Very friendly staff and they were very informative about things that needed to be done with my vehicle. Unfortunately the nut on top of the oil filter cap was stripped. They said if I go buy a new oil filter cap that they would put it on for free. Unfortunately local store did not have it in stock so I've ordered it from Amazon. I was in and out of there and half the time it usually takes me at other shops and this was with them running into a couple of problems.

Went to have transmission fluid changed, but then after about 20 minutes waiting in my car they said they cant do it because it requires taking a wheel off? I said well if youdo tire rotations and such here how is that a problem? They couldint really explain to me the specifics as to why the car would need to be lifted with wheel off versus them being under the bay with the wheel off. Nice guys and nice facility but not a good first impression

Do not go here. My son inlaw went today had the transmission fluid changed and they forgot to put the plug back in. All fluid drained out. No matter if anything was wrong with the car or not, why not put the plug back in? Unfortunately they are not reliable. Do not go here we are having to fix the car our selves. What kind of place can not own up to their mistakes. Anyone who has experienced this please post on the reviews. My son just went and picked up the transmission dipstick they did not put back in. The guys said here u go. What the **** yes they left it off. Check your caneras at 6 pm my son came back and got it.

These guys destroyed a stud on my wife's hub when remounting a wheel. No biggie, it happens. But then they tried to say that the last shop who rotated the tires put the nut on wrong and it broke during removal. Um no, I'm the one who's done the last couple rotations (on my home lift with hand tools and a proper torque wrench) and this is the exact reason why. These shops use impact guns to not only spin the nuts on but also to "torque" the wheel on. Anyone who's worked on cars longer than a week knows you don't do that, particularly with her brand of car because the studs are notoriously soft...but hey, we have to save a whole 10 seconds, right? To break something is one thing, to not take ownership is just cowardly and bad business. So now this "discount oil change" cost her over $100 at a proper shop to replace the stud. The kicker was she said they tried slowly explaining to her how diff fluid breaks down and pushing her to change it (even though I just did 5k miles ago) and also talked down to her and threw in "we know this is complicated" as if she didn't understand. LMAO, she holds two Engineering degrees, one of which is a Master's in Bio-Chemical. She also works on her own car plenty, but she had just got her nails done. You should really be more cognizant of who you decide to slow-talk to like they're an idiot. You can bet that Corporate will be getting a call about all of this.

Came to have the wife s car inspected, first the guys are nice but don t know how to drive a stick shift!! I think I have spent my last dollar at the one in morganton

Went there for the grand opening and everyone was very nice. The last place I got my oil changed at stripped my plug and the manager went to the parts store to put in an oversized plug because nothing else would work to get oil back in my car. This place is a joke!! Nothing but young kids. Don t take the chance or waste your time. They wasted my time and then couldn t even inspect my truck.
