Great place for getting tires. Adequate service. Not a place for congeniality or personality.I would suggest that Management look into a Continuing Education Course in Social Skills for their employees. Your production and revenue would increase two fold, if you wanted to be more successful.

All I can say is thanks to the guy's for helping out my H3 Hummer decided to get a vibration going down the road had a total rack and pinion two new axles and so on done perfect work great place.The shop is super clean. All the employees are courteous and professional they love their job and do a well..Stop in worth the wait. Thanks again.

Traveling & our tire light came on. We stopped by this shop to get them checked and were greeted kindly. We were on the road in minutes after they checked our tires free of charge. Happy tire shops like this one exist.

I have gone to White Tire Center for several years. The service is always prompt. I never have a long wait. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. The price s are reasonable. They always have my tire size in stock no matter what vehicle I bring by. I never have to have an appointment. The facility is always clean with a comfortable waiting room. I tell all my friends that this is the place to go get your tires.

I have used this company for years and have recommended them to several people who are now also regular customers. The service has always been excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Once, I had an issue with battery posts, which the technician noticed and reported when doing an oil change. Instead of sending me to a mechanic, they went out of their way to correct the situation and the charge was minimal. Great service and reasonable prices!

Would not recommend going here if you need your vehicle fixed quickly. Was told they would have it finished the same day it was brought in. That changed to 3 days later, then when it was time for it to be done and I called they apparently ordered the wrong part so they added 3 more days to that. Went in on a Tuesday and had to wait until Tuesday of the next week to get my car back.

I thought that I needed to take my vehicle for state inspection. It was purchased last year.The people at White Tire Center looked at my paperwork. Then noticed that since it was a license exchange. It wasn't required to be inspected.They could have inspected it and charged me. But they were above board on their work ethics.I highly recommend them.

Needed to have a lot of work done to a vehicle that had been sitting for a couple of years. They got the vehicle in fast and turned it around quickly it is up and running and the cost was very reasonable. I really appreciate the time and communication. They have always been fair and reasonable on whatever we took to them.

They re always nice, reasonably priced and do my basic maintenance quickly. I bought a full set of tires from them in July 2019 and they were guaranteed for 50k miles. I went there in December 2020 for an oil change and tire rotation and the tires were getting pretty worn down at 30k miles. They gave me a prorated price on the tires that cut something like 40% off the price and said I could get that same rate in 5k miles when I come back in for maintenance. Would definitely recommend this place.

Told my wife her brakes were fine, only to find out she had no front brakes. They also didn t change my wife s oil filter during routine oil changes for at least a year. If you go here, check your stuff afterwards.

Good experience with the new team at Morganton.I had not met the two manager/assistant manager team. Service was fast and courteous. I ve been a customer there for a few years because I work across the interstate from them; convenient! I only had a couple things go wrong in all the dealings I have had there. 1- broke one of my lug nuts and wasn t notified, 2- I requested one of the tires for spare from my replacements & was given the worst one. I didn t notice until I got home. Oh well . Overall, I keep on using their services. Hope this is helpful to the management staff and future customers. Feedback is the breakfast of champions.

These guys were great for us. Twice, I was told to wait or come back later at another tire center nearby. When I pulled into Whites they met me in the lot ready to help. Genuinely polite and fast service. Second time I was there for an alignment, they thoroughly explained their findings to me afterward. I will go there for all my tire and alignments from now on.

I had privately purchased tires put on at a local shop and returned to them twice to attempt to get the tires properly balanced. Eventually I came to white tire center and as a walk in I was out the door in about an hour with no further issues. These guys are knowledgeable and professional, they kept me in the loop with what they were doing and asked my permission before preforming any work so there were no surprises at the end. This is where I will get all future tire work done.

Professional. The only drawback was that it was slow getting to my job. I brought tires to be put on and balanced. Waited for them to take the car back longer than the wait to finish the job. Other than that, the mechanics attention to detail was excellent putting the rims in the exact spot as when they came off. I would recommend.

A great shop nice experience friendly staff awesome place to get a flat fixed as well as any other issues with your vehicle. Conveniently located. Overall great experience will return hopefully not soon as I hope to have no issues happen to make me return but if for some reason I do need repairs this is where I will choose. It is a good place also have a waiting area great for you and small children. Give them a try for yourself and see if your experience is as well as mine.

I called earlier and asked about their prices for an oil change/tire rotation. I was given the price and was told a tire rotation is included with the oil change. I work full time, and someone followed me there, and gave me a ride back to work. I was told someone would call when my car was finished. I never got a call, so I called them. I was told then my car was ready. Someone drove me back there to get my car. I had called to ask what I owed and specifically asked if the price included both the oil change, and tire rotation...she answered "yes". Later I called to ask another question, and found out my tires were never rotated. I got permission from my boss to go back to get my tires rotated. I'm not sure why all wasn't done in the first place, but I was not offered anything for the inconvenience. The manager, and a young man were irritated with me, (even though they are the ones who made the mistake). I am glad I called them later or I would have never known my tires weren't rotated. It would have been 10,000 miles without a rotation on the next oil change. I was hoping they would be the ones I would go to for all future services, but I am hesitant about going back to them.Update: GM reached out, and explained situation.

Moved to area in 2019. They ve been honest and competitive. Shopped around once and returned due to their professionalism. Bought tires for each vehicle and trailer. Also accommodating when serviceNeeded.

I needed to find some new tires. I have been shopping around for what would be my best deal. I had been doing this a couple weeks. There was one other place that had a cheaper deal on the tires I needed . I told the service manager at Whites Tire Center the information I had found and he was kind enough to give me the four tires I needed at 10$ less than the business I had found them cheaper at ... I thought that was kind of him. Plus it did bring money into the tire center . That made the Whites Tire Center a sale an I was a happy customer that did save me money . So I decided to take my grandson out for ice cream !! That made him happy so this entire sale the service manager made for me , not only helped the tire center but it made a little boy very happy too ... Thanks you Whites Tire Center . I will come back to you with all my tire needs !!

Good guys and know their stuff. They don t seem like the type to bs you. Tires could be cheaper but then again I did ask for some high end ones. I don t go anywhere else for car stuff unless I have to go to the dealership . But anyway I m bout to buy some more tires from them, maybe Ill suggest a repeat customer coupon or something

I brought a truck in for oil leak. They not only fixed it, filled it back up... they told me to have a Merry Christmas and sent me on my way.I have the utmost respect for their professional attitudes and work ethic. The quality of service and small town values that are so rarely seen in the last 15 years are alive and well at this little shop. This is found at MY new service center!I wish you all a very merry Christmas and may the new year be a prosperous one!

These guys are super. I asked them to install new parts I purchased to save $. I am retired on a strict budget. They refused me giving them something for their not making profit on the parts. What pleasant people. They just got a new customer and I will tell everybody I can.

Stoped in on Monday the 26th of July to purchase a set of tires on my 95 mustang gt . I was informed the tires would need to be ordered and installed on Tuesday the 27th, I purchased the tires and brought my vehicle back the following day. When I dropped the car off I was told it would be ready by 330 pm , and it was. As I was getting my keys the guy upfront informed me a wheel stud broke off and the back rear tire only had 3 studs now. This car is stored and not driven a lot as it has less than 40k miles on it and I have tried to keep it in prestige condition. I took my car to another tire retailer who inspected it and was told I should have never been turned loose to drive away under those circumstances. We have ordered a stud from Ford to replace, but my time, and more importantly my safety was jeopardized . I plan on filling a complaint with the better business bureau .
