Overpriced and no regard to your vehicle. Even busted a tire when dropping off.I never talked to you. I talked to a different gentleman. Jake I believe was his name. I was here when he dropped off, and literally dropped hard. So hard it bounced and turned sideways. The tire wasn't flat at first. Still for almost $600 you would think it would be placed a little easier off rollback. It's not the $250 to get you to bring it 56 miles, that I understand and consider fair. It was the $300 you charge for the 3.2 miles from the hospital to your tow company.Thank you I would appreciate a copy of damages. So far no one from either police department has taken the time to go over the damage.I will up you to a 3 because Jake was a really nice man. But it was rolled off very hard. So hard that when it hit it turned sideways. Sorry truth is truthService: Car towing

Dustin was out knight in shining armor last night. After trying to limp our way back home from Canton, NC yesterday afternoon with a bad coolant leak, we finally stopped limping and called Wells & Seals Towing. He got us home safely and was very kind to us weary travelers. The pricing and timing was perfect. I highly recommend them.

Service has went downhill considerably. More training is needed for the staff. 3 consecutive times now and Service has been sub par to put it nicely

He stole the key fob to my car that has the chip and module and refuses to give it back afterwards told me to pay him 200 just to get it back
