I know many people that frequent the Valdese location with excellent word of mouth reviews. I have been there once before and experienced good results. I decided to try the Morganton location due it being closer to my home.The manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to work with for the 5 and a half weeks that it took to complete repairs. The length of repairs did not fall solely on the shop as some parts needed were not common and logistics can be challenging.I would suggest getting repair costs in writing before beginning repairs. My final bill was close to 30% higher than originally estimate and ran more than 500$ over final estimate given four weeks into the project.I would've liked to see the project completed earlier and have had better communication throughout the process. Overall I don't feel this experience was positive but would utilize their services again if needed.

Even if you delete this message, I come in every day to write and inform the people who come to you for service!I wrote and they deleted my complaint!I brought my Volvo to align and balance the wheels and the next day my car wouldn't start. These " THIEVES "are not serious, they are the most LIARS , whenever I pass in front of this type of service I feel like throwing up! Since I picked up the car from their service, the car doesn't work as well.The best advice is to mark all parts of your car, otherwise you risk having your good parts exchanged for bad, worn parts!The owner says he is a Christian, but he lies and behaves badly!

This is an excellent place to purchase tires and have all your auto needs taken care of. There is always a friendly, Christian, and helpful atmosphere. Ronnie is very professional and will never mislead anyone while trying to advise and fulfill your needs.

I had a specific set of tires I wanted for my truck. My local dealer couldn't get them. Tires Plus Tire Pros was recommended to me. They are 30 minutes away, but when I called, they could have the tires the next day! I've been very satisfied with the tires, and their continued support!

This is probably the nicest shop I ve ever been in. OMG they ve got great equipment very friendly, beautiful shop and I understand because you re part of the tire pros program. The warranty is good nationwide

Usually good service. Oil change price sometimes fluctuates but I've noticed it hasn't been so high recently. Coffee is a hit or miss but usually ok.

So today from 8:00 -12:00 tires plus in Morganton was advertising, We are selling tires at cost for customer appreciation day! I said cool , I'll call for price. I call and gentlemen said you'll need to be here, I said absolutely, just need a price before I come. He put me on hold another gentlemen got on the line and said I cannot give you a price over the telephone. In disbelief and I'm still confused as to why? I specifically stated brand that I wanted and size and he said I would have to come in store for price. Even said they were in stock. You cannot make this stuff up. In person pricing only i suppose!

do not recommend had bunch of new parts on my truck. and had a alignment done, and it pulls to the right more than it did before I took it there. and when I use my breaks my stearing wheels turns without me turning it.and it did not do that at all. they just made it so much worse. it is worse than it was. do NOT go there they will rip you off. I'm not going there anymore.

DANNY told me to drop my wheels and tires off at 4 and they will be done by 5 i dropped them off at 3:50 and came back at 4:30 and they didn t even start yet . than after 40 more mins i asked them to hurry a little and i was polite and than danny seemed to have got upset because it was almost closing time and he asked me to come back the next day i explained i couldn t and he got a attitude towards me very bad management will not come back

One of the worst place in North Carolina to have your car, for any car service you need is this place. Form the owners Ronnie and his wife Christy to the last person in here are the worst. I agree with all the unsatisfied people that gave this place 1 They give you a price when your there and we agree on it and when you come and pick up you car, the price increased with $250 or more and you DO NOT GET any phone calls of any changes. I had my 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 pick up for brake lines change, I agree on the price of $500 and after 3 days when I went to get my truck the cost of $715 and they charge you for the cloth and paper towel that they clean themselves $33 and it s called ENVIRONMENTAL FEES. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND LIERS. I ll pray that God will deal with them.

I would not recommend anyone go here. Several family members have been quoted work that never was needed or resolved the original car problem. My car came in with an intermittent light a year ago...and now there are other lights that are permanently on. They always recommend more work or keep you coming back.

Waited over 45 minutes to get a tire plugged. Only 1 other person getting work done ,then a bill for $29 just to plug a tire . Never again

I brought my car here after the store down the street said that I needed an emissions inspection and that I would have to go to a dealership, even though the county my car is registered in only requires safety inspections. They were so polite, and were able to get my car inspected and got me out the door to go to work on time even though they were shortstaffed. I would absolutely come here again!

