All around usually great. Hate having to stop for the wally world gestapo when I'm trying to leave tho. Like in a hurry Darryl, don't have time for you to look at my receipt for milk and baby formula to verify my items I'm carrying in my bags. Like ya got me! There's really a flat screen tucked under the eggs.

Wal mart employee are wrong suspicions at me when I'm random make up if tone color match my skin. I did not stolen anything.She keeps suspicions at me. She didn't ask me if I need a help, but I have been to Wal mart all times.

The stores are so short-handed even if you want to be checked out by real person you can't be. You even have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to use self check out which I feel the prices they charge we should not have to use self-deck out

I love this Walmart just couldn t get around the two older women that work there at Self Checkout . They stood there fussing about the people checking out that were having problems and having to assist them. Guess they just wanted to stand there and do nothing but yet get paid. Just don t understand the laziness of people now days.

I did an online order of 7 items which were all shown to be in stock on their website; however, 5 of the 7 items had to be substituted as they were unavailable.This is the major issue with this store, the frequent out-of-stock situation for a variety of items. This can be quite frustrating for customers who come in with a specific list of needs. Another point to consider is the self-checkout policy. If you have a large number of items, be aware that you won't be able to use the self-checkout lanes, which can lead to longer wait times at the regular checkout counters. This can be an inconvenience, especially during busy hours.

I'm pretty irritated about my experience at the pharmacy last night, having to spend full price on test strips even though they're covered by ins/hsa because the woman instead of just saying she didn't know how to do it insisted it couldn't be done. She kept throwing out excuses, when she tried to say I needed a prescription for test strips it was fairly obvious she didn't have a clue. She wouldn't even bother pulling up his info. I've never had to interact w her at the pharmacy before but I really hope I don't have to again.

I went to pick u my order and the guy was not friendly and he said my order was there. ( talking about in the blue bins that were parked at the trunk of my car.) I had to ask him to bring it to my car. I brought my own bags. He acted like it was such a chore to do that. Customer service is getting terrible.

Clean, always stocked well. Slow response to locked areas and it's best to just find an employee rather than sitting at the call button.

Hate Walmart all of um I get into the place and I get so disordinated Nine out of ten times I end up leaving And what's even worse Losing the car in the parking lot Absolutely hate all walmart

So we have been going at it with the eye center for 2 months now. We went to order my sons medicaid glasses on may 19th. They said it would take 9 weeks. After 10 weeks we called and the woman named Julie told us that the eye doctor is separate from the eye center and she could not help me. That makes no sense. So today I called and she said the same thing. I said why can't you just look in the damn computer so she says don't use that language bla bla bla. Well I'm pissed so some language may come out my mouth. She once again said that we would have to call the Dr's secretary on Friday. I said we have called the past 2 Fridays and nobody ever answers the phone. So then I'm telling her I don't understand why she , who works in the eye center can't look it up. I get hung up on. 2 min later my husband gets a call and it's her . She said " I'm mailing you your F'n glasses. She said they left a voice mail back in July that the glasses were there.first off, yes I did get a message that his glasses were there because we bought a pair the same day we ordered the medicaid pair. So that message was about the ones we bought. And I really don't care how mad a customer is , an employee, a manager at that should not cuss at a customer for any reason or call a customer a lier. And how come all the sudden she has the glasses? I thought she couldn't mess with medicaid glasses?!?!?! Her words. So for the past 2 months we have been calling asking if the glasses were there and she was telling us no she don't know because she don't handle medicaid glasses , she was flat out lying to us or just too lazy to do her job. So I called back to tell her if I can't say a cuss word but she can cuss my husband? A different girl answers the phone and I start talking about how she cussed at us and the girl lied and said that Julie didn't call us. That she has been with a customer for the past 39 min. Well he has a call log on his phone showing that they called my husband. So then I called 1 800 Walmart to file a customer complaint and I didn't know the store number so the girl hung up on me. So i called back after looking up the store number and finally was able to start telling what has been going on and halfway through the conversation that I said no cuss words in , the lady hung up on me. These people are the most unprofessional, delusional people iv ever had to deal with. I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WALMART IN MORGANTON AGAIN!!!

Hate Walmart especially nowI ordered $100 in restaurant food cards as gifts and they didn t activate now they say nothing we can do. The restaurant can t activate so they say too bad, so sad

The pharmacy service is top notch and I found everything else I needed but there were no check outs with a clerk forcing me to use self checkout. It's a shame that there can't be st least one or two open all the time.

The lines were long and the wait was a little longer than expected but the service was great with an upbeat and cheerful cashier. Need to open more lines. Some of us don't like the self scans because it eliminates jobs

Glad they let kids try on their costumes. We went to a Walmart the other day that wouldn't let us try any on. It's so hard to buy them stuff without making sure it firs first...so thanks guys for your help!

MUCHHH better than Ingles. I find it nice to shop here, as they sell everything from mainly food, to hygiene on one side near the pharmacy. Great place, I'd recommend buying some of those one dollar cookie bags while your there because YUM! (My option, Summary: SHOP HERE!!)

Great low prices and hugh selection. Ample parking, helpful staff. Tire center, pharmacy, lawn & garden and large deli. However I'm going to have to lower to 4 stars due to no car chargers. 2/15/24 - still no EV chargers.

Typical Walmart although this one seems to have leaking roofs, and is especially untidy with a very poor layout compared to other Walmarts.
