JR and the Master Tech crew are the best. Quick, straight forward and do an excellent job. I've brought over 3 difference vehicles to them and the service and price is top notch. I love having a mechanic I can trust with me vehicle. To all my Toyota driving friends, Master Tech is always my recommendation. Thanks fellas!

Head an intake gaskets done rite on my tacoma.But I'd check behind the new mechanics didnt put the fluid back in radiator all my spark plugs not tighten down.Thougjt it had leaked out! Even with that these guys know what they doing! Usualy good work an dependable.Id recommend them over any I know!

Absolutely wonderful people. Took my Camry in for stripped head bolts. And they fixed it and now it runs like brand new! I will always take my car here for any advanced problems in the future.

Simply called to ask if the diagnose and fix transmission issues, guy who answered the phone answered like he was annoyed a potential client was calling. When he asked what kind of vehicle he still sounded annoyed. When I told him what kind he very rudely said "NO" and hung up. It's your job to talk to customers.

So rude. Had 2 different people call this place on 2 different days and received the same hateful attitude. It was clear he didn t want the business so I was more than happy to take it somewhere else. Work on your people skills, being a mechanic doesn t give you a pass to be an Ahole

Wonderful service and great people!! When it comes to mechanics, you can t ask for anything more than good service and good people. Master Tech delivers on every point and then some! Nearly two years ago my husband and I took our 03 Honda Accord to let the guys at Master Tech take a look at it. We had already taken it to two different shops due to the sunroof leaking. Within a short period of time they were able to tell us exactly what the problem was. We have been taking our Toyota, Honda, and Lexus vehicles to Master Tech ever since. Their prices are great. The employees are friendly and honest. I feel they truly look out for your best interest. I would definitely recommend Master Tech to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance.

JR and his team are the absolute best. I would trust them with my life. Honest great mechanics. Very fair prices and JR can diagnose a car in just a few minutes. Thank you guys for always taking care of me.

Hard working, honest and ethical business. They do quality A+ work for a fraction of the price. I spoke to the owner myself and asked why his prices are so low given that their work is so top-notch. His answer was simple and practical: to treat others as he wants to be treated; with honesty and integrity.Once you go to Master Tech, I guarantee you won't go anywhere else for your auto needs.

These guys do a good job and work quickly to make repairs at a fair price. HOWEVER they couldn't care less about the customer. In fact the manager has acted like he doesn't even want my business on multiple occasions. The only reason I came here twice is because my alternator was failing and this was the closest shop to Auto Zone where I got my warranty replacement alternator. The owner is really the only one who talks to the customers, and when he does he is very rude, crass, and disinterested. If you are already having a bad day (which if you are going to an auto repair shop you probably are) I would not recommend coming to this place.

Mr. Robinson took the car for a drive. Just by driving the Corolla, he was able to tell us what was wrong with the car. He is a Master Tech of Toyota's and Lexus'. He and staff did an awesome job. I felt he was honest and upfront. Definitely would recommend Master Tech Auto Services.

If you have a Toyota or a Lexus (I believe this is the only brands they work on), I would highly recommend this place. It was a pleasant experience all the way through.I was shown and informed on what was being done the entire time, with him bringing out the rotors to show me the differences of before and after, to being told about the brake pads in a manner that made sense to someone who has extremely low knowledge of cars.They didnt try to upsell me on anything and the price was exactly what was quoted on the phone the day prior, aside from the "and some odd change", which it was 'and some odd change' haha.They've earned my business for as long as I have a Toyota. Thanks yall.

I am glad that I have found a place that I can trust to work on my vehicle. Called to set up a repair, having a 5 year warranty on my car. The guy who answered the phone laughed at me and said sorry not interested- I don't deal with those people but then asked about what was wrong with my car only wasting more time to tell me "yep, sorry can't help ya".... this is so unprofessional an easy no I cant help you is all it would have took.

With me, being in the car business I have dealt with a lot of garages JR"S is by far the most professional I highly recommend him to anyone He is a hour and half away from our dealership and well worth the drive!!

Jimmy, his son and brother are truly Master Techs. They have kept my 1987 Toyota Tercel 4WD SW and 1988 Honda Civic running well for a l o n g ....long ... time. Thank you Master Tech.

JR is the man! He diagnosed the real problem in 5 mins in his parking lot. I had done days of research, ordering parts online. JR took them all off and repaired the parts causing the issues. Don't want your time, just drop it off at Master Tech!

They didn't seem to even want to bother to take the time out to access my car issue. Like the problem wasn't big enough for their precious time. I was disappointed because I went here over other places in the area because a few people said nice things about them..Guess not that day and not to me

This is the only place I take my Toyotas. They do excellent work (better than any Toyota dealership I have been to) and a lot better price. And they use Toyota parts.