I initially found this store through its great reviews when I had a slow leak in a tire but didn't see a nail. Stopped in and they found a nail near the sidewall but they were able to patch it and it held until the tire wore out. I was pleased they patched the tire instead of plugging it, which they said is their policy for safety reasonsWhen it came time for new tires, I knew I would be back. Honesty and courtesy goes a long way and it was refreshing.. They didn't have the tires I wanted in stock although they could order them, but a family member offered to buy them from Tire Rack for me and this shop accepted the delivery. On the day of my appointment, they serviced me promptly and even had the courtesy to ask if I wanted whitewall or blackwall outside. I was pleased at the option because I hate whitewalls! They completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time, even though they apologized for the wait, it was faster than other places I had been to in my life. I was super happy that they didn't try to push any extra services on me, like an alignment, although I was prepared. I had been told by the Dealer when I had my vehicle serviced in May and informed of the need for tires (which I could see) and was told it would need an alignment because "you always need one when you get new tires". Typical Dealer trying to push services not needed but I didn't know. Once my vehicle is out of premium warranty coverage (which includes free oil changes and tire rotations) I will be returning here for my routine maintenance

Absolutely love Ronnie, Anita, and Danny.Always looking out for their customers and manage their turnover time swifly and efficiently.Zero complaints on their service or productivity, and I fully support their business, their honesty, and how they treat their customers.Other local shops should take notes, this is the best shop in Morganton hands down.Always a great job!

Very nice, helpful, and pleasure to work with. As one who only knows to put gas in when the light comes on, they are great. Always feel good about what they do and charge. Thank you guys for being so wonderful. They actually have straightened out what someone else messed up.

I have always done business with them at Valdese and Morganton for inspection and tires . I will never go back don t know how at $13.95 inspection turns into $23.95 . Charged us for tinted window inspection never been charged before . The law is if the front diver and passenger window and windshield it s not need . Ours is factor tint on rear and back passenger window. Also the woman that works up front has a total attitude problem to all customers we have been in waiting room and she treats everyone disrespectful. The younger guy isn t much better to the customers either . I guess they are trying to find anything to charge you for to pay for the new Morganton store .

My husband and I were on our way out of town on vacation and we got a flat tire and hour outside of our destination, baby and dog in tow. We found tires plus on google and am glad we did. Their costumer service was excellent and they got us in and out really quickly. I could not speak more highly of their service.

When I called about getting 2 tires mounted and balanced I was told I could come down in 40 minutes to 1 hour and they would have time. I got there around 11am and sat down to wait for my 2 tires to be put on. Two hours later and 2 over inflated tires they were done. At one point I got up to look to see what was taking so long and they had removed the rear tires but they were all standing my a bay door talking, laughing, and having a good time. The place was not busy. There was three other vehicles in the garage area with plenty of people walking around. Will not be going back here. They are to busy messing around to get work done.

Was headed west on I-40 and had a problem with my equipment trailer tires. Stopped in and they really took care of me. Diagnosed the issue right off, mounted a new pair of tires quickly and charged less than I expected. I was back on the road in a snap running smooth as silk. These guys really are pros!

Clean place, the lady out front is super nice. The biggest gripe is to make sure you get a price before getting services a 5qt oil change and tire rotation cost me =$87.00 they performed the service well, but the price is about $30.00 more than the dealership...

They're open on Saturday mornings. Helpful employees and had exactly the tires I was looking for in stock. Got the tires while I waited and I'm not sure I was there a full 30 mins. Very competitive pricing too.

Arrived 5 mins til closing time on a Saturday to buy racing fuel. Great service and very friendly. I am new to the area and have found my place for all my auto needs.

I take my truck to the dealership for oil changes and services typically. I picked up a nail at some point that they said could not be patched and wanted me to replace the tire. $250 just for one tire! I ve worked with Ronnie LeFevers before for a similar issue in the past. He took one look at it and said no problem! $17.00 fix. While I was waiting, I priced out some other tires just in case, the shop found a better tire for cheaper that was rated for 70k miles. I will ONLY do business with Tires Plus Tire Pros in Morganton for my tire needs from now on.

Tires Plus Tire Pros was recommended as a great place to take my vehicle. I was told they are usually good about getting people in. They wouldn't even try to work with me on getting an appointment. I can't recommend them.
