The selection of vehicles really impressed me. I didn t feel pressured & that is a really big deal to me. I d already gone to other dealerships & couldn t believe the prices were actually lower.In January I left with my dream vehicle & a HUGE smile. Thank you Team!

Worked a deal with the Salesman Ryan here all the way from South Dakota as they had the Truck I wanted and no where close to me did. Ryan walked me through the steps, information, and pointed out any damage as I had the vehicle shipped 1200 miles. Overall Ryan was HONEST, quick to reply, and easy to work with. Super happy with my experience here and with the salesman. Unfortunately it is hard to recommend my friends to a dealership across the country, but any given opportunity I would. My finance guy, Anthony, was also accommodating and clear with the steps given to move forward. Thanks again Ryan and Anthony!

Service was great from start to finish. Interaction with my service advisor was great and oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner and a great price. Optional services were explained and offered and no pressure to get them completed at this time. I'm satisfied and will be back again for services needed on my vehicle.

The BEST service department at a Car (Jeep) dealership I have ever had. Kyle the service guy that took care of me was outstanding. He went way out of his way to get my Jeep fixed and fast at a price I thought was very fair. Team Jeep Morganton NC, I will go way out of my way to do business with them.

Buying a vehicle here was extremely easy and all staff were very professional, light hearted, and pleasant to work with and be around. However, the dealership charges an additional $1,500 if you choose to finance through anyone besides through the dealership itself. As I said, not at all a bad place to purchase a vehicle, however, I believe charging customers and additional $1,500 souly based on the choice of financing/receiving a loan outside of the dealership to be a little ridiculous.

This is the best Ram Dealership I have ever used. My service advisor is Michael. It does not matter what the issue is, he finds a way to get it resolved. I highly recommend Team automotive in Morganton, NC. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Team. Keep up the good work.

Service Team was Excellent!Highly Recommend!I worked with Kyle; he listened to my concerns and questions, and had very informative feedback as well as going above and beyond for researching the answers if needed to give me the most up-to-date and relevant information. If they didn't provide a vehicle service, he knew who could. I got a call as soon as there was an update or concern with the care of my vehicle to ask how to proceed...He wasn't pushy or trying to over-sell me on something that was unnecessary or could wait a little longer, that is worth GOLD at a vehicle service department, that - and with all of the other points mixed in - is the reason that they get my business whenever I'm in town.Again:EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I received my first service on my vehicle for free. I think that was so wonderful of them. They did a fantastic job servicing my vehicle. They were also very good about checking out any issues I had with my vehicle. They found a couple of issues and quoted me a price for service. They were also very good about keeping me informed of what was going on. Thank you Morganton Team Chrysler Jeep automotive for making all my experiences with you so wonderful.

We felt comfortable from time we walked in the doors. Everyone was friendly, nice and had great communication even though they were busy. Had great follow up calls and worked with us on our wants and needs. Would highly recommend buying from them!!

Service technician promptly met me upon arrival and we reviewed the required services. Provided me a service estimate and contact information. Overall service sea very good generally worthy of 5 stars except I have been waiting over six months for a recall matter to be resolved as the parts have not come in yet. This problem they believe is causing a warning indicator light to remain on. TAs the warranty expires this month they did promise this matter will e noted in the regard to ensure it is resolved under warranty

Worst unprofessional personnel! Total waste of time going there! They called me wanting to purchase my vehicle after getting a KBB Instant Offer, and then turned me away with the excuse of my vehicle having high mileage. The car information was provided in the KBB and reviewed when I got a call from them! They knew exactly how many miles my vehicle had and the make and model from the beginning, why make me waste my time? Not only wasting my time but gas too. I didn t reach out to them, they reached out to me knowing all the details from the beginning!!! Worst experience ever!

Called and asked for an out the door price on a Jeep, had to call and text several times over a three day period before I got an answer. Called and texted a Tyler, Kate, Chad. Again took three days to find out they add $4k worth of fees to their vehicles. After waiting three days and telling Chad about the crazy fees, Chad just texts "thanks for the opportunity have a great day". No apologies for waiting three days, no explanation of crazy dealership fees, nothing! Wow! I would NOT recommend!

Called and requested information on specific vehicle as the dealership was over an hour away, received pictures but never got the video I asked for. My husband and son drove the hour up there based off the pictures we received with all intentions on purchasing the truck just to find out that they had sold it between the time I received the pictures and the time they arrived. (were talking about 5 hours, not days later, just for clarification) Not great communication if you ask me.

