alignment (I have lifetime alignment). Luis at front was friendly, Dean is my mechanic and always does an excellent job and takes good care of me, my family, and our cars!!!

Good service and maintenance suggestions. But location is very much cornered which is fine but sometimes hard to find. Small helpdesk to serve. Fair waiting area. However you can shop around in park west village nearby. This store is next to AAA service store, you can see in my pic in case you won't find.

Tire was put on less than 24hrs ago. The entire side wall blew out. Brand new tire. Brought it in and despite calling ahead sat unaddressed for 10 minutes. Then when the manager finally addressed the situation he checked it out and said "looks like you need a new tire" then walked away. They don't have another of the tires and are just sending us to another pep boys....This isn't my tire or from my car. Just being a good samaritan

I had a terrible experience with Pep Boys! Despite scheduling an appointment online, they had no technician available when I arrived. They didn't bother calling me beforehand, resulting in wasted time and gas. Completely disappointed with their unprofessional approach to customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I was given an appointment for 9 AM for a simple tyre puncture. The crew was bot even present there before 10:30-11. So it was waste of time for such a simple service. The front desk person was very slow and not welcoming and it took 20 mins only to talk to some one. Overall it was a bad experience.EDIT 10/01/2023: Exact same experience the second time today. I was given an appointment for 9:30 AM for getting state inspection done and a flat tyre fix. When I reached on time I was told the inspector won t be in before 11 and that for flat tyre also they were running behind schedule and that I will have to wait for 2-3 hours, not sure why they give an appointment if they cant provide the service. I couldn t wait for so long. Very pathetic experience again. I am never going to this place and wouldn t recommend to anyone.

I went there to get my tires Balanced experience was relatively smooth. The lady at the counter was a little bit rude and acted like she didn't want to help me but after my service was done, I heard the lady from the front desk talking to the guy who balanced my tires The guy basically said he couldn't remember if he did the service correctly he said that he "can't remember if he rotated even tho that's not the service I asked for after multiple different corrections in his language, he said that he balanced them and rotated them he "thought" very unprofessional experience in my opinion. not saying to not go here, but I definitely won't be again.

Zero stars. Worst Pep Boys I have ever visited. I ve given this location 3 tries. John is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and does not care about customers. I made an appointment at 8:30am. I I walk in, John confirms my appointment, car, and service and then tells me that there will be no technician there until 11:00am, for an OIL CHANGE!!! I asked, why didn t you call me?! He said he didn t know. John did not take into consideration that I scheduled this service during my time away from work, that I drove 25 minutes to this Pep Boys location (closest to my house), I wasted gas, I wasted my time, and this is the third time!!! I ve never experienced the lack of customer service and professionalism at the Pep Boys in Charlotte, NC. I ve been a loyal customer since my care package ended at Toyota. John and the Morrisville location has caused you all to lose another frequent customer. I went to Christian Brothers, added 2 additional services and was in and out in about 45 minutes.
