This is a very nice place to get a washout. My trailer was spotless! Everyone was kind and showed genuine southern hospitality. They even offer free drinks! I would definitely come again when I m in the area.

Liberty Trailer Washout, has the best customer service and they are extremely professional. We highly recommend their trailer washout service!!! As soon as we pulled into the driveway the clerk met us to our truck immediately. We found out that our company has an account with them. He was efficient, quick, and courteous. They also give the drivers refreshments. I don t mind returning to receive services regarding a clean trailer. We thank you!

They asked us to call 30 minutes before arriving so someone would meet us there. The guy was quick but thorough washing out the trailer. A little off from I-40 but worth the drive.

First time customer, they were recommended by the shipper of my next load, I found out why. I arrived after normal business hours and thought I would have to wait until the morning for a trailer washout, the owner arrived shortly after and got right to it and gave me some good info on the shipper I was picking up for the next day, that the broker left out. And enroute to get the washout my trailer lights went out, the owner offered to let me park overnight on his property, very courteous, and professional! Thanks again for your service!

Needed a reefer trailer washout, was told to go here, very easy directions, plenty of space to turn into and back up. Washout is heated and sanitized, only cost $65.00. The Owner himself showed up to do washout which was impressive. Prints out receipt with all required information on it to show a shipper. Even has coffee, soda, water and snacks that he offers a customer. Even gave two big bones to my dogs. Great quick service and very Hospitable. If I'm in this area again, this is where I'm coming.

First, some of the nicest professionals, I've ever met, for such a limited interaction. You really appreciate good folks, when dealing with not so many as a trucker so often. Two, one of the cleanest businesses I've ever encountered. Definitely a reflection of how they handle business. Which leads to three. Fast, cleaning of my trailer after I had hauled potatoes. Hasn't been that clean since we got it. Lol. Thanks guys. Definitely will return, whenever necessary.

I usually don't do reviews for places, but I have to for this business. I was there to get a washout and right when I pulled in they "rolled out the red carpet"! There was no wait, I backed up to the washout area and even though it was lunch time, they took care of me first, then took lunch. Offered me a beverage (water or soda) and a snack, and let me know there was a bathroom available for use while I waited. From the lady in the reception area to the feller cleaning out my trailer, everybody was more than nice. Price was fair, and the clean out was great! I would've given it 10 stars if it was an option!!! Wish I had more experiences like this when looking for a place to washout. 10/5 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I am forever thankful for the staff at this place. I had just left from the dentist in Morganton after my sons surgery, having 6 teeth cut out. Got 10 mins down the road headed home and my car caught on fire across the street from Liberty Trailer Washout. My son was still knocked out from being put to sleeep so he was unable to walk. The guy quickly came to help an offered us his office in the air condition until our ride come from Rutherfordton. He offered us drinks, snacks, and restrooms. They towed my car back home for us because i was unable to get in touch with a tow truck. Truly was our blessing that day. Thank's to all of you guys!!!!!

Outstanding. I was up the road on a Sunday morning and needed a washout. I called in, they said someone will be there in 30 minutes, I showed up exactly then and the gentleman was already there set up. Excellent job on the washout probably the best yet this place is a life saver.

Only trailer washout in the area so it s $65 which is reasonable. Very nice people here they got me in and out. I was offered to use the restroom and have refreshments. Will def use them again.

Awesome service. Call prior to opening to get a washout and within 20 minutes someone arrived and I was ready to go.

Very polite & nice people , washout was fast , easy & Thorough. If ur driving a semi , watch your not going to fast ,cause you will miss the driveway , then you have to go 6miles to turn around & come bk .

They are about 7.3 miles before case farms. So if you think you need your trailer washed out do it before you get there please. 20 minutes to the washout then 20 minutes back.They do take pictures of the inside and Do require 1 Load Lock. The the drop lot is very bad.( potholes- huge ones).You do have to drop your trailer on the drop yard. No food anywhere close. It took them 3-5 hours to load. And you should precool it if not you will sit there in the drop yard until it reaches 26. Before the yard jockey will even take to the door. Make sure you have over 1/2 tank of fuel in reefer. THEY take pictures of everything.... Its a chicken plant.Directions to Liberty Trailer Washout:I 40E exit 96 Left go about 4-5 miles on the left side Liberty Trailer washoutI 40 W exit 96 Right go about 4-5 miles on the left side.
