Bryson did a great job on a four step paint correction and ceramic coating on my 2017 F250. Communication during the process was great and truck looks brand new again. Highly recommend!

The Wax Shack tinted my sons 2019 Mustang GT windows and all of the lights on the car. They did a fantastic job and really communicated with us before and after the the service. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service sets them apart and makes us life long customers.

I called to have my truck worked on. They did an outstanding job on paint correction, adding ppf to the bottom half of the truck, and had the undercoating sprayed. Bryson kept me up to date on everything throughout the entire process and was able to get my truck completed in a timely manner.

The Wax Shack has always did both my cars cleaning and detailing needs. They are the best I ve ever had or dealt with!! Super amazing guys, honest, respectful, reasonable pricing!! Had my Camry there today for some deep scratch repair where it was side swiped!!! Can t even tell it s had a damage and there was no paint involved in fixing this!!! All I can tell you guys is that they are the best around hands down!!! And they offer it all! Window tinting, detailing, wraps, you name it, they do it! Best environment you will find in Burke county!!!! Go check them out for all your vehicle, boat, ATV, etc needs!!! You will not ever be disappointed!!!

First of all,If there s anyone in WNC seeking a detail, look no further. I assure you will be more than just satisfied with the level of professionalism, knowledge, & care that Bryson & his team instills. Being a fellow car enthusiast myself, I wanted to be sure I found the right people for the job. Carson & Landon were sent out to do my car & I couldn t be anymore pleased! I appreciated their honesty, hard work ethic, and both provided further knowledge during & after the detail. Bought the truck a few months ago and was needing it ceramic coated to protect the paint; it s hard to find someone and or company who you know can trust 100% to get the job done. These guys knocked out a 1 step paint enhancement and a five year ceramic coating in 3 days, along with a full exterior and interior detail! Easy guys to work with, straight forward they tell you everything you need to know and helps always ask the questions you have. I couldn t be any happier with how the truck turned out. I just got my car fully detailed including waxing. The guys at the "Wax Shack" did an awesome job! I was impressed with their attention to detail and they did a much better job than I ever could. Great work and customer service! I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and had to change plans the morning of but Bryson made sure I didn t get cancelled. My truck looks great inside and out now I don t have to do all the dirty work.

Typically not one to give Google reviews; however, the guys at The Wax Shack deserve every 5 star they've earned so far and more. They've detailed all of my dad and brother's vehicles and now mine, and it's hard not to praise the attention to detail. Will be using them in the future for detail services no doubt!

They arrived promptly at the time they said they would be there. Gave them by keys and they went to work. They worked on my car for 3 hours. It looks like a brand new car right off the lot. I requested the full detail. The outside, inside, and wheels/tires looked amazing! Price was reasonable for the service. These guys did a fantastic job at cleaning up our Expedition Max!! She needed a bath after a recent beach trip & they got on it within a few days after I made an inquiry. Interior had beach sand everywhere on the mats & wasn't a speck left. Thanks y'all!!

Bryson and his crew did an outstanding job on my car! It looks way better after they detailed it than when I first purchased my car. They also put a protective coating on my leather seats to help prevent them from cracking. These guys responded promptly to my request to clean/wax my fifth wheel camper. The camper is only three years old but had only ever been washed by me. They came to the house and cleaned it in my driveway. The camper hasn t looked so good since it was new. Very pleased with the job and customer service. I would recommend and will use them again.

These guys were very fast to respond to my initial call, quick to get me on the calendar, called when they said they would the night before, and came to my work to detail the car. They did a great job, explained what they did, and answered the questions I had. I recently got in a minor fender bender and thought I could fix it myself, which lead to making it look wayyyy worse. Gladly Bryson saved it. He was awesome, quick and so easy to work with! I will definitely come back here for any car detailing needs but hopefully not that we re caused by my error

This was the first time we had used The Wax Shack Mobile Detailing and we are absolutely overwhelmed at the job the young man (Landon) did on our car. He cleaned the inside and outside not stopping for anything all day until our Nissan Suv was completed. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. These guys know what they are talking about. They have an eye for detail. When I picked up my car he said it's not perfect, but for a 1 step it came out good. To me, it looked freakin perfect! Me and my husband kept trying to find swirl marks or scratches and we couldn't find any because that's how great of a job he did. I couldn't imagine how it would have looked if we upgraded to a higher package. 1000% recrommend!
