The staff at the dealership were incredibly helpful, they gave straightforward answers to all my questions. Their knowledge and transparency made the entire car-shopping experience a lot more comfortable and enjoyable. I felt at ease discussing details, and their willingness to be open and clear added a positive vibe to the whole situation.

Had a very positive experience with Wright Way, i bought a Suzuki Sidekick in case we have any snow this year, and my brother bought a Nissan Frontier from them the same day. We are searching for a nice reliable car for our daughter, and we came to Wright ways Motors to look at some cars. We test drove a 2010 Nissan Moreno. We took it to our mechanic and he said the transmission was leaking bad and that someone had did a poor welding job on the exhaust. He advised us to walk away from that vehicle, so we took it back to the car lot and decided to test drive a 2006 Blue Honda Civic. We took it to our mechanic as well. He said the engine block had a bad crack in it and it was leaking bad from a cap. He said it was worse then the first one!! He advised us to run away from that car dealership!! The owners of the car lot acted like they were clueless!! Plus we checked the KBB And they wanted over $3000.00 more for the vehicles then what they were worth!! So out of 2 cars that we test drove they were lemons!!! Don't trust these people and don't buy a car from them!!!!!! Run away!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Sara has a horrible attitude and unethical business practices. She sold me a car without a catalytic converter on it, which is illegal, the car had the check engine light on. I then took it to a mechanic and they told me to change the sensors and I tried but one sensor didn't have a place to go because there was no catalytic converter. I also had to get a DMV inspector to go pick up my actual tag because every time I called to to try to pick it up I was told my tag wasn't there. This place is nothing but trouble and drama. And people trying to jump on you for making complaints about the car. And the lady (if you can call her that) screams at you when all the time when you call to try to make a payment. She has a horrible attitude, and I'm going to the BBB and report them, as well as reach back out to the DOJ and the DMV Inspector.

I purchased the car from this car company 2006 Chevy Impala SS and every part in that motor came from a junkyard paid $6,000 cash for this vehicle they knew it had problems and yet they still sold it It is currently in the shop getting a new head gasket put on it along with a new water pump do not purchase any vehicles from this company You will get taken and when I went back to ask him if they would meet me halfway the response I got was we will have to see they don't care about their customers so buy your vehicle somewhere else if you want a good vehicle
