These folks are great. I came in for an oil change and because I had something that smelled like burnt rubber happening occasionally. They took my car in and discovered the issue and let me know a few other issues. I was able to take care of everything for a little over 800 bucks. (Brakes, rotors, serpentine belt, and an oil change) I felt they were reasonably priced and friendly. I highly suggest coming here especially to all my fellow ladies who don't feel comfortable at the mechanic.

Would absolutely do business here again! Hands down, best service at any auto shop I ve ever been. I had an urgent situation with my brakes while visiting the area and they were happy to help, and went the extra mile to be sure we went home safe. They were honest, kind and didn t try to charge an arm and a leg . Thanks guys! You saved the day!

Wow!! I have moved here and been looking for a mechanic shop. These guys did not disappoint!! After fixing my truck, I brought my car in! Again very satisfied! Costumer service, pricing and doing a phenomenal job!! Very rare this day and time! I highly recommend! I will return without hesitation!! Thank YOU!!

Very friendly people. Prices are comparable if not cheaper than other businesses of the same. This last visit was for rear brake pads, service manager came to me with a very dirty air filter and wanted to know if I wanted a new one? It was very dirty, and I said, of course yes. After he walked away, I thought well they just changed my oil two weeks ago. How could my filter be that dirty already. Is something going on here? I wonder if it wasn t checked then? A couple of minutes later he came back with a big smile saying that I did not need an air filter. He had picked up one from a different vehicle. I laughed about it with him and was thinking well, I m glad he s an honest person. A lot of other businesses would ve went ahead and put in a new one just for the money. So thank you for your honesty.

Above and beyond 5-star customer service!My wife and I had just drove three and a half hours to Hickory, NC to pick up a new (to us) Honda Element. On our drive home, I noticed a little puff of blue smoke every few minutes or so.Having checked the oil earlier, I knew it was a little high on the dipstick so I immediately got off the interstate and just happened to find the guys at Momentum.Josh was super courteous and was able to get the car checked out and drained SIX+ qts of oil! He then refilled with correct four and a half qts, Documented the service (incase it comes up later) and get us back on the road!That might not sound like a lot but at 5:00 on a Monday, and half a state away from home, it WAS!Good service these days is hard to find and these guys get it 100% right.Can't say thanks enough and I really do wish we lived closer to you all, we now have 5 vehicles to care for!!

Needed a tire today and these guys were awesome. They were very polite and helpful. Quick service and great customer acknowledgment. The waiting area was very nice and wait was minimal. Offered free water or coffee. A+ nice which is getting harder to find. I recommend

Have used this resource since moving to area in 2019. However new management aCouple years ago goes beyond. Husbands truck in last week for 200K mile service while we were travelling. Received call about battery problem. The battery was new 3 months ago with 5 yr warranty so he said he'd handle when he got home. The mgr asked where we got it and said he would call them and have the truck all finished when we got home. Now THAT is service. Have to Appreciate folks like this in today's nonchalant market Thanks guys! You're tops!!!

I ve been here twice and the staff is very friendly and the mechanics are great. It s been a week since I had my car fixed here and I have not had a problem with it at all. I definitely recommend this place.

This place is awesome. Friendly, Christain atmosphere. Josh is very knowledgeable in every area that I was asking questions about, from tires to the transmission. The work the guys did on my vehicle was great and they left my vehicle the same cleanness as it was when it arrived.

I have lived in Morganton for about a year and a half. As I didn't know the area, I took my car to 2 different places before finding about Momentum. After meeting them, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The service is awesome, they clearly and patiently explain to me what the car needs.Super highly recommended.

Very nice people at reasonable prices. They have never persuaded me or my father to buy a part or get something we did not need. You can tell that Darren, the owner, is "old school" and puts his customers first, which is an oddity in this day and time

Took my truck in for what I knew were suspension and thought were brake problems and they let me know I had plenty of brake life left. I love an honest shop! Staff and mechanics were all great. Truck checked, parts ordered, and fixed all in a days time. Hard to beat. I'm new to the area. Service pretty good Clean waiting room. I think they may have had free coffee didn't check. I got an oil change and had my cabin filter changed. Reasonable prices. I will be back in the future. Thank you.

I'd give 100 stars if I could.Very accommodating, family friendly environment. Not only greeted with professional, happy people; but was also fit in to work around my sun allergy/ heat intolerance first thing in the morning.Got there at 7:40, and was out at 9am. All 4 tires replaced, rotated, fluids/ oil change, and vehicle safety inspection at $692.Will certainly be going here for as long as I live in this pleasant town of Morganton. Maybe pricer to some, but DEFINITELY worth it.

I went in and they were nice and friendly , there was an issue with the oil gasket and oil leaked and they fixed it right away. I recommend this shop they are awesome!

I broke down while on a road trip, and this was the closest mechanic. They had me in and out within a couple hours, and I was completely stunned by the incredible service. I highly recommend!

I hate needing a mechanic as much as the next person, but these guys are the best there is. They're quick, professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. The shop is clean, the waiting area is comfortable, they offer coffee, water, and snacks while you wait, and their prices are fair. They'll let you know if they find something that needs to be done, but they're not pushy about it.

These people jokes they ll tell you everything s wrong with your car just to make money. You take your car in for an oil change and they ll tell you that you need a transmission. I ll never suggest to my friends or family member to go back to them!

Reasonably priced on everything I've asked about. Fast getting set up for appointments, super fast service and awesome guys there to work with. A nice touch, the waiting area doesn't look like a hole in the wall, it's very nice and laid back with books and magazines and 2 seating areas. The bathroom was nice and clean as well and they offered free bottled water, coffee and snacks! Overall I've been there at least 3 times, great experiences every time!

I received a coupon for this shop in a welcome package. They honored the coupon ( $56.00 value) and treated me the same as the other customers.Firstly, this is a very clean well organized shop. They took my car in almost immediately and discussed the vehicle with me.I felt like a valued customer and that they are interested in returning customers.They have a very clean and stylishly comfortable waiting area that is well stocked with coffee, water and snacks.I don't feel as though they were trying to sell me services that I didn't need. That fact makes me comfortable to return for additional services.

Our vehicle started smoking at the speedway .5 miles away. We were traveling to the mountains for vacation. There was a crack in the radiator, and they were able to find a radiator in town & get us on our way. They also recommended a wonderful mexican restaurant within walking distance. They turned what could have been a very bad start to a much needed vacation into a wonderful stop along the way.
