Hubby and I were traveling and happy to see Starbucks inside Ingles, we got our coffee and a few grocery items. It is a clean store with a wide variety of organic food items.

They're deli is second to none!! The selection of products throughout the store is limitless, plus a gas station, pharmacy and Starbucks!! We love our local Ingles!!

I went to have my balloons blown up and when I went to pick them up. There was one going down. When I got them home half of them were already deflated. Whoever blew them up did not tie the latex balloons and just tied the string on them. I paid over $20 to have this done. I called the store and the store manager argued with me and basically said I needed to bring them back for proof. He was very rude and was not willing to make it right. Their store managers are not customer service friendly and corporate needs to handle this! I m so disappointed!

This store's parking lot is always full of trash. I stopped (due to convenience) the other night and there was a bunch of broken glass in the parking lot (which I didn't see until I got out of my car) and sure enough, wrecked my tire. Smokers right at the doorway when you enter so you get blasted with cigarette smoke. Disgustingly rude. They don't carry much for organics at all. For such a big store, you would think they would carry healthier options. Staff is not very friendly. Food Lion on Union Street is much better. Not as big, but friendlier, cleaner and more healthy options. And their shop online features are much more user friendly.

Great displays and wonderfully fresh meats and produce departments. Their bakery is enormous and offers much variety of sweet treats and desserts, baked breads and outstanding novelty items.

Ordered Chinese from deli. It was awful!! It was cold and pork was dry and tough. I won't go back to a deli at Ingles. I order a standing rib roast and it wasgreat. Very nice meat department. Please thank them.

Well first off they wanna keep worker's that are very rude half of them don't have the knowledge to even give you the right change.. The manager glen called someone I know In for an interview and told them they had the job when can you start he says.. long story short this store needs to get there priorities straight you shouldn't call someone in an waste there Time telling them they have a job then call them back and say oh im gonna try someone else out.. y'all's loss she was such a great person and worker.. I'll make sure and tell my grandma to stop shopping there when she spends a thousand a month with you how about that Keith

The best Grocery Store around Caldwell County. The fresh salad to fresh meat you can have cut to your taste. Absolutely the best!!!

Waited over 15 minutes to get help in deli finally ordered was so annoyed didn t check until I got home then noticed wrong meats wrong prices the incompetence is overwhelming

Drinks are good. However, some of the employees are very rude and unfriendly. One night, I went in at 8:45pm and was refused service. I said you have 15 minutes til closing. Their response was that they had already cleared and shut down everything! It was two young girls on a Saturday night. I guess they had a date that night and wanted to leave early.

Recently changed their hours to no longer be open until midnight. This was the only place for miles open late enough for locals working late nights. Bathrooms are also always disgusting and smell foul.

I went in to grab a drink after a quick stop at the flea market and I picked a lemonade out of the cooler in the deli area for myself and a sweet tea for my GF and they were both sticky which was gross but for a $1 I guess I shouldn't complain

Drive me crazy that you have to watch the scan prices because you pick up something that says it is on sale and it rings up at fulll price. Also, especially in drinks, if you only buy 1 you pay way too much. You don t get the sales price. A lot of times I only want 1 six pack and not 4 or 5. That s why I seldomly shop there. Watch your scan prices or you pay more. I caught one tonight was three dollars more that should not have been.I had to ask them to remove it

I went to Ingles today around 1:00 and while I was shopping I slipped and fell in a huge puddle of water in the store. There were no signs or anything otherwise I would ve avoided the area. Needless to say, I went to someone in customer service to tell them about it and nobody seemed too concerned. The manager or whoever it was said that there were signs up all over the store because the roof had been leaking. There definitely wasn t a sign, please review your videotape. I am very sore and bruised everywhere and have been laying on ice packs since I got home. I m hoping that this doesn t happen to anyone else while shopping here. A very bad experience today.

Great supermarket. Fresh produce excellent meat and fish selection. They have a very big selection of products. Shelves are well stocked and service is very friendly. This is definitely a go to supermarket they have always had plenty of checkers to pro ess customers. They ate friendly and courteous . Prices a little higher thN Food Lion but worth every extra penny in my opinion

One lady at the deli staff could have been polite when saying that they were closed. Odd that y all don t want the business. Why is there only one cashier after 9? There s a long like of frustrated customers. Open up self checkout. Problem solved.

I was at Ingles Saturday, to buy groceries for my younger brother, with stage 4 cancer.. I have been shopping, for months there, and was pretty fired up, to see I had only 1 bag of groceries, out of $67.00 I had spent.. I had to make 4 trips, to go through a cart, at the end of the #1check out counter, other peoples was loaded up in the same darn cart, even some ones ice cream was melting.. so I will never let the girl check me out again!!! I had always shopped there, and I will be back, but never go to her counter again!!