I do not like purchasing vehicles at a dealership because of their processes, paperwork, and general disregard of customer time. However my experience with Ram of Morganton was pretty good. Very enjoyable interactions with the staff; the salesperson was ideally suited for me because he listened well and addressed my concerns/wants. I still do not like the closing process and warn everyone to be careful when you finance through a dealership. You may end up with charges that you did not ask for, slipped into the paperwork. As long as you keep aware, I can recommend this dealership.

Absolutely outrageous pricing. The true definition of highway robbery. This dealer attempted to charge over $2000 to to direct wire two connectors together. The two connectors had a little water in them. With my 20 years of electronics repair, I can tell you the fix is to clean the connection with a soft brush and some alcohol. But this dealer insisted that the connector would have to be hard wired for $2k or replace the harness for $5k. This is past the point of incompetent, this dealer is completely unethical. Save yourself and find a different location for your repairs.

My wife and I drove nearly 2 hours to buy a 2018 GMC Canyon I found online. We already had our financing. We called and spoke to Nathan who was super helpful and nice. when we arrived to purchase the truck, it was cleaned and filled with gas and ready to go just as he said it would be. My wife is extremely happy with her new truck and Nathan made this process easy and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership and Nathan as a salesman.

Buying a car from them has been the worst car buying experience possible, from beginning to end the biggest mistake I ve made. Bought a Durango 2 months ago from them and after I got it home noticed a part of the tail light was out and the rear struts for the lift gate weren t holding the gate up. The salesman assured me that everything from front to back was covered under extended warranty, and if ANYTHING was found wrong with the car in the first 90 days it would be fixed free of charge under the dealer warranty. Of course it was a staple for me to have a warranty on the car, and any car I buy. I call back to schedule a service to find out that the salesman lied about me having any type of warranty, and the dealership refused to fix any of the issues wrong with the car, that were wrong when I bought the car! Gave me an estimate for 2500$ after the car was with them just 2 months ago, the check engine light is now on and they are refusing to fix it. They sold me a lemon, lied to me about the car having a full extended warranty, and now I am completely screwed and stuck with a car I no longer want. I wish I never stepped foot into this dealership and I hope someone reads this and doesn t make the same mistake I did.

Michael with Team Morganton did an outstanding job trying to coordinate between the warranty service and what was needing paid for. The service or mechanic did a great job at fixing the problem. Overall very satisfied with Team Morganton on the service and the way they tried to make sure the warranty got covered.

We recently purchased a brand new 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. Jennifer really helped us throughout the whole process, she made us feel comfortable she offered us beverages. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. I would recommend giving them a try!

Experience with Kyle from the service team was excellent. He got me scheduled last minute and went above and beyond on another issue that was unforseen. If you need service on your vehicle, I'd recommend asking for this employee.

Tried buying a truck from here since before Christmas. Drove over 2 hours just to get there and there be a $1500 Zurich that was mandatory. The price couldn t be lowered per Glenn. The price is the truck today is all of sudden lowered and I m trying to get out the door numbers before driving another 2 hours but seem like I m getting the run around from Heather and staff! Terrible experience

Please READ THIS HAPPENS ALOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP, recently bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited From Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Morganton on Jamestown Road and was told by the General Manager "Mark Hinds" in writing that I had a 125,000 mile warranty on the power train. Well I now need a Oil Cooler because of a leak getting into my coolant and they want to charge me $1400 to fix it and are telling me I have no warranty on file even though I showed them proof in writing that I did. I've only had the Jeep 4 months! Whatever you do STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I was also told I had to pay $498 for a Zurich shield one year warranty that I know nothing about and wasn't given any paperwork on it. Please help Spread the word about this place!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM TEAM CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MORGANTON NC! Please don't respond with call us to work something out I already did I came and talked with the manger and he was rude and unprofessional and Did Not want to help me at all!

This review is for the sales side of the business, i ve been looking for a truck for over eight months now, I live in Gastonia and went to multiple dealerships throughout the months, all promised one price and added up to eight grand in total add-ons, then I went to Ram Morganton , an hour drive! connected with Joshua (salesman) looking for a new truck, I was not sure what I was looking for, Joshua was patient and tolerated all my million questions and many test drives of different trucks, never hounded me or harassed me, took two or three trips before I decided what truck I wanted and had a huge selection of trucks! (Joshua sales)and (Cris management) gave me the best deal possible to get me on my Way in my beautiful brand new ram 1500 classic, even the guy in detailing my truck was great! if you re looking for a dealership that s not adding crazy fees to their MSRP, give team Morganton a try!!!
