Excellent Service! Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain any questions or concerns about what problems you may have. Very polite and professional. Prices are very reasonable and a full listing of parts and prices are included on the invoice. This is my first visit with Owen Chester Enterprises; however, it will not be my last.

Took my 2007 Mercedes SL550 in for a check engine light. Called on Friday, appointment on Tuesday, dropped off on Monday. Mr Chester and his crew did a great job. Was a solenoid that wasn't always working. Had it back Wednesday afternoon all for what I considered a reasonable price. Sure was better than taking it to another city.ThanksService: Engine repair

I had never been here before & Owen was very friendly and listened to the issue I had with my truck. He immediately set me up an appointment and was up front with me of some of the issues that could happen when repaired. I really appreciated that. He fixed it and I've had no issues. I will definitely go back to him and will refer him to friends if they need any mechanical work done.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called to get my air mass flow censor changed. He said he would have to reprogram it and scan it on a computer so my car will read the new part. When I ask him for help with jus putting it on he said he will not put anyone else part. And then I explained my fianc� is a mechanic and doesn t understand what has to be scanned. He said let him do it then and immediately became rude and turned into another person. So everyone watch how much he tells you. You will get scammed. When you question him about how much and ask him why he turns into another person. He hung up because he was going to overcharge me. So pitiful.

Honest mechanics you can trust.I have taken multiple vehicles to Owen Chester Enterprises for over 10 years. They will give you a fair estimate and explain the entire repair process. Whether it was a clutch on my Civic or more recently, a head gasket replacement on my Subaru. This repair shop has always exceeded my expectationsService: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service. Owen Enterprise has fixed two different vehicles for me in a very efficient and satisfying manner. Explained problem, fixed, and notified via text message when cars were ready. Such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest and willing to charge only what needs to be repaired. Costs for both vehicles were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Owen if you are looking for a good mechanic! Also, very easy to find.

I have been a customer of Owen's for about five years. He and his son, Josh, offer top notch service at a reasonable price. They are honest, fair, know what they are doing, and just plain good to deal with. Highly recommended!

We had an AC issue while traveling and called this shop by chance. They said bring it on over and they look at it in the morning. That was about 4:30 that afternoon. We picked it up at about the same time the next day and was cooling like new. Very reasonable price as AC repair can be expensive. Also friendly people that take the time to explain what they found and what was needed to fix the problem.

I went here today and had a car that I was about to buy pre inspected before purchase. Owen made sure to find every single thing that was wrong and price out how much it would cost for me. He saved me from making a huge, pricey mistake! I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone! I would use him for all my car needs if I lived closer to the area! Thank you SO much again.

Professional and meticulous. If you want it fixed right take your vehicles here. Not many options in morganton but this one is the best I've ever seen. They did a great job keeping me informed on price and what was going on.

Mr. Owen has a really clean shop, I didn't have to think twice about leaving my vehicle there. I also didn't feel like I had been robbed once he rang up everything. I will definitely be taking my truck back to him.

Great service. They were quick in resolving my problem and getting me back on the road. I took my car in the morning and Chester even gave me a ride home from the shop. Car was ready the same afternoon. Highly recommend.

Took him my honda civic because it would die in neutral. Charged me $487 for a spark plug and oil change. Left the valve cover loose, didnt fix the issue, and i spilled oil all the way home. I ended up calling him back to get hung up on. This guy is a joke. Do not take your vehicle there.

Very high priced. The owner wanted to charge me $ 526.00. I went to a Rodes Auto. It cost me $ 92.00. What a savings !!!
