If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in to buy a few things for my vehicle and stood at the counter to get assistance. I wasn t greeted once entering the building and Eric didn t even acknowledge my presence as I stood as the register while he continued his phone conversation, glanced at my Apple Watch and had been standing there for 12 minutes. I left. Terrible customer service. One of the other employees was smoking at the door.

Staff were quick to help and knowledgeable. Offered price comparisons and pros and cons of choices. Very kind of them! No one made a blonde joke either when I said I wanted to attempt auto repairs myself. Will definitely go back there in the future!

Good place. Last time I called advanced auto, the guy answered with a terrible, "yeah". I'm guessing I bothered them with my business. But this O'Reilly's has always been good to me, and the guys that work there joke around with you and help you out. I'll be keeping my business here.

I desperately needed new windshield wipers. I had no idea how to replace them. The associate was more than happy to help me. Thank you so much for the great price, and installing them for me. Most of all, thank you for the kindness.

Very nice and very helpful. My son asked me to stop by to pick up a part and transmission fluid.They basically just got everything for me even though I knew what I was getting, Very polite to this lady customer.

Had in stock a hard to find stereo removal tool that I needed. Also had in stock the after market stereo dbl din adaptive kit I needed. Awesome.

Would get a 5 star but orders were messed up twice within 3 days.. Usually they're not that bad but taking the part and showing exactly what u needed was thedownfall of the 3 stars

Thought I needed a starter, not the problem, had lost one bolt and the other bolt was loose. While the store associate was returning my part, another was looking for my new bolts and offered additional advice. Got my business.

O'Reilly is always my first choice if I need something ASAP but if I can wait a couple of days always deal with ROCK AUTO, no one can beat their prices.
