If we could give 10 stars we would - Joey, Larry, Quentin and Skylar treated us like royalty. Haven t had this good of service anywhere, we will be returning for all our light duty tire needs - wish they could sell tires for semi trucks and we would solely use Mavis. Thank you for the stellar service!

Fast service at a very competitive rate! Went in because I thought I had a nail in my tire as it was losing air. Turns out the rim was cracked (replaced it under my warranty) went back to have Mavis mount and balance the new rim/tire because they were cheaper than anyone in my area. It ended up being $5 cheaper than quoted because the service was on sale. All in all I'm very happy with the service I received!

The guy at the counter was cool, but the shop monkey back. There didn t read the sidewall on my tires. The flighted all my tires down to 35 psi whatever it clearly says 51 psi On the side wall not all tires use 35 psi I mean all the scientist and engineers at Kelly tires probably know a little bit better than you that s why they put it on the side wall just go to cooper tire

I m the Operations Manager for Wright of North Carolina Morganton office. We made a change to Mavis after using other services and was always being told different things from them. So after being asked by one of the employees Joey Coffey if we would give Mavis a chance to earn our business we decided to take a chance. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I met with him about moving our business to them. We have been very pleased with the service we have so far and I highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle needs.

Had a good experience for my first time here. Was fast and thorough service with my oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Brittany was very helpful and courteous. Definitely will be back in the future.

Had tire trouble while passing through Morganton and was fortunate to come upon Mavis tires and brakes. Quentin helped me figure out the best options and they got me back on the road fast. Excellent experience!

Yes, this was my 3rd visit. This is my new go to auto repair shop. My vehicle rides like butter on a hot skillet. Their mechanics are amazing and the gentlemen working the front desk are extremely helpful.
